About: I have experience with dogs through a part-time business, helping out family and friends, and voluntary work abroad. I have taken care of lots of different breeds, sizes and ages and therefore can cater to any needs! I currently am self-employed as a part-time Gardener, which means I often have spare weekdays in which I have time to look after local pets! I have grown up with two cats and surrounded by the dogs and cats of family/friends, meaning I am very comfortable pet sitting and have lots of experience, which creates a relaxed atmosphere for pets to feel safe and most importantly happy!

The lovely Nadia, and her equally lovely daughter, walked Stan for me this morning, and did such a great job! It was my first time using this app, and she really put me at ease. They popped round to meet Stan the day before (and got on like a house on fire), so he was mega excited to see them again this morning! I'll definitely be hiring Nadia again, and would highly recommend her services! Stanley has 2 new best friends :)

About: As a qualified dog trainer, walker and sitter - I founded my own company, Country Canine Academy last year. After a locational move to Leicestershire, I am now open for bookings! I take pride in knowing that I provide the best for every single dog which comes to me for support. I have extensive knowledge in enrichment, mental stimulation and I strive to build a genuine connection with your dog. Having any sitter is easy - but having a sitter which prioritises the safety and comfort of your dog is a service which I put forward at all times. I provide bookings for all breeds, sizes and ages - with no dog receiving any less care than the next. I take into account any additional support your dog needs, whether this be medication or facing reactivity. I promote force-free and positive reinforcement based training, with goal of letting your dog have a fun and enjoyable session. I have professional and personal experience with puppies, adolescence dogs and seniors! I love to adapt my services to suit the needs of your dogs. At the moment, I am offering services of: - Dog walking - Dog sitting (short or long stay!) - Drop-in visits I cannot currently provide day care in my own home due to size, but this is a service I look to introduce over 2026. Please do get in contact with any questions! I am a third and final year paediatric nursing student, so I run adhoc hours currently. I am in the process of building a client basis for dog training - so please get in touch if this is also something you are interested in! I offer dog walking and house sitting requests, and I am unable to currently provide dog boarding due to size of home. I currently operate a 3-day booking request, in which I guarantee to respond to you by the end of the day. If I am unavailable to provide you with a booking on your requested date, I will always do my best to suggest other sitters, walkers, and companies to fulfil your request. I can walk your dog both on lead and off-lead, depending on what you prefer. I drive, so can make trips to the forest and beach for an additional price which can be arranged prior to the session. I am business insured, dog confident and described as a safe and trustworthy individual to look after your pet. Please feel free to read the testimonials and reviews on my profile! I can feed your pets, and administer any medication necessary. I am a responsible owner and promise to look after your dogs well, and love them as my own whilst they’re under my service.

About: Hi I'm Leanne, I'm a 33 year old postgraduate student who's dedicated to animal care with over a decade of experience in caring for cats, dogs and other pets including rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, birds etc. I have experience in looking after young, adult, senior and sick pets, administrating oral medication, following set routines and dog walking of various breeds. I have also volunteered for the RSPCA over the years and always look for opportunities related to animal care. I'm able to sit on short notice and as well as your pets being my priority, I would also treat your home with the upmost respect and provide regular updates on your furry friends with messages, pictures and videos :) I have owned cats and small pets myself, and I am my friends go-to when they need a pet sitter in a pinch! A written reference can be provided here on request. I have plenty of experience with dogs of various breeds, however only up to medium sizes and would not be comfortable walking overly large breeds. I would like to continue caring for animals as a regular pet sitter due to my love in looking after pets and keeping them company. It's something that brings me joy and I'd be happy to create good connections with animal care in my area. I'll also be gaining experience in doggy day care and grooming this autumn as a volunteer to further my skills, alongside canine CPR which I will add to my profile on completion. Aside from my love for animals I have recently completed a master's degree in English literature and creative writing and would like to pet sit around my further PhD studies commencing in October. I also enjoy reading, travel and photography. Additional notes: £15 minimum travel expenses may be added to the booking depending on distance. If more tasks are required than a standard pet sit, for example specialist care, this will incur an additional charge which can be discussed during an inquiry. I'm also happy to extend a booking if there's delays on your return if I'm available that day. This will add another £35 overnight rate to the total. I am currently available full time to pet sit, working remotely which fits perfectly around caring for your pets. I am able to give them as much attention as they need throughout the day and they are always my top priority. I always follow the owner's routine to ensure your pet doesn't suffer any stress whilst you are away. I make sure they are fed, have constant access to fresh water, treats and plenty of cuddles. If you have a garden I love to go out a few times a day and monitor when your dog needs the loo. I will walk your dog at least 30 minutes every day and follow any guidelines you have for routes and behaviour. I provide daily/twice daily updates for your peace of mind and make sure your home is tidy on your return.

