My darling 15 year old rescue Jack Russell passed away last year and I’m missing the company and love of walking with furry friends! Being a genuine lover of animals and always having pets, I trained in the animal sector and academically achieved my HNC qualification in Animal Management. I have 9 years experience working in a rescue kennels and cattery, a working farm and a pet shop; so I have a lot of experience with different temperaments of animals and their needs. Please note, I do work a shift pattern but I know my shifts in advance so I will be as flexible as possible. About: Having had dogs in the family since I was a child and having my own for the past 12 years, I have always loved taking care of them. I have looked after all sorts of breeds, over the years, big and small, and love them all. I am Dog First Aid Trained and have looked after dogs from puppies to senior dogs. I am a full time dog walker and sitter and have availability for new dogs. All sitting is currently done within the owners own home. I like to keep dogs in their normal routine, as much as possible. With it being good to mix up their walks in different places, I will always stick to owners recommendations and discuss and changes in advance.

About: From a young age I have been asked to care for animals in families I’ve known, in the past couple of years I have developed that into housesitting, looking after animals from horses to dogs and I am happy to adapt to any task at hand. About: I have always had a strong love for animals, especially dogs, as I grew up surrounded by lots of different pets. Being around animals from a young age has helped me develop a natural understanding of how to care for them, be patient with them, and make sure they feel safe, happy and comfortable. Because I work remotely, I have the flexibility to take regular breaks to feed them, let them outside, give them attention and take them out for walks. Being at home also means dogs are not left alone for long periods of time, which can help them feel more comfortable and settled. I can easily fit walks and playtime around my working schedule while still making sure my work commitments are met. I really enjoy being around dogs while I work, and I believe my home-based routine is ideal for dog sitting. It allows me to give each dog plenty of care and attention while providing a safe, calm and loving environment for them. Although my garden is on the smaller side, it is fully fenced and provides a safe and secure space for dogs to have regular toilet breaks and get some fresh air throughout the day. I understand that the garden is not intended to replace proper walks and exercise, but it is a convenient and secure space for quick toilet breaks whenever needed. I also live next to a beautiful bank and walking area, which is perfect for giving dogs plenty of exercise and outdoor stimulation. I regularly take my family’s dog there for walks and really enjoy spending time outdoors with him. The area provides a lovely environment for dogs to explore, get some exercise and enjoy their surroundings. Having both a secure garden and such a beautiful walking area nearby means I can provide dogs with regular toilet breaks, exercise and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors.

I love to walk in nature, so would be able to walk your dog in pretty places, with lots of stimulation :) I currently work from home, so always have time for animals in my care.
