“Emily did such an incredible job watching our pup koda! She sent tons of photos and updates during the week and made sure to make us aware when she was possibly getting a hot spot. We are so grateful for her and could not recommend her enough!”

“My pup loves Laurie! He has so much fun on his walks while we are at work. She goes above and beyond for our Chief, and takes him in as her own. We couldn’t ask for a better dog walker :) thank you for being amazing!”

About: I am not yet ready to have another pet of my own, so I get great comfort from sharing my love and affection with those families that need it. I have had dogs, cats, a rabbit and a horse throughout my childhood years. My love bug, a 140lb Rottweiler, was the best partner a young woman could have. It was very hard saying goodbye to him. I understand the amount of time, love and attention our pets require of us and I’m happy to be part of the team that can help reduce the concerns when apart or busy. I’ve dog sat at others homes. I’ve kept dogs with me at mine. I’m flexible and understand that each owner has their own unique preferences for the way they want their family member taken care of. I look forward to getting to know you and your loved one! I’m exploring my freedom from corporate life and currently have a lot of open time in my schedule. I’m looking to stay active and walking is a key part of that. I’d love to have a companion to get out and putting the miles on my step counter. I would prefer caring for your pet in a setting more familiar to them, their own home when possible. I know that each owner has unique standards that they want followed and I welcome having detailed instructions and information to follow. Outside of the guidelines that I might get, I’m happy to play, do some basic training, build the pet’s confidence and nurture with attention and affection.

“"I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by AnnMarie! She was professional, punctual, and clearly cared about the dogs in her care. My dogs were always happy and excited to see her. The updates she provided gave me peace of mind knowing my dogs were in good hands. Highly recommend for any pet owner looking for reliable and loving care!"”

“Lesley is an outstanding dog walker! I hired her to walk our 4 year old, 80lb. German Shorthaired Pointer, Maya. Lesley got back to me very quickly after I first requested her services, and then met us in advance for a “meet and greet” and asked about Maya’s behavior, likes and dislikes when she goes on walks. Lesley communicated via text through “rover.com” whenever she had any information I needed and answered my replies in a timely manner as well. She was always on time. Maya loved her walks with Lesley and each day after her first walk, waited by the window for Lesley to arrive each morning. Lesley also provided me with a daily online report of Maya’s walking route, her potty breaks and water intake. She posted pictures of Maya on her walk as well! I am so grateful for Lesley’s help with walking Maya and I look forward to hiring her again. I wholeheartedly recommend Lesley! She is awesome.”

“Stephanie is absolutely wonderful! She took great care of both my pup and cat—very caring and great with communication. So grateful for her thoughtful care and great pics! Highly recommended.”

“Michael is flexible and he loves your pets. He is always communicating and seems to really love what he does. If you're in the tri-valley area, you need Michael to care for your pet. Nice guy, always prepared and very considerate of the pet's needs. A+”

About: Hi! I’m Nicole, a lifelong animal lover and experienced pet parent based in Livermore. I’ve grown up with dogs since I was young and spent over 10 years as a proud cat mom before becoming an all-dog household—so I understand and adore both feline and canine personalities. Today, I share my home with three dogs, including a senior with arthritis and a tiny chihuahua with special dietary needs. I know that every pet has their own quirks and comforts, and I’m here to meet them with patience, care, and genuine love. Whether it’s playtime, cuddles, medications, or a detailed feeding routine, I provide dependable, attentive care that makes pets (and their people) feel safe and supported. I treat your pets like family—because to me, they are. Let’s connect and find the perfect fit for your furry companion’s needs! Pet care is a natural part of my daily life—I have three dogs of my own, so feeding, walking, and giving them attention is already built into my routine. I work from home with a flexible schedule, which allows me to give visiting pets plenty of time, love, and care throughout the day. Whether it's drop-in visits, walks, or overnight stays, I make sure each pet feels safe, seen, and well cared for as part of my everyday rhythm. Safety and trust are my top priorities. In my home, pets have a calm, clean, and supervised environment with plenty of space to relax or play. I separate feeding areas if needed and tailor routines to each pet’s needs. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow all instructions closely and keep things consistent to help pets feel secure. I treat every home with respect and every animal with kindness—making sure they feel safe, loved, and right at home.

About: I have been taking care of dogs, cats and other pets since I was a child. Pets quickly warm up to me and begin bonding with me. Whenever my family and friends get new pets or when I have met them for the first time, the dogs and cats quickly take a liking to me, warm up to me and bond with me, often following me around and coming to me when they want to be fed or let in and out of the house. My availability is very free and flexible every week. I am available on weekends also. I keep my calendar availability up to date every week. In my home, my two medium-sized dogs are mostly indoor dogs who spend most of their time indoors and have a doggy door to go into our backyard whenever they want to go potty, play and roam around. They also go for walks every day. In my clients' homes, I would always make sure to treat their pets with the same love, attention, care and respect that my pets get.

“Tina is amazing. She took time to listen to ALL the incredible helicopter mom details I provided about walking my dogs. She is super calm around my sometimes boisterous huskies. Many either don't pay enough attention or are overwhelmed by them. She is great at communicating and really wants to make sure the dogs are getting what they need. I can't recommend her enough.”

About: I have always loved dogs. Three years ago I got my little chihuahua. I am her primary caretaker, which means I walk her, take her out to potty and to the vet. If I get a chance to care for any other dogs, I would care for them as if they are my own. I am very passionate about dogs since they are so loyal and loving. I would make a great candidate to care for your dog, plus I am responsible, hard-working and always on time.

About: We have a large home with a very safe fenced backyard. Lot’s of grass to play & run. We are recently retired & your dog will be loved like our own. Cuddling on the couch for some cozy time is enjoyed by all. Your dog will never be left alone. With two of us there is always someone home. We have become small dog specialists & only care for the smaller ones. Senior care is no problem. We have a lot of experience with older dogs of our own & Rover parents trusting us with their care. We have a soft spot in our hearts for dogs & treat them like family. We look forward to giving you updates through pictures and texts while you’re away. Our time is devoted to making your dogs stay the best experience possible. We love cuddles or if they are independent, that’s ok too! Toy time is always fun. Walks along the lovely trail near our home are included, if you choose? Frequent potty breaks are offered all day. Relax knowing how secure our backyard is. There are trees for shade & many places for sun as well. We have hardwood flooring & several dog beds for comfort.

“Kevin is someone who is very selfless and responsible. He is so caring when it comes to not only others but to my pets, too. He always makes sure that they have sufficient water and food at all times. He gives them love and affection which you can tell that my pets love since they either purr extra and always go to him for affection or are always nudging their heads under his hands and beside his leg to get his attention. He is also a very trustworthy driver, he makes sure to be at his destinations earlier than needed.”