About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs for most of my adult life, and I truly understand the special bond we share with our pets. I currently have a playful toy poodle named Bailey who brings so much joy to our home, and my 12 year old daughter is just as animal obsessed as I am. Caring for animals comes naturally to us it’s part of our daily life. Over the years, I’ve looked after dogs of all ages, personalities, and needs, from bouncy puppies to older dogs who enjoy a slower pace. I provide consistent routines, plenty of love, and one-on-one attention to help every dog feel relaxed and safe. Because I work from home, I’m always present to care for them throughout the day, whether it’s for short stays or longer visits. I treat every dog in my care like they’re part of our family. I believe in creating a calm, welcoming, and loving environment that truly feels like a home from home. If your dog enjoys being around children, gentle playtime, and lots of cuddles, they’ll settle in beautifully here. As someone who works from home full-time, I’m able to give your dog plenty of care, attention, and company throughout the day. I live in a calm, dog-friendly home with a fenced garden, and I’m out daily for walks—perfect for dogs who need both stimulation and relaxation. My flexible schedule means I can usually work around your needs with a bit of notice. Whether it’s for daycare, overnight stays, weekends, or holidays, your dog will be welcomed into a loving family environment alongside my friendly toy poodle, Bailey, and my dog-loving 12-year-old daughter. If your dog is comfortable around children and enjoys a homely routine, I’d be delighted to have them join us. Expect cuddles, playtime, and a home-from-home experience where your pet will be treated as one of our own. Pet safety and well-being are my top priorities. I live in a peaceful village on a quiet road near the countryside, surrounded by beautiful, dog-friendly walking routes and open fields. Whether your dog enjoys calm strolls or energetic play, there’s plenty of space for them to explore and exercise safely. At home, we have a secure, fully fenced garden where dogs can relax and play. I work from home full-time, so your pet will never be left alone they’ll receive plenty of care, attention, and companionship throughout the day. Before any stay, I offer a complimentary Meet and Greet to get to know you and your dog. This allows me to understand their personality, routine, and any special requirements—whether that’s medication, dietary needs, or exercise preferences. It’s also a great chance to see how they get on with my 12 year old daughter and our friendly toy poodle, Bailey. You’ll receive photo updates during your dog’s stay so you can feel confident they’re safe, happy, and being treated just like one of the family.

About: I have had cats since I was 5 years old and dogs for 3 years. I have handled everything from feeding and cleaning to birth and feeding newborns every two hours. I even have experience nursing a cat with congenital heart failure. I have a trained Afghan hound who can be off leash, so I am no stranger to stubborn active “untrainable” dogs. I am currently free with no commitments and so if needed can take on same day booking for walking and check ins. I will always update my availability. I will always follow the instructions and requirements given by owners. I understand the level of trust placed by owners to anyone they entrust the care of their beloved pet or their home environment and therefore understand that communication is vital. I will always give a report about the walk / check in and will update owners on any injury or out of the ordinary behaviour. My vast experience permits me to recognise canine and feline body language paying attention to the small details.

About: I'm used to reactive dogs having a rescue dog for a number of years now. I have always been around energetic dogs and have had small pets for many years. Namely hamsters, rabbits, pet mice and pet rats. I'm currently transitioning from a 9 to 5 office job and so have flexibility to assist people with their pet's need. I do have dog walking and sitting commitments at the moment but I will find a way to ensure I keep my commitments. I have always worked in fields where DBS checks were essential and have gone through a DBS check again which I can produce as requested. I'm a very trust worthy person and treat other people's property with the upmost respect it requires.

About: Hey there. My name is Sam. I am a proud dog owner of a bonkers Boxer and a rather sleepy English Bulldog. I am looking to walk or drop in for other dogs, any size, I love them all :) I work full time but I am based at home so there’s nothing more I’d love to do than take your pooches out for an adventure. I have experience in caring for my family/friends/co-workers dogs and have grown up with dogs my whole life, they are the bestest friends! As a family we fostered dogs growing up, so if your pooch has some additional needs that’s no problem. Wind, rain or shine, I love walking doggies of all different sizes/breeds. Most importantly, it’s their favourite time of the day! I am reliable, trustworthy and flexible with hours and days. My doggies are pampered pooches and so spoilt, every doggie deserves some love and affection.

