About: Hi there! I’m Chris and I’ve been taking care of dogs for 15 years now. I currently live with my older female dog, Madison, who is a Rhodesian Ridgeback. I am currently in flight school in Hood River and have lots of free time to care for pups old and young. I very much enjoy taking walks and spending quality time with all furry friends and loved animals ones. Please reach out if you have any further questions or inquiries! I’m an early riser and enjoy taking care of animals in any capacity. I have a fenced in yard and am able to take care of dogs during the day. Though I prefer to be outside for walks during the day I also very much enjoy couch time and attentive play with canines of all ages, demeanors, and sizes.

For many years, I was the “go-to” person in town for house sitting and caring for pets while people were out of town. About: I grew up with cats, and have been watching cats and dogs since I was a kid. I really enjoy getting outside and would love to go on lots of walks/hikes or runs with dogs. I’ve also done a lot of farm work, and am happy to take care of farm animals as well. I work remotely and do some ski coaching, I have a really flexible schedule and am happy to come to people’s house to take care of and run/walk dogs and cats and other pets or farm animals. I interact with the animals a lot and make sure they get the attention they need, and get them outside as much as possible. I’ll make sure they always have clean spaces for eating and bathroom and tend to any special needs..double check safety hazards/food/locks etc

About: 3.5 months of volunteer experience in a private shelter in Romania, taking care of 80+ dogs at any given time. Recently adopted one of the dogs from the shelter. Dogs and cats have always been present in my family. I work part time at Love and Hominy in Hood River. On the days I do work I do have periods of time to check on your fur-babies. Aside from that, my free days are fully open for whatever frequency is needed to check on your animals. I have a fenced yard with two dogs that are social. Occasionally there is a cat present. I’m fully comfortable taking your dogs on walks, playing with them, or just sitting and keeping them company.

About: I have a big heart for animals (especially cats and dogs). I am very passionate and driven, i’ll make sure your pets have their needs (and wants) full filled! I work Monday-Thursday from 7-3ish normally. This being said I have most of my afternoons open and weekends and nights available to stay overnight or just walk your pets! I am very gentle and caring with animals, but I can be stern if needed. I don’t accept overnights in my own home due to allergies etc. But I will make sure your dog/cat has everything they need and gets love and attention in their home. I know how to handle big and small dogs, and most of the time I can keep them contained on a lead too.
