About: Hi, I'm Charlotte! I've grown up with dogs, cats and other small animals, so caring for pets has always been a part of my life. I genuinely love spending time with animals and understand that every pet has their own personality, routine and needs. Alongside regularly walking dogs, my partner Joe and I also look after family and friends' pets whenever they need us to. Whether it's a walk, a drop-in visit or overnight care, we treat every pet as if they were our own, making sure they feel safe, happy and well looked after. We both work in the emergency services, so being reliable, trustworthy and dependable is second nature to us. We work around our shift patterns, which gives us flexibility to offer care throughout the week, including weekdays, evenings and weekends. We're based in Ardleigh, where we're lucky to have plenty of lovely countryside footpaths and quiet walking routes right on our doorstep. Whether your dog enjoys a gentle stroll or a longer adventure, we'll make sure they get the exercise, attention and care they deserve. We know how important it is to leave your pet with someone you can trust, and we'd love the opportunity to get to know both you and your furry friend. Our shift work gives us a flexible routine that works really well with pet care. As we both work in the emergency services, we have different shift patterns, meaning there is usually someone at home and we can plan our time around the needs of each pet. We love being outdoors and regularly enjoy going on walks and runs around the local countryside, so having a dog to join us makes it even better. We have plenty of lovely walking routes around Ardleigh and enjoy giving pets the exercise, attention and companionship they need. We also don't have any children or pets so our lifestyle is very flexible. We know that every pet is different, and nobody knows them better than their owner. Before looking after your pet, we’ll always take the time to learn about their routine, personality and what makes them feel happy and safe. We’ll follow your guidance so they feel as comfortable and settled as possible. We have a secure, sizeable garden where they can enjoy some fresh air, play and explore safely. Our home is set back from the road, giving pets a quieter and safer environment, and we also have security cameras around the property for extra peace of mind. We’ll make sure they get plenty of attention, cuddles, exercise and downtime depending on what they’re used to. We understand that some pets need lots of interaction, while others prefer a little more space and a calm routine. When caring for pets in their own home, we know that staying in a familiar place can often be less stressful. We’ll keep to their normal routine, spend quality time with them and make sure they feel safe and cared for while you’re away. Most importantly, we want your pet to feel happy and relaxed, and for you to have peace of mind knowing they’re being looked after by people who genuinely love animals.

About: I have a genuine love of animals and practical experience of caring for neighbours, friends and family pets. I also have theoretical knowledge a level 3 extended diploma in animal management. I am confident with daily walks, feeding schedules, following care instructions and making sure pets are safe, happy and always looked after whilst in my care. I am reliable, trustworthy and caring and will treat dogs as if they are my own. From Mondays to Fridays I currently volunteer for the Essex Wildlife Trust so I am flexible and free to dog walk and house sit your pets including at weekends. I train and play football for a local club but am happy to accommodate looking after your much loved pet around these commitments. From the beginning I will want to get to know your pet so I will spend time bonding with them, playing, talking and keeping them company. I know that pets like consistency so I will stay close to their normal routine which I will ensure I fully understand by asking for clear instructions from you. This includes knowing feeding times, portion sizes and any dietary needs and health requirements, where and when they are walked and their comfort toys and sleeping habits. I will add details of your vet to my pet plan should a medical emergency arise. If your pet uses your garden I will check that the gate is closed and the fences are secure before letting them out and I will then supervise and clean up their mess. I will send you regular updates and photos and of course report anything of concern immediately. I appreciate that it's not only your pet that I am responsible for but also your home which I will do my best to keep clean and tidy and follow any house rules that you give me.

About: We’ve had dogs since I was 5 years old including my own dog for 7 years. I’ve looked after friends & families dogs when they’ve gone away and regularly let my sisters dog out. I’ve been around dogs of all sizes, from a pug all the way up to a Great Dane. I currently work part time, so off Monday, Thursdays and Friday. Your dogs will be loved and looked after as if they were my own, with lots of company while you’re at work. I will give your pups the love and attention they need whilst your away, catering walks to their needs, whether it’s a short walk round the block or hours playing over the field and adventuring round the area.

I also have experience with senior dog care, as well as dogs with specific behavioural needs such as anxiety or reactivity. I am currently working part time managing my own holiday rental property. About: I’m a 19-year-old university student who has grown up surrounded by animals and genuinely loves caring for them. I have plenty of free time around my studies, so I’m able to offer flexible and reliable pet care. I’ve spent many of my summer holidays walking dogs for family and friends, keeping myself busy while doing something I truly enjoy. I’m also on my own fitness journey, so getting out for longer walks is something I actively enjoy — making dog walking a perfect combination of exercise, fresh air and spending time with animals. As a university student, my schedule can be more flexible than a typical 9–5, meaning I can often give your dog plenty of time and attention throughout the day. My cat is outdoors for most of the day, but is friendly and has been around dogs many times before with no issue. About: I am a friendly and fun dog lover. I am a secondary school teacher who works during the weekdays! At the weekends I love to spend time with my dogs Myles and Arko, and I also love to be active. I am available during half terms including the 6 weeks summer holidays to dog sit your in your own home or to drop in where it is needed. During the half terms and weekends I have no commitments and therefore your dog would be my only priority alongside my own! I work week days as a secondary teacher with availability from Friday evening- Sunday evening! I also have every school holiday/ half term available for pet care! I will look after your pet in your own home with the routine that they know and love. Each of my visits are tailored to what your pet needs and what you would like from my service.

