About: I have always had a dog in the household so they are a huge pet of my life but after recently losing our two family dogs, I would love to spend my free time in the company of other dogs to fill the missing gap of not having a pet around. I am very active myself and as I live in the countryside with a large garden as well as being near the beach, there are many places I could walk the dogs and keep them entertained. I am currently completing my last year of A levels and working part time but I mostly have free evenings and weekends that I’d like to fill with dog care in my own home. We have a fully fenced garden safe for all dogs and are surrounded by plenty of fields where they can be kept on the lead or let off if able to. The driveway has a gate that is kept shut and the front garden is also fenced off from the road.
“Abbie was amazing with ava. Abbie understood she was nervous with new people and made her feel very comfortable and took her time to get to know her before the walk. Ava was very happy and tired out after her long walk around the park. Hightly recommend abbie she is very friendly and wonderful with animals. Can tell she really cares and your pet will be in great hands.”

“Gonzo seems to be in love with Jordie, he's been on two walks with her so far and came back very happy and content. Jordie was on time and very friendly. Thanks again Jordie!”

About: Hello! I have over six years of experience working with animals and grew up with two dogs, so caring for pets has always been a big part of my life. I recently moved back from New York, where I looked after three dogs part-time alongside my acting career. I'm reliable, nurturing, and absolutely adore animals. Whether it's walks, playtime, feeding, or simply keeping your pet company, I'll make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you're away. work from home with a highly flexible schedule, which allows me to be available throughout the day for walks, drop-ins, and pet care. I also work as a performer, so much of my work involves auditions and self-taping from home, giving me plenty of time to provide attentive care and regular updates to pet owners. I treat every pet as if they were my own and always follow the owner's routine as closely as possible. In a pet owner's home, I make sure pets are fed on schedule, have fresh water, receive plenty of exercise, playtime, and attention, and I keep owners updated with photos and messages. I also respect the owner's home and leave everything clean and tidy. When caring for pets, I focus on making them feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed. I understand that every animal has a different personality and routine, so I take the time to get to know their individual needs and preferences.

“Brenna is brilliant. I feel very comfortable know Suri is in good hands. I trust Brenna to have a set of my keys and to respect my house and Suri’s needs. I really love getting the updates of what they’ve been up to”

About: I’ve played a massive role in looking after my own dog which has been the family pet for 7 years now, I did all of his training when he was a puppy. I’ve also looked after someone else’s dog when I was in Brighton and took the dog for walks, as well as looking after her in her owners house and in my own home. I’m currently only working part time and usually work from home most Wednesdays. So my schedule is currently quite flexible to fit in and around caring for your pets! Looking after someone’s dog in their home I would make sure that the dog is well occupied and entertained by going on walks and lots of play time. And very respectful that I’m in someone else’s home. In my home I live opposite the beach so lots of walks and relaxing on my sofa!
About: I have been taking care of dogs professionally for the past 2 years, provide boarding, doggy day care and house visits. We have 2 dogs at home - one is older and sleeps all day and the other loves the extra company and someone to play with! I work from home so always around Monday-Sunday! I can take them out however much is needed at your request and will always be around to give them lots of attention We have a large garden that they can have full access too whenever they want, and they have full roam of the house. There are no children at our home.
About: What sets me apart is my calm, patient approach and hands-on experience caring for senior pets and rescue animals. I prioritise trust, routine and gentle care, treating every pet as if they were my own, I’ve also personally rescued many birds and kept updated with the rehabbers. Making sure every animal has a chance. Currently i am unemployed so i’m available everyday, whenever needed! Taking care and walking your dog would keep me busy and make me so happy My dog is a senior, she has limited mobility so making sure she’s comfortable is my highest priority. We have mobility “aids” for her like ramps on our sofas and beds so she isn’t restricted, she’s still part of our family so why should she be kept to one area! Our garden is decently sized and well kept and there’s lots of toys

About: I have grown up around cats and dogs, and had 2 cats and 2 dogs as an adult. I really love looking after your furry family member, as if they are part of my own family :)🐾🐕🐶🐱🐕🦮🐕🦺🐈🐈⬛🐾🌿🌱 I’m a student and only do 2 hours a week currently. I’m also working from home as an artist, so this fits into my routine perfectly! I will regularly be walking in the woods and the beautiful parks in Canterbury by the river. I have a fenced garden, and I live right next to a lovely park and have woods nearby, so dogs can easily go out to use the toilet and will get regular walks. Cats have a litter tray in my large double bedroom and will have full run of the large house.
“Having some mobility issues I needed my Cavalier walked for a few weeks Alice has been great. She messages when she’s coming is on time and has been very careful of Bobby, moving times to cooler periods on hot days. Most importantly Bobby has fallen in love with her. I would happily recommend her.”

The median cost per walk for dog walking in Lydd is £14
