About: I got my first puppy when I was 10 years old a tan Pitbull named Max he taught me so much growing up how to love an animal more than yourself. He is 12 years old now and still my baby although I’ve moved out of my parents home and into my own I have 2 babies of my own now, a 1 year old lab named Penny and a 11 year old Maltese Mix named Luna. Luna has super bad separation anxiety so I know how hard it is to leave a pet even just to go to work for the day. I love Cats and I would own one if it weren’t for my Fiancé's allergies, in fact any cat I’ve ever been around has always loved my company thankfully. I love all animals and I plan to take care of them as if they were my own! I’ve dog/cat “sat” for years for family friends of friends and neighbors travelled all the way to Emerald Isle to dog sit for a family friend I’ve done countless walks drop ins and more! I work Monday-Thursday 7-5 so visits after 5 are fine with me on those days if needed! Friday-Sunday are my free days for visits or walks! About: I’ve been surrounded by paws and wagging tails my whole life—basically raised in a household where the vacuum was always full of fur and the treat jar was never empty. Growing up, I cared for all kinds of pets, including those with special needs, health issues, and daily medications (yes, even the ones who could sniff out a pill from a mile away). I currently work until 2 every weekday, so I can come by to make my visits, give my pets, and take them on walks as soon as I’m done! My weekends are typically completely free so I can easily come by to snuggle and hang out with the kiddos when needed. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I make sure they feel safe, loved, and seen - even in a short visit. I follow all instructions closely, from feeding and water refills to medication and litter box clean-up. I take time to play, cuddle (if they’re into it!), and give them the attention they need to feel calm and cared for while their people are away. I also treat every home with the same respect I’d want someone to show mine, keeping things clean, secure, and leaving everything as I found it. About: Growing up I always wanted a pet for my own and I finally got my first puppy at 10 yrs old. I really think that helped me be responsible. And have so much love for pets I take of my pets like if they were my children. Whenever I have free time I like to help others with there pets. About: In 2006, my family adopted an Old English Sheepdog, Zoey. We got Zoey when she was a puppy, and she lived to be 9 before she passed away. In 2013, my dad and step-mom adopted an Australian Shepherd puppy, Molly. Molly was very high energy and needed a job to do, which was stressful for my step-mom so after Zoey passed away, my mom, my sisters, and I had Molly come live with us. Molly was with me for all walks of life, and we lived together just me and her for the past 6 years. As Molly had gotten older, her arthritis became a big deterrent for us, and we adapted as best we could to make her as happy and comfortable as possible. In the years after college, I dog-sat for my family friends and my own friends when they'd travel. It was always enjoyable and a good way to hang out with some pretty cool dogs! They came in all shapes, sizes, and ages! With Maddy the shitzu being 17 and Banor the German Shepherd being almost a year. I've always had pets, so taking care of them has always been a priority for me. It's truly muscle memory at this point. I get up and immediately go to take my dog outside. Before going to bed, I allot 20 extra minutes to take my dog outside. It's second nature. I care for pets by creating a safe environment for them. I always double-check to make sure nothing is on the floor that they could get into. Pushing things back on the counter in case they jump. And making sure they get extra pets before leaving them to go to work.

sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
