“Holly was amazing with our cat Cosmo. For using an official pet nanny for the first time ever, I feel as though we lucked out with her! I had awful experinces with pet boarding, so I decided that the best thing for him would be to stay home where he's comfortable and safe. We went on a 2-week vacation and I was a little worried Cosmo would be sad and lonely, but to my surprise we came home and he seemed happy and well cared for! Holly was very reliable with doing the drop-ins, always provided plenty of pictures, and she responded back quickly when I had any questions. She even picked up our packages off the porch and watered our plants. I would absolutely recommend her to everyone and definitely plan on booking with her again soon. Simply the best!!!”
“Great having Saige as my first sitter! We met at a Starbucks to do a meet and greet and I instantly felt comfortable. Scary bringing a stranger into your home these days, so I was thankful she was open to answering any questions and wanted me to feel comfortable. Days later, I then had Saige come to my home to meet my cat and see the space to ensure she would also be comfortable sitting at my home. She petsitted or pet sat(?) lol, for 4 days and there’s hardly a hint that she was ever here - meaning she left the place as she found it and didn’t leave a mess or anything. I don’t think my kitty ever got super used to having a stranger in her home but that’s not Saige’s fault. My kitty is just super shy and takes a while to warm up to strangers. I just asked that Saige respect her boundaries and space and I believe she did that! My kitty is almost 16 years old and I just really wanted that reassurance of having someone around more often than just bopping in for 15 mins a day - so I’m thankful for finding this service and the sitting going smoothly! About: I have always been around and have taken care of cats! I lived in the countryside growing up and we had a large amount of cats living on the property. Many of those cats I raised myself and watched them grow up. I have two cats at home, one of them (our youngest) we rescued from a sewer drain about a year ago. I am a certified cat lady!

About: I found my cat Pumpkin when he was around 2 weeks old in a neighbor's shed. After confirming the mother cat was no longer taking care of him and that he was the only kitten there, I brought him home. I bottle-fed and assisted Pumpkin in using the litter box, along with giving him multiple flee baths. After staying up many nights with him, Pumpkin made a full recovery and grew very quickly! Pumpkin and I have moved to Milwaukee together and he's come back to be closer to family with me. About: I've been training and taking care of dogs for 33 years. I had a couple childhood pets then when I was 18 I adopted and trained a dog that stayed with my family for 15 years. I also had a Labrador who made it to 13 and my current old man puppy is 13. I've been with my husband for 20 years. We LOVE dogs of all ages and sizes. I'm a stay at home mom to my geriatric dog. We get up around 6am, go outside for a bit, come in and get breakfast, then lounge while I clean. Lunchtime we go out again, have healthy snacks like carrots, then play in the fenced in yard or the living room depending on weather and temperature. About: I have been a foster mom and adopter for 18 years. I fostered 50 dogs through a local rescue group. We have had 7 dogs, all but 1 are/ were snow dogs. They can sleep in the bedroom, family room or patio room. If they are kennel training then in their kennel of course, which is in the very comfortable dog room. About my yard I have a 1/3 acre yard fenced all the way around. We have lots of trees and outdoor dog beds to hang out on under the hammocks. We have lots of squirrels to watch and all of our neighbors have dogs. We have a small wrap around deck that connects to our 4 seasons patio room with a dog door. My experience administering medication I am trained in dispensing all types of medicine; whether it be oral or injectable. I'm also able to do IV fluids and CPR. Your dog(s) will be a part of my family while you are away. They will go about their day doing what they normally do at home. They will be free to play and not be cooped up like at a daycare or vet facility. We have a million toys to play with and a nice neighborhood to walk in and lots of places to nap. We currently have two dogs, they both came from difficult situations, but they love to play with other dogs, it's people that can be intimidating. They prefer people that bring dogs in the house. We do slow introductions. We start with a walking meet and greet around the neighborhood and then we come in the backyard with your dog off-leash to smell and then they can all meet slowly. If all the dogs like each other then I do like a day visit if you will be gone more than a few days, so that your dog is comfy here. If you will be gone more than 2 weeks I recommend a night stay beforehand. I work part-time from home in my spa and part time at ARC on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoon. We walk every morning and most days I head to the gym after. Perfect time for the dogs to decompress in their own areas and nap. I have a nice fenced in yard with locks on the gates. All dogs are separated by gates and have their own comfortable spaces with multiple rooms. All dogs are fed separately for safety.

I happily pivoted to Drop-In Visits and Dog Walking throughout the week! I am a stay at home mom and can have flexibility in my days. BUT I am happy to say, we are now able to watch at least 1 pup at a time in our home for boarding! We must do a meet and greet to make sure your pup does well with: my 4yo dog, my 3yo cat, and my two young kids. A little background: I am a Golden Retriever lover! We had my heart dog, Wallace, who hosted countless dogs at our house with me. He has recently passed and now we have Shadow; the most cuddly Golden I've ever met! We usually board our two med/large dogs, but one got a mild respiratory infection right before a big trip and we needed someone responsible and caring to come in and walk, feed, love on them and give meds while we were gone for a week.
