About: I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life growing up, I know how important they are to us and it can be very stressful to find the right, safe situation for them when we want to travel and live our lives. I am very used to caring for things compassionately as I have been a registered nurse for 6 years now. I currently am in EMT school two nights a week and transitioning from full time ICU bedside nursing to pediatric home care nursing part time while in school through the fall. I have an empty spare room for boarding, and wood floors that can handle any accidents that may arise without worry, I can also very easily keep my own cat separate from those who do not wish to socialize.

“Susan and her husband cared for Barney like he was their own. They are both very responsible, caring and loving dog owners that Barney was more than comfortable with. Their dog, Jonah, was very well behaved and super friendly. Jonah and Barney were best buds within the first couple minutes of meeting each other. Since they limit the number of pets that they board they were very attentive to whether he was eating, drinking water, sleeping well, napping a lot 😊. He loved going on walks with them. I knew he was in good hands when I dropped him off and he didn’t try to follow me out the door like he normally does. I highly recommend them if they are available.”

About: I’ve been a dog lover since about the age of 10 when we got my family dog, Shadow, a cockapoo. As a kid and while growing up, I even trained Shadow to compete in agility competitions and took him to training weekly while also practicing with him in the backyard! When I moved out, I got my own fur baby- a golden doodle named Bubity! Obsessed doesn’t even begin to describe how much I love my dog as I have a water bottle, pair of slippers, shorts and sweatshirt with him on it! I promise to treat your dog as if they’re are my own! I’m currently working part time as a nurse while also attending classes virtually for my masters. My schedule changes weekly but I usually know it about a month in advance! I am pretty flexible on my days off and and willing to work with you in order to help take care of your fur baby! I have a fully fenced in yard and my 1 golden doodle at home. I am more than happy to host your dog for play dates in our yard. I know how hard it is to get a routine set with your dog whether it be something as simple as turning the TV on before leaving the house, walking a specific route to get them to go potty or giving them a special treat when they’re going to be left alone. Whatever your routine is, let me know and I will follow it to its entirety!

“We left our dog with this family for two days and when we picked him up we could tell he had fun. This household is very responsible when it comes to caring for the dogs they care for. We were able to check out the home prior to leaving him. I would definently bring him back when needed.”
