I share my home with my beloved golden retriever, Captain, and we walk the beautiful Lakeland Trail—just a block from my house—every day for at least 3 miles. Captain is super friendly and loves making new puppy and kitty friends, especially in our large, privacy-fenced backyard where there’s plenty of space to play and relax. About: I've been taking care of both dogs and cats since I was around 12 or 13, both my own pets and others, and have dog-sat multiple breeds and sizes of dogs for pay as well as for family/friends. I have experience cat-sitting for pay as well and volunteered at a cat shelter, which I loved, that gave me experience with some special needs cats. I have experience dealing with hermit crabs, since I had them as pets for several years, as well as fish. I love animals so I took any chance I was given to take care of them! I work part time for my mom's company, so my schedule is pretty flexible and I'll have plenty of time to care for your fur babies! I'm available weekends and weekdays, I'm a full time grad student so I'll update you with what times I'm available during the semesters whenever you contact me. don't hesitate to ask about anything you need, I'm fully willing to discuss it even if it's outside of my usual parameters. I would also like to note that I do not do recurring walks; my walking service is mostly open for one time walks for clients who can't get home for their pets. If you are within ~15 minutes of either where I am or where my classes are, my price for drop-ins is discounted to $15 instead of $25. I also do not have house sitting open right now due to classes but feel free to contact me if you'd like to discuss it to see if I might be able to accept it. :) I can easily crate your pets if needed and I'm good with leashes/harnesses. I never leave doors open, so you won't have to worry about your pets escaping.

About: I’ve lived with and looked after furry and feathered friends my entire life. I can’t wait to hike or run with your high energy pup or cuddle up for some quality time with your more mellow companion. I have 21 pets at home that fill my days with excitement (4 cats, 4 dogs, 5 goats, 2 pigs, 2 turkeys and 5 chickens). I love every minute of it! Every pet is different and responds differently to their human being away. My goal is to make them comfortable and disrupt their routine as little as possible. Pet care is what gets me out of bed in the morning ☀️ I start the day by feeding the pooches and then checking in the goats and chickens. Nothing makes for a great break in the day like taking a dog on a walk, and of course there’s no better way to unwind than a snuggle with furry friends. I’ve been told I coddle my fur babies… guilty as charged. I love to love on critters of every shape and size. Animals are too good for this world and deserve to be treated that way ❤️

About: I worked as a vets assistant for 2 years and have experience in pet behavior as well as administering medications . I have been pet sitting for over 6 years and enjoy meeting so many sweet animals! I currently have plenty of time for drop in visits, walks and overnight stays. For overnight stays I am able to stay for most the day and give plenty of potty breaks! Your pets safety is very important to me and I will take the upmost care of them when they are under my watch. When staying at a clients home I keep the space clean and make sure there is nothing for pets to get into. I am cautious when letting pets outside/going for walks to ensure their safety! I was a veterinary technician for 20 years and I have experience with cats, dogs (large & small), fish, reptiles, and farm animals. I have one Doodle, a rescue pit bull, a chihuahua, and two cats. We had cows, ponies, and donkeys for many years but now that my son and step daughter is active in sports we have retired from farm animals. I’m very experienced with all medications including but not limited to: insulin injections, eye drops, and oral medications. I walk dogs daily in Howell, Fowlerville, and Brighton so normally last minute bookings are available. I hope to meet you and your friends soon! Im now a stay at home mom and I work from home. This allows for a flexible schedule for pet sitting and allows me to be available for short notice/emergency visits. I’m generally available through out the day for your pets needs. About: Ive been taking care of dogs my whole life. We actually had Beagle puppies born in our bathroom 13 years ago. I've raised 5 dogs all together. We have 1 left. He's our baby. In working at the daycare I have experience working with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, from Great Danes and Pitbulls to Chihuahuas and Dachshunds. I have experience with the following: senior dogs, handicapped dogs, anxious dogs, epileptic dogs, medications, and training puppies. I know how stressful it is to leave your pets so I pride myself in giving the same kind of care I would want my own fur babies to have. I currently work part time during the summer, so I will have plenty of time to help out with your pets! During the fall and winter I attend college and work. I will still be available during those times, my availability just may be slim. Note: I work 6-8 hour shifts on my work days so potty breaks on days I work would be would be at least that far apart plus travel time I pride myself in giving the same kind of care I would want my dogs to receive. At this time I am not offering boarding in my home, but I am more than willing to stay at your home (with potential overnight stays if needed). I find that dogs are less stressed when they stay at home rather than at a strangers house. That being said, I always make time for cuddles and other activities to try to keep your pets at ease so that going on a trip is just as relaxing for your pets as it is for you.
