“Jenson had his longest stay with Serena to date and we felt comfortable leaving him in her care. She updated us daily and made sure to meet all of his needs, even though he can be a bit a difficult at times! Unfortunately Jenson needed a trip to the vets during his stay, due to a grass seed in his paw, but Serena and Colin took very good care of him and had no issues taking him to his registered practice. We would 100% recommend!”

“After meeting Emma for our meet & greet, we knew that this was going to be completely the best option for our Golden Retreiver. We have nothing but high praise for the way Emma and her family looked after him and accomodated his needs while we were away. She went above and beyond for his exersise as well as his dietary requirements and he was looked after beautifully. About: Me and my partner have had dogs all our lives. We have had two dobermans and one rescue beagle cross. We still have one Doberman and the beagle within our family. We have two children age 5 and 7 who have been brought up with our dogs and our very dog savvy. We are experienced with big breeds and also small. Our dogs are treated like family, two walks a day we live in the country so field walks mainly, they are allowed in the house and on the sofa and if they can sneak on the bed they will try haha! There is always someone at home generally as I work from home part time so never left long period of time. Both our dogs love other dogs they have always been well socialised. I work two days from home and the other days I am around at home and you dogs will never be left for long periods of time. I have a large fenced garden which is secure. The fence is 1m high as we back onto fields and is gated at the side.

I was totally besotted with him and that kickstarted a lifelong interest/obsession with cats! About: I have a genuine love of animals and practical experience of caring for neighbours, friends and family pets. I also have theoretical knowledge a level 3 extended diploma in animal management. I am confident with daily walks, feeding schedules, following care instructions and making sure pets are safe, happy and always looked after whilst in my care. I am reliable, trustworthy and caring and will treat dogs as if they are my own. From Mondays to Fridays I currently volunteer for the Essex Wildlife Trust so I am flexible and free to dog walk and house sit your pets including at weekends. I train and play football for a local club but am happy to accommodate looking after your much loved pet around these commitments. From the beginning I will want to get to know your pet so I will spend time bonding with them, playing, talking and keeping them company. I have had a cat with a disability for 10 years however she has mainly stayed at my mother’s address whilst I moved for work and university. I have made sure when I look after medication needs, special diet and also check on her special care needs daily when I am back with her. I have also had to manage medical emergencies for her with taking her urgently to the vets multiple times. I currently take care of my housemates cat as well as also taking care of cats from a client I met on here for over a year with continued rebooks. I have a long term partner whom is fully vetted from his work and he helps support if required around my shift work to provide extra care for your little one. I currently work full time on a shift schedule, so I don’t always have the same days off working 6 days mornings or evenings on (about 8 hours) and 3 days off. I work full time but from home so I can easily manage my work around been attentive to animals which makes it much easier for me. “Jenson had his longest stay with Serena to date and we felt comfortable leaving him in her care. She updated us daily and made sure to meet all of his needs, even though he can be a bit a difficult at times! Unfortunately Jenson needed a trip to the vets during his stay, due to a grass seed in his paw, but Serena and Colin took very good care of him and had no issues taking him to his registered practice. We would 100% recommend!”

“Gitana and her family looked after our 12 year old German Short-Haired Pointer Alfie for a whole weekend. We were able to book this with them only a few days before even though we needed an early drop off on the Saturday and a late pick up on the Sunday. Our dog is not used to staying anywhere without us, but Gitana was so warm and welcoming towards him and not only made him feel at ease, but us too in leaving him with her. We’d definitely re-book with this family, it was lovely to collect Alfie at the end of the weekend and to see that he’s clearly enjoyed himself and was able to play and relax and be himself. 😊”
“Kezia looked after our Weimeraner, Salto, and we can't recommend her enough. This was Salto's first time away and as he struggles the separation anxiety, we weren't sure how he would cope. Well we had no need to worry, Salto settled incredibly quickly and had a fantastic time, he has come home super happy and relaxed, which is better than any review I can give. Kezia kept us updated the whole weekend with plenty of photos, which we really appreciated and nothing was too much to ask. “Words can’t say how happy I was with Chester’s care. It truly was home from home. I could see that he was treated as one of the family including the children.
