“Melanie was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! And I'm pretty sure I brought every challenge a pet sit can bring. I had to schedule last minute, I was leaving the country, and I have multiple dogs. She stayed overnight with them, and unfortunately we did have a scuffle between two of them on the second night that she handled masterfully. She got on the phone with me right away, sent me pictures, took great care of everyone, took the injured dog to my vet and followed up with great care of him until I could get home 2 days later. Her communication was excellent! The dogs were clearly well taken care of and in great spirits when I got home. This was my first experience using a Rover sitter and she exceeded my expectations by far! I feel incredibly lucky that Melanie was the sitter who got my crazy clan. She was kind and patient and wonderful about the entire experience.”
