Olive means the absolute world to us and leaving her with someone other than friends or family was extremely nerve racking for us as which caused great anxiety for me personally. I had a very bad experience in the past which caused me to have trust issues with people who were caring for our animals. Shellie eased all that!! When we met Shellie we instantly felt her warm, loving and caring presence. She was attentive, personable, asked various questions and actually cared not only about our dog but also about us. While on vacation she was sure to keep us updated about how Olive was doing while also sending pictures. This brought a huge relief to us to know how well cared for and all the love our dog was receiving. Her whole family fell in love with our little Olive and that in itself spoke volumes to us and we knew that Olive was safe, loved and cared for by this family more than we could have every imagined. We will most definitely be using Shellie in the future when we travel.”
