I currently work from home so I spend lots of time with family pets, old roommate animals and friends pets. Lately it's been waking up to 3 small dogs my parents have. I work at the NC Zoo, so I am able to go home and let dogs out/walk them over my hour lunch. I do watch my parents 2 Australian shepherds whenever they are out of town at my home, with a fenced in backyard, and my 2 cats get along with the dogs fine! I am a full-time zookeeper with a rotating schedule. I am available for at home care, overnight care as well as drop in visits throughout the week! I have a small fenced in backyard and 2 animal friendly cats. If needed, I am able to close my cats into their separate room when I'm not home. If providing care at client's home, I will walk, feed, medicate and play with them as well as spend the night if needed.

But if I had a pet I would make sure they have access to fresh food and water so they will stay nourished. Give them play time so they can be active as well as showing them the love they deserve. I was fortunate enough to watch a neighbor’s dog this past summer and I loved it. I have 4 dogs of my own. They are a chihuahua, welsh corgi, French bulldog and lastly a sheltie. My dogs are my world and they make life more enjoyable, I truly couldn’t imagine coming home to an empty house without my dogs. I truly hope that I can make this a full time gig and treat your pets as if they were my own and give them the love and attention that they deserve.
