About: Hi, I'm Charlotte! I've grown up with dogs, cats and other small animals, so caring for pets has always been a part of my life. I genuinely love spending time with animals and understand that every pet has their own personality, routine and needs. Alongside regularly walking dogs, my partner Joe and I also look after family and friends' pets whenever they need us to. Whether it's a walk, a drop-in visit or overnight care, we treat every pet as if they were our own, making sure they feel safe, happy and well looked after. We both work in the emergency services, so being reliable, trustworthy and dependable is second nature to us. We work around our shift patterns, which gives us flexibility to offer care throughout the week, including weekdays, evenings and weekends. We're based in Ardleigh, where we're lucky to have plenty of lovely countryside footpaths and quiet walking routes right on our doorstep. Whether your dog enjoys a gentle stroll or a longer adventure, we'll make sure they get the exercise, attention and care they deserve. We know how important it is to leave your pet with someone you can trust, and we'd love the opportunity to get to know both you and your furry friend. Our shift work gives us a flexible routine that works really well with pet care. As we both work in the emergency services, we have different shift patterns, meaning there is usually someone at home and we can plan our time around the needs of each pet. We love being outdoors and regularly enjoy going on walks and runs around the local countryside, so having a dog to join us makes it even better. We have plenty of lovely walking routes around Ardleigh and enjoy giving pets the exercise, attention and companionship they need. We also don't have any children or pets so our lifestyle is very flexible. We know that every pet is different, and nobody knows them better than their owner. Before looking after your pet, we’ll always take the time to learn about their routine, personality and what makes them feel happy and safe. We’ll follow your guidance so they feel as comfortable and settled as possible. We have a secure, sizeable garden where they can enjoy some fresh air, play and explore safely. Our home is set back from the road, giving pets a quieter and safer environment, and we also have security cameras around the property for extra peace of mind. We’ll make sure they get plenty of attention, cuddles, exercise and downtime depending on what they’re used to. We understand that some pets need lots of interaction, while others prefer a little more space and a calm routine. When caring for pets in their own home, we know that staying in a familiar place can often be less stressful. We’ll keep to their normal routine, spend quality time with them and make sure they feel safe and cared for while you’re away. Most importantly, we want your pet to feel happy and relaxed, and for you to have peace of mind knowing they’re being looked after by people who genuinely love animals.

Even though he was a little nervous Charlotte communicated with me straight away and encouraged him gently out into the garden for a wee and a play. About: Hi I am Steph! I have always loved animals, from caring for families pets to neighbours pets and even my own when we had them. I have looked after Dogs (from Yorkies to bigger breads Boxers), drop in feeds and toilet breaks for my neighbours cats and even down to Tortoises!. I decided after looking after many animals that I should make something I enjoy into a Job! In my main job I work from home permanently so please be assured your pets will be provided with full love, attention, playtime, walks, feeding and medication if you require and they will be taken care of and looked after to the highest standard. I am also trained in pet first aid and cpr. I currently work from home full time so pet care fits perfectly as I am always at home so your pets will be provided with the best care. I have a large fenced garden for your pets to explore if the walkies are not enough for them and they wish for more playtime or toilet times. The house is large enough to accommodate your pets and I have enough space if they are required to be in a crate. The only off limits is no pets on the sofa and no pets on the beds so they will need their own bed. Other than this the house and garden is free for your animals to roam and explore (with me being there so they are looked after). Please note I will not provide off the lead walks while dogs are in my care for protection of your animal and for myself. If your animals are not used to being on a lead then you will have to pay a fee higher for dog paddocks for their walks each day. You are free to book these paddocks yourself and send me the booking confirmations or I can book them for you and provide you with the receipt for costs. (Usually £15 max per hour).

About: I’m a fun, caring animal lover who just wants the best for all animals! I currently volunteer at the Blue Cross and I’ve previously run a kennels & cattery so am confident with dogs and cats of all shapes, sizes and breeds. I’ve also worked for 2 zoos - one a mobile zoo with smaller animals such as reptiles and meerkats and the other a large zoo with everything from penguins to zebras so I’m used to a whole host of animal traits and characters, as well as meeting their needs. My work is very flexible and I work from home most of the time - if I do need to go out I often take the dog/s staying with me along, so they can enjoy a walk somewhere new at the same time🙂 My approach to looking after your pets? With love! Having had my own dogs since I was a child and more recently lost my elderly Mastiff cross Bordeaux, I know what it’s like as an owner to leave your pet with someone else. I therefore aim to make both you and your pet as comfortable as can be while you’re away and am very flexible to meets yours and their needs.

I am currently working hybrid and have a flexible schedule, so happy to workout timings with you when a care is needed for your pet/s I can not have animals in my home as I have a cat and I don't think she would like any visitors unfortunately and it wouldn't be fair on her. For any bookings I would speak to the customer about any possible safety issues they know of in advance from their side.

About: I’ve always been surrounded by animals as I’ve grown up, unfortunately living in a flat and working full time I have not been able to have one of my own. However, I have looked after my friends pets and also used Borrow my Doggy so I could walk a dog and take care of one. I took particular care of one dog I bonded with for a couple of years and took him in for the day and would go walks and check in on him whilst his owner was at work. I have had a cat with a disability for 10 years however she has mainly stayed at my mother’s address whilst I moved for work and university. I have made sure when I look after medication needs, special diet and also check on her special care needs daily when I am back with her. I have also had to manage medical emergencies for her with taking her urgently to the vets multiple times. I currently take care of my housemates cat as well as also taking care of cats from a client I met on here for over a year with continued rebooks. I have a long term partner whom is fully vetted from his work and he helps support if required around my shift work to provide extra care for your little one. I am friendly and love to be around animals. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask me! I currently work full time on a shift schedule, so I don’t always have the same days off working 6 days mornings or evenings on (about 8 hours) and 3 days off. I works shifts so the timing will vary when I work. My office is based in Chelmsford and I will be unable to leave during my shifts but I can do before and after work if needed. My partner is able to assist in between visits is required. I am happy to work around this if possible for you to ensure the best care for your little one! Message me for information about this! I will ensure that I maintain the routine you have set in your home for your little one and that their routine isn’t disturbed to ensure healthy habits! I will have the most respect in your home and if you have any requests such as plant watering etc. let me know too! I will ensure that your home is kept clean and tidy!

About: I have grown up with animals since I was 5 and have had multiple pets in my home at once such as cats, dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs and more. I couldn’t imagine my life without a pet. I am free almost all the time so I have plenty of time to look after your furry friends. They will have all my attention. I also live with my boyfriend who loves animals too so double attention for them :) I can easily crate your dog if needed and have plenty of food and water constantly available for them. I live local to a field so can always take them for a nice walk
