I am available for walks and drop ins after 5pm on weekdays and anytime on weekends. I am available for boarding after 5pm on weekdays and on weekends. I have a 4 foot fully fenced large yard for running and playing. I have a dog and cat friendly golden retriever. I request a crate for safety when I am unable to monitor interactions between pets. I have a finished basement downstairs if cats (or dogs) prefer to have their own space.

About: I have found passion in being kind and loving to every dog I meet. I've noticed I'm naturally great at bonding with dogs and gently helping with training. What better way to fill my cup than by spending time with animals while helping people feel confident their pets are truly cared for? I currently have a Jack Russell–Beagle mix named JT, adopted at age six, who I’ve helped adjust to stairs, car rides, and a daily routine that includes dog park visits. Before him, I shared 10 incredible years with Stewart — my soul dog — who joined me for road trips, everyday life, and miles of running together. Stewart’s presence in my life shaped not just my love for animals, but how I love them: deeply, patiently, and fully present. Thanks to him, I learned how to safely run with dogs of all sizes, and I’m happy to offer that same high-energy care for dogs who love to move fast! And before that was Hoagie, our loyal family dog of 17 years, who sparked my lifelong love for animal companionship and helped me understand what it means to share a true emotional bond with a pet. Even earlier in life, I grew up with a dog named Ubar — my childhood companion — who was lovingly cared for by my father until I was 13. Watching him gently care for Ubar left a lasting impression and taught me what it means to show patience and respect to animals. I’ve cared for dogs of all ages, from energetic puppies to seniors needing gentler attention. As a teacher, I bring calm energy, structure, and clear communication to every interaction. Whether your dog needs exercise, affection, or quiet companionship, I treat each pet like they’re my own. I truly understand the emotions that come with leaving your dog — because pets are family. I know they’ll miss you, and that’s why I show up as the happy, trusted visitor who brings them comfort, fun, and love in your absence. I’ll always go above and beyond to give you peace of mind and make sure your pet feels safe, seen, and cared for. I’m currently off for the summer, which means I have full availability for pet care — especially daytime walks and drop-in visits. This is the perfect time for me to give your pet consistent attention, playtime, and companionship while I build a strong routine with these services. As I build my Rover presence, I’m offering discounted rates for my first few clients. Just reach out and let’s chat! As the school year begins, I’ll continue to offer evening and weekend availability, along with care during school holidays. I'm currently focusing on getting drop-in visits and walks running smoothly and will always do my best to work around your pet’s needs and your schedule. When I care for pets in their own home, I treat the space with the same respect I would want for mine. I follow all instructions closely — from feeding schedules to gate locks — and take time to learn your pet’s routine so they feel comfortable and secure. I do love to be outside and play with our pups if they won't leash walk as well. We will spend the time together! I make sure doors are locked, leashes are secure, and that your pet is never rushed or overwhelmed. I build trust by being consistent, calm, and communicative. Whether it's a walk or a drop-in, I always take time to greet your pet with warmth and patience so they feel safe while you're away. I also send updates and photos, so you know your pet is happy and well cared for. My goal is to create a positive, low-stress experience — one where your pet feels loved, and you feel peace of mind.

Tiousha R.
“I asked Tiousha to watch my cat and freshwater aquarium for me while I was out of town, and she went above and beyond the care I expected by following my pets' routines perfectly, providing me with updates, and sending me cute photos of my pets! I felt satisfied that my pets were well loved and cared for while I was away.”

Rebecca M.
“Rebecca has watched my cats several times. She always goes above and beyond the minimum amount needed for them. In addition to making sure they have enough food/water and are okay, she spends time with them so they aren't lonely if I'm not home. They love seeing her, which is a testament to how kindly they think of her!”

Emily U.
“If there’s anyone I’d trust with my dog, it’s my mom. She treats her dogs like second children, they are truly part of the family. She’s incredibly caring, responsible, and always goes the extra mile to make sure animals feel safe, loved, and happy. Whether it’s going for a run, playing fetch in the yard, or just snuggling up on the couch, she puts her heart into every moment. I’ve seen firsthand how much joy it brings her to spend time with animals, and I know she’d treat any dog she cares for with the same love and attention she gives her own. Any pup would be lucky to stay with her!”
Unity Village cat parents share their Rover experiences
I was able to book Catherine a second time for while I was away on a trip, and just like the first time she was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, and I felt much better about being away from my cat with her dropping in! She made sure to take photos when my cat came out of hiding and engaged with her with little treat hunts to give her something to do, which was definitely appreciated. My cat doesn’t make it easy but Catherine was very patient and gentle with her. I’d certainly rebook in the future!

Thank you so much for the amazing care of our (Baloo) cat. He was in such great care and we can’t wait to have you help us again. He was so comfortable and when we got home he wasn’t stressed at all!! This is such a relief with his medical situation and knowing that he was getting his meds and watched over. You went above and beyond. Thank you!