About: I’ve been brought up with dogs from a small age and also had dogs of my own. I have an 8 year old daughter who loves them as much as I do, she is at school during the week but enjoys getting involved with playing with them whilst we care for them. I am pretty flexible but do enquire to check timings are ok. I work from home so your dog will have as much attention and playtime as they need Usually the day starts with an early morning walk. I work from home and take an hour lunch break so I tend to take a larger walk around the fields at the back of my house. You will receive frequent videos, photos and updates of your dogs day too

About: I got my first puppy around the age of 10. It was me and my 2 siblings job to take on the responsibility of taking care of feeding, walks and playing with the new puppy. I have been surrounded by dogs big and small throughout my life. I am my families go to person whenever they need someone to watch their pets while they go away on vacation. I am currently a student so my schedule is very flexible. I have at most 3 hours of classes a day and the rest of the time i am near or at my flat studying or doing work. I would be able to provide ample walks if boarding a dog or can also provide the other services of dog walks and house sitting if needed. There is a nice park near my flat and a couple nice walking paths i could take the dog on. I am very much a dog person and the needs of the dog tend to come before my own. I have had the experience of walking small and big dogs and can follow directions if you are training them I will ensure to use the same tactics.

About: Diploma in canine behaviour and canine first aid 🐾 Hello there! For as long as I can remember growing up, we have always had a home full of animals, we never had less than three dogs at one time ranging from St Bernard's to Pomeranian’s to Dogue de Bordeaux and then of course cats too all living happily together, so you could say I am an animal enthusiast! Years of experience has given me an array of knowledge regarding training, diet, temperament and empathy to equip me for taking care of your beloved pets to the best of my ability. Working with animals has always been a drive for me! I believe it is important to create a home from home experience to make space for the highest level of comfort, because of this I ask that during our meet and greet you let me know your training schedule and the commands that you use so that I can carry on with what you have been teaching them, this way they don't pick up any bad habits and they return to you happy and fulfilled. If you have a reactive or antisocial dog that you would prefer I take on one to one I am open to discussing this with you, it is important that yours and your pets needs are met. I have a house with a fenced garden and am also close to lots of great outdoor spaces for walking and adventures. My home is suited to any needs that your animal may have, I have experience with different levels of anxieties and ailments that they may be experiencing. I will always do my best to work around your schedule, with enough advance planning your dates and time should be achievable. Just let me know! Dependent on your requirements we can discuss ways to create a safe space for your pet. I think it is important to create a plan together before hand for your peace of mind.

About: I’ve been walking and caring for dogs for the past couple of years and it’s honestly one of my favourite things to do. Most of the dogs i’ve worked with have been medium sized, but i’m open to all types of dog breeds. Pet care fits into my week quite naturally at this point. I usually space out walks throughout the day so it gives me a nice routine and keeps me active. When I’m caring for pets in their own home I always try to stick to their normal routine as much as possible so they feel comfortable and happy.

However, weekends i am much more flexible throughout the whole day as long as there’s enough notice:) I personally do not have pets of my own, however that does not mean i am not an animal doggy lover myself! Amelia has been helping to train my (currently) 12 week old puppy, Otis, since he arrived home at 8 weeks. She has helped a huge amount with training, being the only person who has been able to successfully get him to do a "down", and he always loves their training sessions. She has also done lots of good lead walking with him on walks out and about which has been great. She has also looked after him for the morning/afternoon on multiple occasions and I couldn't recommend her more highly. I also have seen Amelia training, walking and interacting with her own dog, Mylo, since he was a puppy. He has been extremely well trained and has grown into a socially confident and comfortable little man who is an absolute sweetheart. I couldn't recommend Amelia more!

John's been walking our dogs for a while now, and we couldn't be happier! One of our dogs can be quite reactive and has a strong prey drive, which can make walks challenging. The other is a very high energy. John has been absolutely fantastic in handling both of them. He’s patient, calm, and so understanding. Our reactive dog is so relaxed around him, and both dogs come back from their walks happy and well-exercised. We trust John completely and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional, caring dog walker!

About: I am very patient and attentive to the animals in my care and very protective towards them. I treat them like I treat my own dog. I am retired and am at home all the time. I am available every day of the week but would need 3 days' notice. I am quite flexible with my time. My garden is fully enclosed and safe from any dangers like the wrong plants or chemicals. The nearest park to me is a very secluded and safe place.

Sam has looked after my English Bulldog many times, more times than not this is a chore due to her stubborn nature and the fact that she doesn't want to walk for more than 5 minutes. This isn't the case when Sam looks after her as she has this special little charm on my dog that i don't understand but it is amazing! She is also the kindest and sweetest person and i trust her 100% to walk or dog sit my dog which she has done many times. I wouldn't ask anyone else to do this and i couldn't recommend and praise Sam higher for the days/nights she has looked after my dog.

Faye looked after Barney whilst we were away on holiday for 2 weeks. Barney was walked regularly and Faye sent us lots of photo updates on what he was up to! The house and garden was clean and presentable. I will definitely be using Faye again in the future and would recommend her to anybody needing to find a loving place for their pet to stay.

I have been Paris' neighbour and family friend for about 3 years now. She's always been a mature and responsible person and I have trusted her to care for my 2 Labradors Murphy and Patch. She would voluntarily walk them daily and also sit them when I go away :)