About: Hi, I’m Steph :) I have been bought up with dogs all of my life; when I was a baby I had our pet Rottweiler by my side 24/7. Then throughout my childhood we had red setters, retired greyhounds & staffy’s as part of the family. I currently have a little staffy named Blue. She is almost 9 years old and is a complete softy who needs cuddles all day long. Which is why she needs three walks per day, to have a break from the cuddles ;). I absolutely love animals, dogs especially because their personalities are so bubbly and unique. I love keeping active so dog walking/sitting is an absolute dream of mine, and seeing doggos happy makes me so happy too. I hope to shake paws with you soon 🐾 I currently work independently for myself from home, so I am flexible for all timings, 7 days per week. All I ask is to have 1 week notice for all bookings. Ideally I would like to have some homes that I can visit on a regular, long term basis so I can really get to know your pets and they get to know me :) All of my services will be home visit based and I will gladly provide all of the care and attention your pet needs for the duration of the time I am with them. I am very caring and attentive when it comes to animals, so you will return to a very happy pet when you come home. I am happy to feed and walk and provide any extra attention that your pay needs.

About: I have helped look after friends and family pets over the last 5 years. I love being out in nature going on long walks. I love all types of dogs. I have a history with small and big dogs. I have periods of flexible working from home. My own car so can travel to your pet. I do not have children so have good flexibility. I would prefer to walk your dog or can sit with your dog at its own house rather than at mine. I’m currently based in an apartment so not always ideal depending on the type of dog.

About: I've always lived with dogs and times when I've lived with cats too! We often had a litter of puppies about when I was growing up! I now have a pug who is my fur baby. I understand that pets aren't "just a pet", they're family, so they all have their own needs and quirks and how important it is for you to have someone trustworthy. I'm not currently working at the moment so am flexible when I can offer my services to suit you and you fur baby's needs. I've got a friendly pug if your pet would like canine company, or I can care for them alone if preferred. Im often down the beach but can adapt to whatever your pets needs are. If they prefer someone to pop in and give fuss and less keen on exercise, I'm happy to do that too!

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats many kinds of animals over the years.I grew up in a family surrounded by animals such as horses, birds, rabbits, turtles. I have shampooed dogs groomed them and shaved them, cut nails. years experience working around conservation work with animals. This includes CPR first aid rescucitation. I enjoy working around animals very gift and understanding to there needs and can connect easily some experience of training also. I currently work from home. I have plenty time spare to board most days such as Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and overnight stays since I am flexible give them plenty love and attention, plenty walks, runs and play since I enjoy keeping fit, important keep them fit too. I have a tall fenced secure garden fence gate which is very secure. I have a large garden plenty grass and hedges space for them also to run and play.

About: I've always had dogs or cats throughout my life and I currently am a cat mum. I thoroughly love animals and care for them a huge amount. I am currently working hybrid and have a flexible schedule, so happy to workout timings with you when a care is needed for your pet/s I can not have animals in my home as I have a cat and I don't think she would like any visitors unfortunately and it wouldn't be fair on her. For any bookings I would speak to the customer about any possible safety issues they know of in advance from their side.

About: I’m a fun, caring animal lover who just wants the best for all animals! I currently volunteer at the Blue Cross and I’ve previously run a kennels & cattery so am confident with dogs and cats of all shapes, sizes and breeds. I’ve also worked for 2 zoos - one a mobile zoo with smaller animals such as reptiles and meerkats and the other a large zoo with everything from penguins to zebras so I’m used to a whole host of animal traits and characters, as well as meeting their needs. My work is very flexible and I work from home most of the time - if I do need to go out I often take the dog/s staying with me along, so they can enjoy a walk somewhere new at the same time🙂 My approach to looking after your pets? With love! Having had my own dogs since I was a child and more recently lost my elderly Mastiff cross Bordeaux, I know what it’s like as an owner to leave your pet with someone else. I therefore aim to make both you and your pet as comfortable as can be while you’re away and am very flexible to meets yours and their needs.

About: Loves any animal and will care for them how you would want them to be. Have had dogs, cats, beaded dragons, fish,rabbits, guinea pigs and skinny pigs. Happy to play feed, brush them. Anything that is required can be discussed. My children are 8 and nearly 12 I’m available between 8-2 Monday - Friday, Saturday 8-2 and Sunday 10-2 I can be available evenings if required. I am free Fridays, after 12 on Wednesdays and after 4pm other weekdays ! I always prioritise your dog’s safety and happiness. On walks, I keep dogs secure and supervised at all times, following your instructions and their usual routine. During drop-ins, I make sure they’re comfortable, cared for and have everything they need. I’ll always treat your dog like my own!

About: I’ve always had many animals, I have been looking after friends and families dogs for years. I’ve rescued everything from cat to chickens. I’ve looked after horses and worked on farms. I have hand reared kittens. I have extensive cat experience, having rescued pregnant cats and cats that had been left and were very timid. I have walked dogs of all kinds and sizes. I am available at any time for walking and drop in visits. I can pretty much do any time, any day. I’m very flexible and work for myself from home. So my day if mine to organise I normally care for pets in their own homes but I can care for them at mine. I’ve popped into houses up to three times a days and I am pretty flexible with what works for your pets
