Sarah was very professional and attentive to the needs of our dog while we were out of town. Our girl is very anxious and frightful, it had been a challenge to find a pet sitter that gave her the attention she needed to feel safe. Then I found Sarah! Sarah did a thorough intake, went over our daily routines and was very open to planning a meet and greet. She was patient and so gentle, we felt very comfortable leaving our pup with her. We appreciated that she sent daily updates and videos. Unfortunately our flight was delayed but she was easy going about our late night pick up. Sarah even took time to send us details about how she worked with our dog to help her stay calm and regulated while away from home. Shannon and TJ were a godsend when I needed help last minute! My dog made himself immediately right at home with them and I could see he was having a great time snuggling up with them in the photos I got. And Sophie was such a treat to get to meet too - I appreciate her sharing her parents with Auggie! 🤍
