I was totally besotted with him and that kickstarted a lifelong interest/obsession with cats! I now have a cat of my own (after many years without pets) and have been looking after her for the past two years. About: I’m a fun, caring animal lover who just wants the best for all animals! I currently volunteer at the Blue Cross and I’ve previously run a kennels & cattery so am confident with dogs and cats of all shapes, sizes and breeds. I’ve also worked for 2 zoos - one a mobile zoo with smaller animals such as reptiles and meerkats and the other a large zoo with everything from penguins to zebras so I’m used to a whole host of animal traits and characters, as well as meeting their needs. My work is very flexible and I work from home most of the time - if I do need to go out I often take the dog/s staying with me along, so they can enjoy a walk somewhere new at the same time🙂 My approach to looking after your pets? With love! Having had my own dogs since I was a child and more recently lost my elderly Mastiff cross Bordeaux, I know what it’s like as an owner to leave your pet with someone else. I therefore aim to make both you and your pet as comfortable as can be while you’re away and am very flexible to meets yours and their needs.

I genuinely love spending time with animals and understand that every pet has their own personality, routine and needs. Alongside regularly walking dogs, my partner Joe and I also look after family and friends' pets whenever they need us to. Our home is set back from the road, giving pets a quieter and safer environment, and we also have security cameras around the property for extra peace of mind. We’ll make sure they get plenty of attention, cuddles, exercise and downtime depending on what they’re used to. We understand that some pets need lots of interaction, while others prefer a little more space and a calm routine. When caring for pets in their own home, we know that staying in a familiar place can often be less stressful. About: Although I haven’t had a dog of my own, I have plenty of hands on experience caring for dogs. About: I’ve always had many animals, I have been looking after friends and families dogs for years. I’ve rescued everything from cat to chickens. I’ve looked after horses and worked on farms. I have hand reared kittens. I have extensive cat experience, having rescued pregnant cats and cats that had been left and were very timid. I have walked dogs of all kinds and sizes. I am available at any time for walking and drop in visits. I can pretty much do any time, any day. I’m very flexible and work for myself from home. So my day if mine to organise I normally care for pets in their own homes but I can care for them at mine. I’ve popped into houses up to three times a days and I am pretty flexible with what works for your pets

About: I’ve helped my parents walking our dog since he was a puppy. I’ll feed him on time and company him when his family aren’t around. I’ll make sure he has a familiar person during thunderstorms and fireworks. I’m currently working part time and will be free most days of the week. I’m an animal person so they fit in perfectly with my free time. I have a fenced and good sized garden where my dog can safely play and have fun. I make sure my dog has a walk and playtime. He has his food accordingly and a relaxing evening before bed.

About: I've always had dogs or cats throughout my life and I currently am a cat mum. I thoroughly love animals and care for them a huge amount. I am currently working hybrid and have a flexible schedule, so happy to workout timings with you when a care is needed for your pet/s I can not have animals in my home as I have a cat and I don't think she would like any visitors unfortunately and it wouldn't be fair on her. For any bookings I would speak to the customer about any possible safety issues they know of in advance from their side.

About: Ever since before I could walk, I was surrounded by animals. I grew up on a farm with cats, dogs, sheep, chickens, rabbits, guinea-pigs, goats, horses and every other animal you can imagine. I spent all my childhood training horses and trained our dogs in all the basics. If your pet has any special requirements, please let me know and if you need any help with training I am more than happy to assist. My current job means I'm not able to have the time for a pet of my own so I am looking to open my heart to help others and give your pet an abundance of care and affection. I love to hike and be outdoors so your pet will get all the exercise you would like them to have and lots hugs and affection. I currently work from home two days a week and am free most weekends. I am also available most evenings but this can be discussed on a case by case basis. I have a large two bedroom flat in the town centre. There are other pets on the same floor. Your pet will have full access around the flat and I can take them for regular potty breaks as well as a lunchtime and evening walk. If your pet is with me on the weekend I often go hiking, so please be aware of this and if this is not suitable for your pet please let me know. If I do take your dog out hiking and they get muddy I'm more than happy to give them a bath/shower afterwards as long as you advise if they have any skin allergies etc. If your pet has any medical requirements etc I'm more than happy to discuss this on a case by case basis.
