“Great having Saige as my first sitter! We met at a Starbucks to do a meet and greet and I instantly felt comfortable. Scary bringing a stranger into your home these days, so I was thankful she was open to answering any questions and wanted me to feel comfortable. Days later, I then had Saige come to my home to meet my cat and see the space to ensure she would also be comfortable sitting at my home. She petsitted or pet sat(?) lol, for 4 days and there’s hardly a hint that she was ever here - meaning she left the place as she found it and didn’t leave a mess or anything. I don’t think my kitty ever got super used to having a stranger in her home but that’s not Saige’s fault. My kitty is just super shy and takes a while to warm up to strangers. I just asked that Saige respect her boundaries and space and I believe she did that! My kitty is almost 16 years old and I just really wanted that reassurance of having someone around more often than just bopping in for 15 mins a day - so I’m thankful for finding this service and the sitting going smoothly! Would book Saige again!”

I am 20 years old and currently doing Rover full time so I have plenty of time to take care of your pups. They will receive my undivided attention with playtime and walks included if needed! I have a large home with a large privacy fenced yard. I also have several crates, or you can bring your own if you like. I have ample food in case you forget to bring your own. About: I've been training and taking care of dogs for 33 years. I had a couple childhood pets then when I was 18 I adopted and trained a dog that stayed with my family for 15 years. I also had a Labrador who made it to 13 and my current old man puppy is 13. I've been with my husband for 20 years. We LOVE dogs of all ages and sizes. I'm a stay at home mom to my geriatric dog. We get up around 6am, go outside for a bit, come in and get breakfast, then lounge while I clean. Lunchtime we go out again, have healthy snacks like carrots, then play in the fenced in yard or the living room depending on weather and temperature. Late afternoon and evening we wind down and get ready for dinner. I have a fenced in yard, a friendly old dog, tiled floors, comfortable furniture that they're allowed on, and air vents that come from the floors (dogs love to lay on them). There is security on my home and absolutely nobody but delivery people come here during the day.

With the exclusion of running errands, while your dog is with me, they will never be left alone for more than a few hours extended amount of time. I have a fenced in back yard for your dog to run free in. I also have a senior chihuahua who is very chill and unbothered, so as long as your dog likes other dogs, they will get along just fine. I do let dogs sit on the couch and get on the bed, however, I will respect that boundary if you do not allow that for your pets. I only work my part time job a few days during the week so I will have a lot of availability. When caring for pets in others homes I will make sure that the pet has plenty of potty breaks, a ton of play time, and tons of love. I will care for them like they are my own!
