They kept me updated with photos and videos of our Petey as he enjoyed romping with other pups in the back yard and found just the right spot on Jenna's lap to cozy up. Amber was perfect for our big dogs. She was so attentive and messaged with photos twice a day, at the minimum. Her place was perfect for us and the dogs were safe and happy. Amber was able to take pictures and had some time to paint a portrait of each of them. They are perfect portraits! I highly recommend Amber to everyone.
We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Zachary and his family! From the very beginning, they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and easy to work with. Communication was prompt, honest, and open throughout the entire process. Before we booked, Zachary scheduled a meet and greet where we had the opportunity to meet him, his family, and his dogs to make sure everyone was a good fit. That extra step gave us so much confidence and showed how much he cares about creating a safe and comfortable environment for every dog. When our travel plans changed before the meet and greet, Zachary was very accommodating and made the booking process completely stress-free. From there, everything was seamless. While we were away, Zachary thoughtfully sent us daily updates and photos. It was so reassuring to see our puppy happy, having fun, and getting plenty of love and attention. It was clear he wasn't just being watched—he was treated like part of the family. Their kids were wonderful with him, and we know he loved having friends to play with. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and wouldn't hesitate to book with Zachary and his family again. Sadie is absolutely wonderful! She watched our puppy Kovu for 5 nights and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the start, she was so understanding of his needs. She sent us daily pictures, videos, and progress updates, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was clear Kovu was having a great time with her, her son, and her dog. He came home just as happy as when he left! We completely trust her and are so grateful to have found someone who loves our pup like we do. Highly recommend and we'll definitely be booking with her again!
