We have plenty of lovely walking routes around Ardleigh and enjoy giving pets the exercise, attention and companionship they need. We also don't have any children or pets so our lifestyle is very flexible. We know that every pet is different, and nobody knows them better than their owner. Before looking after your pet, we’ll always take the time to learn about their routine, personality and what makes them feel happy and safe. We’ll follow your guidance so they feel as comfortable and settled as possible. We have a secure, sizeable garden where they can enjoy some fresh air, play and explore safely. Our home is set back from the road, giving pets a quieter and safer environment, and we also have security cameras around the property for extra peace of mind. We’ll make sure they get plenty of attention, cuddles, exercise and downtime depending on what they’re used to. We understand that some pets need lots of interaction, while others prefer a little more space and a calm routine. When caring for pets in their own home, we know that staying in a familiar place can often be less stressful. We’ll keep to their normal routine, spend quality time with them and make sure they feel safe and cared for while you’re away. Most importantly, we want your pet to feel happy and relaxed, and for you to have peace of mind knowing they’re being looked after by people who genuinely love animals.

About: I have had dogs of my own for the last 12 years and have worked at kennels during this time, looking after several dogs with complex needs. I’m experienced with many types of dogs and equipped to deal with any medical needs. I am a very active individual so plenty of walks available! I’ve grown up around animals and have looked after all kinds of animals - from alpacas to horses, I’ve done it! I currently work 8-4pm mon - Friday but my working hours / days are very flexible. I can work from home when required to be flexible. I am a trustworthy individual used to looking after and caring for other peoples pets, as well as my own. My life is very flexible so timings are not a problem.

About: I’m a fun, caring animal lover who just wants the best for all animals! I currently volunteer at the Blue Cross and I’ve previously run a kennels & cattery so am confident with dogs and cats of all shapes, sizes and breeds. I’ve also worked for 2 zoos - one a mobile zoo with smaller animals such as reptiles and meerkats and the other a large zoo with everything from penguins to zebras so I’m used to a whole host of animal traits and characters, as well as meeting their needs. With love! Having had my own dogs since I was a child and more recently lost my elderly Mastiff cross Bordeaux, I know what it’s like as an owner to leave your pet with someone else. About: Hi I am Steph! I have always loved animals, from caring for families pets to neighbours pets and even my own when we had them. I have looked after Dogs (from Yorkies to bigger breads Boxers), drop in feeds and toilet breaks for my neighbours cats and even down to Tortoises!. I decided after looking after many animals that I should make something I enjoy into a Job! In my main job I work from home permanently so please be assured your pets will be provided with full love, attention, playtime, walks, feeding and medication if you require and they will be taken care of and looked after to the highest standard. I am also trained in pet first aid and cpr. I currently work from home full time so pet care fits perfectly as I am always at home so your pets will be provided with the best care. I have a large fenced garden for your pets to explore if the walkies are not enough for them and they wish for more playtime or toilet times. The house is large enough to accommodate your pets and I have enough space if they are required to be in a crate. The only off limits is no pets on the sofa and no pets on the beds so they will need their own bed. Other than this the house and garden is free for your animals to roam and explore (with me being there so they are looked after). Please note I will not provide off the lead walks while dogs are in my care for protection of your animal and for myself. If your animals are not used to being on a lead then you will have to pay a fee higher for dog paddocks for their walks each day. You are free to book these paddocks yourself and send me the booking confirmations or I can book them for you and provide you with the receipt for costs. (Usually £15 max per hour).

About: I’ve helped my parents walking our dog since he was a puppy. I’ll feed him on time and company him when his family aren’t around. I’ll make sure he has a familiar person during thunderstorms and fireworks. I’m currently working part time and will be free most days of the week. I’m an animal person so they fit in perfectly with my free time. I have a fenced and good sized garden where my dog can safely play and have fun. I make sure my dog has a walk and playtime. He has his food accordingly and a relaxing evening before bed.

About: I've always had dogs or cats throughout my life and I currently am a cat mum. I thoroughly love animals and care for them a huge amount. I am currently working hybrid and have a flexible schedule, so happy to workout timings with you when a care is needed for your pet/s I can not have animals in my home as I have a cat and I don't think she would like any visitors unfortunately and it wouldn't be fair on her. For any bookings I would speak to the customer about any possible safety issues they know of in advance from their side.

About: I’m an experienced in-your-home pet and house-sitter (day and night) - which I enjoy and love to do at the same time! Read on to find out more about me and see if I’m a good match for you :) I’ve been lucky to have pets to love and care for all my life and having a pet is something I really miss (I can't have a pet of my own due to where I live). After taking early retirement I'm just not ready to slow down and this means I have loads of time and love to give to your pets! I find the love and affection from animals so rewarding which is why in the absence of my own I decided to become a pet-sitter - starting out with sitting for friends and family and expanding from there. All certificates avalible on request. I am avaliable for walks, drop-ins, day care and sitting Monday-Sunday. I only care for one household at a time for walks and when pet sitting so I can devote all my attention on your pets needs and giving them a happy time when you are away. I cater for dogs, cats, rabbits and guinea pigs, individual needs and requirments in your own home, and at mine. I have a fenced garden, great walks on our doorstep, on the beach, in woodland and over open fields.
