“Jessica and Matthew were awesome ?! They accepted Lincoln right into their home…Our dog Lincoln, is the epitome of a “golden retriever lap dog”! He is active and playful, but when relaxing he likes to be enmeshed with his caregivers. We were grateful for the funny pics of our boy while in their care! I believe Jessica and Matthew could take care of any breed, because of their competence and genuine love for dogs! Thank you, Lincoln will be back??”

“During the introduction meeting Carolina and her family were all so welcoming and kind and Carolina was obviously on point professionally so I was completely comfortable with leaving Onyx with them. The appointment went very smoothly and I highly recommend her to anyone needing a dog-sitter.”

About: Aside from my own pets over the years, I’ve also provided care and comfort to pets of family and friends. Whether in my home or yours, I will treat your pets as if they were my own. I know how hard it is to find a safe place for our fur babies when we have to travel. Our pittie mutt, Hank, can’t wait to meet your pups! I recently retired after 36 years of teaching and have lots of free time to care for your fur babies. We have a large fenced in deck (and pool for our swimmers). Our 12 acres are not fenced but are cleared for easy walks, on or off lead as desired. Our home sits well off the main road. We’re not opposed to taking pups for rides in our side by side. House trained dogs have freedom in our home. We’re suckers who allow pets on furniture and provide all the love and cuddles needed to make them comfortable. We have plenty of room for crates if your pup is more comfortable in one. In your home, I will follow your house rules. Depending on location, I can come and visit or stay overnight. I can bring mail and packages in for you and take care of your plants. 🪴

“Mary and her husband are awesome! They have a beautiful backyard that is well designed for dog camp. This was my first time leaving my dog in the care of someone other than a family member and Mary put me at ease as soon as I met her. She sends detailed updates 1-2 times per day as well as beautiful photos. She loved and cared for my dog as her own! I will definitely recommend her!”

“Shanea is amazing! She took care of our 6 month old picky labradoodle so well. She’s like his second family and had an awesome time. I would trust her to take care of your fur babies like they were her own.”

“Amelia was very comfortable with our high energy pup and took great care of him. I can tell he misses her already and was looking around for her when we got home. Will definitely book again!”

“Jennifer was super flexible, provided daily updates with pictures, and I’m not sure Jandy wanted to come home! She went on daily walks and had a great time- highly recommended and I would absolutely use again! Thanks so much for everything!”

“Luann was absolutely wonderful. My Willow is only 8 months old and had never stayed somewhere outside our home and was very anxious and unsettled at night. Luann made special accommodations for her, sacrificing her own sleep schedule to try and settle Willow. She also watched out for Leroy (our newly christened "tripod" dog as he was still healing from surgery. I cannot thank her enough and would recommend her to anyone looking for a safe place for their dog to stay.”

“Callie and Chloe stayed with Amanda for 3 nights while we visited the beautiful sights in Watkins Glen. I especially liked that she actually has a connection to a local vet. The pups seemed very happy and well cared for. She is very pleasant and was cooperative with some changing times.”

About: I've had the privilege of loving a variety of dogs: a large rottie/shepherd mix, a rat terrier, and currently an american lab puppy. Now that our lab is beginning to calm down, I'm eager to use my energy to help other people care for their pets! We used Rover for many years and I understand how important it is to find loving, last minute care for your beloved pet. I'll be sure to show your pups the best of care while you're away! I live by Barclay mountain, south of Towanda and commute to the Sayre/Athens area for work, which allows me to check in on pets in a wide range. I'd be happy to swing by before and after work as well as on my lunch as long as your location allows! We have a large, unfenced lawn (one day planning to put in a fence for future farm animals) and a small pond on our large, wooded property. Our dog is boundary trained but we keep a long 50 foot lead for visitors! Dogs are welcome to snuggle up on the couch but generally expected to sleep in their crate or bed as bedrooms are off limits to our furry friends. When I come to you to care for your pets, it's important to me that I follow the usual routine that you've established with them!
“We had such a great experience with Bryan! He sent frequent updates and tons of pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away for a week. It was clear that our dog Lua was having an amazing time—not only with him, but also playing with the other boarding dogs and even interacting with his cats. We could tell Lua felt comfortable, happy, and well cared for the entire time we were away . We will absolutely be using Bryan again in the future and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and attentive pet sitter!”
“Coop had just a fun time! As happy as I was to have him come home, I know he was sad to leave his new friends! It was so cute to see Justin's little girl with his leash walking him!!! Besties for life!! Would recommend Justin and his family to anyone!”

About: I have a country setting home and have a mini farm that's slowly growing. My animals are part of my family so they are treated as so. I am a stay at home mom of 2 boys and my days consist of caring for my entire family. Have transportation if necessary and an incredible vet if anything God forbid were to happen during my care. Proper care consisting of following proper feeding schedules. Exercise consists of walks at the park and bathing if necessary. Lots of cuddles of pets if necessary and probably if not but definitely observant of pets needs. All animals will be given the respect they deserve. I'm fully aware of all normal dietary restrictions animals have.
“First time using Rover.com and Elisheba made for a great first impression! My dog was very happy and well cared for. She sent me several pictures to keep me in the loop on their activities. I definitely recommend Elisheba for your pet walking/boarding needs! ?”
