About: I have had animals my entire life! Mostly dogs that have lived well into their teens, but also cats. Most recently I had my dog Bella for over 12 years and the last 3 we traveled the country try between Seattle and Miami by car. She unfortunately passed due to cancer and not ready to own an animal, but still love having them around . I am great at playing with animals to keep them engaged and teaching commands. I also can accommodate animals to their needs if they need medicine or special assistance. I work from home for an agency based in Canada. This means that your animal wouldn’t need to be locked up all day if they stay at my house my flexible schedule also also allows me to add walks in the day and play time so your dog isn’t in a crate all day. I also have a yard big enough for throwing sticks for added fun! I do have a fenced in yard that would allow for your dog to run around. I also wouldn’t mind going to someone’s house if I needed to as well as I am mobile.
“Alissa always has the most thorough updates on my pup when I am gone. She is attentive to detail and takes her time with him while she is there. She is such a blessing to our family!”

About: I have always been an animal lover and I am actually majoring in Animal Science currently at UNL and I enjoy learning more about all animals. I have pet sat for many friends growing up for animals like bunnies, hamsters, and dogs. I have my own dog at home and have learned to take care of him over the years as I grew up with him - I think I learned the most when he was in the terrible puppy stage! I have time before my morning classes from 7-8am. I have a break in between classes on Mondays and Wednesdays from around 9:30am-12pm. Finally, I have a large amount of free time Monday-Friday from 3-10pm. On weekends, I work with horses in the mornings 8-11:30am but I have the rest of the day free. When I am back home in Kansas, I regularly check my dog's food and water bowls, making sure he eats what my family and I have fed him. We play everyday and I am always observing his breathing and mood for signs of pain or sickness. He gets walked everyday by my mom and I take him on walks myself when I am home. I spend a lot of time with him and I try to take the best care of him as I can.
“Abby has been great with our 3 dogs! We have a wild and unruly pup, a reactive and high-energy border collie, and an aging basset - so it's not exactly easy, yet she sure makes it seem that way. We hope to keep using her services as long as she wants to.”

About: I have taken care of a couple of dogs. The owners have relied on me to take care of their dogs with walking and feeding. I do work full time, with a couple days at home. I can board overnight or on the weekends or walk dogs when not boarding. My area has a great place for dogs to walk and go outside for the bathroom. My home is calm and clean with dog toys to play with.
“Big thank you, Syble! We had a long vacation and Syble made sure that our indoor herd were well taken care of. We will definitely be booking her again for our next trip!”

About: I have been caring for dogs for 15 years. I recently lost my 2 Babies. One from old age & the other to cancer. University Place pet parents share their Rover experiences
Ashley and Kyle have watched our dog in their home several times, and have also done drop service to let our dog out during the day while we were out of town for several days. We trust them to take great care of our dog, and trust them to come into our home when we are away. We highly recommend them to whomever needs boarding or drop-in services. They are awesome!

Payton watched my cats while I was out of town. She came to meet my cats a couple days before I left town. She did an excellent job taking care of them while I was away. I will definitely have her watch them again sometime and would recommend her to anyone needing a pet sitter.

Tami has been taking care of our cats for years and we can't imagine leaving them in the hands of anyone else! One of our cats is 21 years old and is on medications. This trip, Tami came up with another method to administer one of the meds that works much better and we've now adopted that method. In addition to taking care of our cats, Tami is kind enough to also check our mail, water plants, and fill bird feeders and bird bath. Not in her job description but takes the stress away from traveling knowing our cats, and house, are in great hands! Sadly, we lost one of our 3 cats this year and Tami warmed our hearts with a donation in his honor to the Cat House. Tami is a great communicator and always responds to my texts quickly. She is simply the best!
Kelly has taken wonderful care of our cats. She gets both cat’s personalities and takes time to give them both their preferred forms of attention. Kelly also sends delightful updates with every visit, which make us feel better when we have to leave our little beasts.

Danielle was a great pet sitter and I’m so lucky I stumbled upon her! I highly recommend her to anyone! She was extremely thorough in her visit reports and seemed to really understand what my cat needed based on her body language and behavior. She was communicative and adapted to my senior cat’s needs.

Infinity and her husband are literal angels! Not only did they take great care of my girl Gracie but they went above and beyond for us. My girl is insanely smart and has figured out how to unlock and open my door and they stayed over extra time and helped me brainstorm a solution to keep her safe in my apartment while I was at work. 10/10 would recommend

5⭐️ couldn’t recommend Kayla enough. My 2 little dogs loved her and she did a great job, on time, sent lots of pics, updates, and was always on time! It is such a weight lifted off my shoulders knowing that I don’t need to worry about my dogs while away! Will be biking Kayla again for sure!
