Hi there! I'm a lifelong animal lover and proud pet mom to two wonderful dogs, Lucy and Ellie. Lucy is a rescue with reactivity issues, so I’m experienced and comfortable working with pets who may need a little extra patience and understanding. I believe every pet deserves compassionate, reliable care- no matter their personality. Professionally, I have over 3 years of experience providing in-home pet care with a trusted small business in Helena, Montana. This included overnights, drop-in visits, and home care, giving me a solid foundation of hands-on experience to pair with my natural love of animals. I joined Rover to share my passion for animals with more families in our community. With a flexible schedule and a deep commitment to dependable, personalized care, I’d be honored to look after your furry loved ones like they’re my own.

Safety, trust & environment
Safety is critical to me, and I do everything I can to create a calm, secure environment for your pet. I take time to understand your pet’s routine, personality, and any special needs so I can provide consistent, compassionate care. Communication is key, and I’ll always keep you updated while making sure I can reach you quickly in case of an emergency. I also ask for your preferred vet’s contact info- just in case. I strongly advocate for appropriate leash usage and will never take your dog off-leash unless they’re in a securely fenced area like your backyard. Please let me know about crating routines, medications, or any behaviors I should be aware of. I’m here to make sure your pet is not only safe, but comfortable and well cared for every step of the way.

Emily did a great job as usual! Very communicative and punctual. Especially considering we were feeding some outdoor feral cats plus our own cats. She adapted to the change very well. Couldn't recommend her enough!
Emily is so kind and responsible! Our kitty seems so happy when she visits that I don’t even feel guilty for leaving!
Emily came to care for our young previously feral kittens shortly after we adopted them. We felt so bad leaving them but it became clear very quickly that they were in good hands. She was kind, patient and very attentive. It wasn't long before they came out from hiding and were purring in her lap. She was like the kitten whisperer! I highly recommend Emily!
Emily is 100% dependable and so kind and sweet with our kitty!
My pup loved Emily, and she took great care of her, with careful attention paid to her meds/crate instructions since my pup is currently recovering from an injury. Really appreciate Emily's help and looking forward to her watching Seylo again soon!

I work fully remote and am self-employed, which gives me the flexibility to tailor my schedule around your pet’s needs. Whether it’s early mornings, midday drop-ins, or overnight stays- I can make it work. I love being able to prioritize your pet's care and comfort, so just let me know what you need, and I’ll do my best to accommodate!
