“I honestly couldn't recommend Emma enough 😀 she looked after our lovely little cavapoo puppy Chase, who had a lovely time especially all the play time he got with gorgeous little olive ❤️ Emma made him feel so welcome and loved as if he was her own 🥰 we felt so relaxed knowing he was in good hands as emma keeps you updated and sends lots of pictures and video's which is amazing as we got to see all the fun he was having and all cuddles he was getting. Chase can be very fussy with his food and doesn't tend to eat much, you sort of have to feed him to get him to eat and Emma sat there and feed him a few times from her hand. She really is just incredible with dogs and we cannot thank her enough 😊 Highly Recommend, will definitely use Emma again as chase felt so comfortable, loved and well looked after ❤️”

Stunning garden, great location with a woodland walk just steps away. From the moment we all met, we all just felt at home and our doggies bonded very quickly. About: We’re Maddie, Frankie and Cory – our 8-year-old Jack Russell Terrier. Between us, we’ve had dogs our whole lives and have experience with all sorts of breeds and personalities. Frankie has looked after everything from Cavalier King Charles Spaniels to five German Shepherds, while Maddie grew up around Labradors, cats, donkeys, geese... and plenty more. We’ve also spent years looking after friends’ and family’s dogs and enjoy having them in our home. We’re based in Hythe in a semi-detached house with a fully secure outdoor space, and offer both day sitting and overnight stays. We both work from home full-time during the week, so your dog won’t be left alone for long periods and will have plenty of company throughout the day. We’re lucky to have lots of good walking spots nearby, from the canal and seafront to longer countryside walks a short drive away. We’re happy to adapt walks to whatever suits your dog, whether that’s a gentle stroll or something a bit more energetic. Cory is our resident host. He’s 8, very laid-back and generally more interested in finding a comfortable spot for a nap than causing any trouble. He’s friendly with other dogs but is also happy to give them space if that’s what they prefer. We know every dog has their own routine and personality, so we’ll take the time to understand what works for them and keep things as familiar as possible while they’re with us. We’re also happy to send regular photos and videos so you can see how they’re getting on. We both currently work from home, so we have plenty of flexibility to give your dog lots of attention and exercise throughout the day. We usually take our own dog for long walks before work, during lunch and again at the end of the day. We also regularly take our dog with us for coffees, lunches, dinners and the pub, so if your dog is friendly and comfortable in those settings, we're very happy to include them in our plans too. It can be hard leaving your dog with someone else, especially when they’re away from their usual home and routine. We know this from experience, so we always think about how we’d want our own dog to be treated. For us, it’s about creating a calm and relaxed environment, with plenty of opportunities for long naps in the sun by our bay window, as well as enriching walks along the canal and seafront. We have a fenced courtyard garden, so dogs can go outside whenever they need to, and a big, comfy sofa for settling down and watching TV in the evening. We also have plenty of space and are happy to accommodate a crate if that’s something your dog is used to and would help them feel more at home.

About: I have had pets all throughout my life growing up. I have owned dogs for over 19 years and am used to looking after pets - mainly dogs, but also chickens, horses and cats. I currently work part-time and in a role where I can be mainly based at home. I live in an old house surrounded by lovely gardens and three acres of fields. I am close to many country walks and St Mary’s Bay beach is only 10 minutes drive from me. All dogs, like us humans, are different. Some prefer to be left in peace and quiet and others like company, some are very energetic and others are less so. How I care for your dog is entirely dependent on their preferences. And I have enough space in my home for them to roam quite freely and the great outdoors with fenced fields are merely seconds from our back door. I have enough space in my home to have 3 extra dogs with their own room.
