About: I have lots of dog experience as I have worked in a veterinary clinic and kennels. I completed my animal nursing qualification and now work at an independent holistic veterinary clinic. I am also first aid trained for canines so your dog will always be in safe, confident hands! I also have no other pets in the house except a rescue hamster (who will be kept separate) meaning your dog/s will have my full 1-1 attention! I currently work part time as a receptionist at a veterinary surgery so I spend my days surrounded by cats and dogs! I have recently moved to Groombridge from London to the countryside so I am hoping to be able to help care for local dogs and cats when needed. I drive and have my own car. Your dog/s will be the only ones in the house as I currently only have a hamster, (which will be kept separate) that I foster for a rescue! . We have a large, enclosed garden and access to many walks including ashdown forest. I am happy to care for your dogs just as you would - matching your routine etc and can fit a crate in if you prefer to do this!

I can also offer weekend care and, with enough notice, can often be flexible around my work schedule. I’ll always keep you updated with photos and messages so you know your pet is happy, safe and well looked after. Your pet’s wellbeing is my priority. I’ll care for them in the comfort of your home, following their usual routine to help them feel relaxed and secure. About: Having grown-up with dogs and cats, I’ve always had a love and respect for animals. During my university and early work years, I regularly house-sat for friends and colleagues, looking after a range of dog sizes - from Yorkies through to Rhodesian Ridgebacks. During my 10 years living in the Middle East, I was an active volunteer at both Sharjah Cat & Dog Shelter and Canine Friends - the latter where I was responsible for the rehabilitation of dogs that had suffered significant trauma. Since moving to the UK in 2022, I have frequently walked and hosted our neighbours dogs. I work from home 3-days a week and that affords me the flexibility to either work from my own residence or in the pets home. I love being active and exercise plays a big part of my life - therefore always happy to take out some four-legged friends rain, hail or shine. I live in a fully-fenced and secure home - and your dog would always remain on the ground floor and within eyesight at all times. Likewise when sitting in the pets home, I like to work closely with both the dog and owner in gaining a rapport and friendship.

About: I’ve had family pets for as long as I can remember, particularly my two best friends: a cocker spaniel named Louie and a wonderful lady cockapoo called Bonnie. I look forward to treating your dog as one of my own. 🐾🐶 I recently finished studying to become an engineer and now work a graduate job remotely from home, so I’m around throughout the day for plenty of walks and attention. My partner also works from home part-time as a freelancer, which means your dog will rarely be left alone and will always have company. We’re both active, too, so there’s plenty of exercise on offer in the evenings and at weekend I look after dogs in my own home, where they’ll be safe, comfortable, and well supervised throughout the day. We have a new-build home with a large garden that’s fully secure, enclosed by two-metre fences, so your dog can play, explore, and relax safely off-lead without any worries. With both my partner and me working from home, there’s almost always someone around to keep an eye on things and offer company. I’m also happy to follow any specific routine your dog needs, whether that’s a unique diet or a particular medication schedule, and I’ll stick to your instructions closely so your dog stays healthy, settled, and cared for just as they would be at home.

About: I've had dogs ever since I was born, and have always enjoyed dog walks and looking after them. This includes a rescue dog who had issues so am able to look after them as well. I'm currently in a level year so looking after dogs could be a nice break, available every weekend and also on weekdays after 4 pm. I have a fenced garden with a friendly dog and also, quite relaxed on dogs allowed upstairs and on furniture , pretty sure we still have a crate as well.

About: I may not have formal experience, but I've spent my whole life around dogs and know how to read them, handle them, and genuinely enjoy spending time with them. Having just finished uni, I'm fully available all summer, flexible with hours, locations, and schedules. What I lack in a long CV, I make up for in real enthusiasm and plenty of time to give your dog proper attention. I've just finished university and have four months free before starting employment, which means I can offer genuine, unhurried flexibility that most sitters simply can't. I've grown up around dogs my whole life and have always been comfortable and confident with them. This is the perfect window for me to do something I actually enjoy, and your dog gets someone with real time and attention to give! I live on the ground floor of a flat right on the Common in Tunbridge Wells, which makes it incredibly convenient for walks, open green space is literally on my doorstep. It's a calm, safe environment with plenty of room for dogs to roam and explore. At home I can keep things relaxed and low-key, and being on the ground floor means no stairs to worry about for older or smaller dogs.

About: As a family, we have always had dogs which has given me endless happy memories throughout my childhood. Mainly they were larger breeds, such as two Dobermans, a Dalmatian, and now a German Shorthaired Pointer, so I am very comfortable with big breeds - I respect their size and grace, and the extra big cuddles they give! More recently, I have happily become the Auntie to a miniature Daschund too. Whatever their size, there is something about dogs that brings me comfort - during stressful times (particularly while training at the moment), all it takes is time with a dog to make me feel calmer. Even while doing the more effortful jobs, as I am the designated pooper-scooper! Having grown up in the countryside, my partner (Elliot) and I very much miss the company of animals and love any opportunity to look after or interact with one. A house is definitely not a home without a dog! With all of our dogs, I have been involved in plenty of puppy training, including our gun-dog trainer GSP. I understand the resilience, hard-work and patience it can take but the reward in the end is priceless. Whatever the breed, do drop me a message as I would love to help you out while also getting my furry fix! I currently am studying for a doctorate in clinical psychology where I am placement for 3 days a week then have lectures on 2 days. I often work from home and love very relaxed weekends doing long walks and wholesome activities with my partner, Elliot. It would be lovely to have a pet to keep us company while working from home or during those chilled weekends! We have a good size garden with plenty of grass for the necessary toilet needs, ball time, and stick throwing! It is secure for medium/big dogs - for those much smaller friends we would be extra careful to either keep them close or keep them on a long lead in the garden, in case they cleverly find a hole we weren’t aware of!

About: I walked dogs for a dog walking company based in Colchester and wivenhoe for a year while at university, now I’m back in kent and I’m looking for more wagging tails to fill my schedule. I am DBS checked, per first aid trained and have a BTEC level 2 certificate in animal care. I am happy to follow your dogs schedule exactly as they’re used to, in order to make sure your dog is as happy as can be. I’m currently a university student at the university of Kent where I’m doing my masters degree and I’m looking to fill in the gaps in my schedule. With every walk I of course check and top up water, top up food (when necessary), and clean up any messes made before and after each walk. I do dog walks and check ins, cat check ins, small pet check ins and fish feeding etc
