As someone who enjoys keeping active, I love getting outdoors for walks and exploring local parks and countryside trails. I understand that every dog has their own personality, routine, and needs. Because I have a flexible schedule, I can be reliable and consistent, helping pets maintain their normal routines while their owners are away. In a pet owner’s home, I’ll ensure they have fresh water, meals at the correct times, plenty of attention, exercise, and any playtime or quiet time they enjoy. I’ll also keep their living areas clean and tidy and provide regular updates with photos and messages. If caring for pets in my home, I provide a safe, calm, and welcoming environment in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside, where they can relax and feel at home. I’ll make sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, and affection while respecting any specific instructions regarding feeding, medication, routines, or behaviour. Every pet is different, so I take the time to understand their individual personality, needs, and preferences to ensure they feel secure, happy, and well cared for.

I’ve spent many years looking after large dogs for family, friends, and customers at our family-run holiday park. I’m confident handling larger breeds and understand the importance of consistency, patience, and plenty of exercise. Alongside my experience with dogs, I’ve had cats throughout my life, so I’m equally comfortable caring for feline friends. I know how important it is to leave your pets with someone you can trust. I’ll care for them as if they were my own, keeping them happy, safe, and well looked after while you’re away. I work from home in a flexible role, which means pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. Where appropriate, I’m also happy to work remotely from an owner’s home while caring for their pets, helping them feel comfortable in their own familiar surroundings. I’ll be offering care in the pet owner’s home, where I believe most pets feel happiest and most comfortable in their familiar surroundings. About: Growing up with animals, working at a vets & owning Dogs, cats, horses, chickens & guinea pigs, you could say animals are simply my life 😇 I choose not to work, looking after your furbabies alongside my own would be my favourite pastime, so their routine would be my routine, keeping everyone stimulated, fed, watered and loved is key I have a large enclosed garden of my own and i tend to walk regular routes within my local area. About: Brought up with dogs my whole life from alsatians, collies to poodles. Most friends have dogs and I regularly look after them whether walking or staying over at my house. I live five minutes walk from the heath. Currently working in a freelance capacity which means I have flexibility. Ideally looking for dog walking close by or weekend dog sitting (at your home or mine). I don’t have a garden however I live in a secure gated community and only five minutes walk to Hampstead heath with other park spaces nearby.

About: Hello! Dogs have been a huge part of my life for 6 years, ever since I have owned my boy, Buster. Whether your dog loves long, energetic walks or just wants to snuggle on the couch, I can tailor my care to their exact needs. I am reliable, communicative, and ready to give your dog a safe, fun stay or walk. In my spare time I enjoy hiking, running, and I work as a dental therapist and am also studying alongside at university to become a dentist! I am currently studying dentistry at university and have differing timetables most weeks, so I am available on my days off from uni as well as during holidays inbetween term time to look after or walk your pets! I will be available most hours to ensure they need everything they require. I love all animas as if they are my own. I have a courtyard while at university and while at my home I have a big garden for your pets to enjoy. I will be able to feed them whenever and they will always have fresh water available. Let me know anything your pet will require and I will do my best to ensure they get just that!

About: I am a registered veterinary nurse. I have been working with animals professionally for 7 years, although I have always grown up with them. From hamsters and small furries to dogs and cats. My job enables me to handle any type of animal as well as being prepared to handle most situations which could occur. I have two adult dogs and two kittens of my own, as well as a Sprocker puppy who always keeps me on my toes. I always treat others pets how I'd like my own to be treated. I work full time at a veterinary practice. I will be available on weekends and most evening, as well as occasional mornings. If you need house sitting during the week and your pets are happy to stay home during the day I may be able to accommodate- just drop me a message. I am flexible on my days off. FRIDAY BOOKINGS- I work Friday during the day but I am available on the evening and night. I always try to stick to your pets normal routine. Structure is important for our fur babies, especially when their pet-parents are away. If they like walks we will do lots of those, and if they don't I'm happy to stay in with them and play or go in the garden.

About: I have been a petsiitter, walker, companion for many years. I love all fur babies, recently looked after chickens too. I have a car, can work in York and surrounding areas. Will consider further afield but a minimum of one continous week. Always recommend a meetup before a booking for a cuppa and maybe a biscuit 😉 Recently retired. As i am an animal lover and experienced pet sitter for cats, dogs, chickens i can't think of a better way to spend my time. I cannot look after pets in my own home sadly. I can only offer pet sitting, Vet visits, Pop-ins for all fur babies, chickens, feeding, comforting, walking. Sadly I cannot look after reactive dogs because of past experience.

About: I have had a dog since i was a child and have always grown up with them. Since he has passed away i have found comfort in walking other peoples dogs. I have often walked my friends frenchies, my boyfriends Samoyed and Jack Russel & my friends Spaniels aswell as my BNB hosts dog. I find that i love walking to clear my head and go on at least 1 hour walk a day and it would be great to do this with a furry companion. Im currently at university monday and tuesdays full time. I work a part time job at the downe arms in wykeham but the shift patterns are subject to change on a weekly basis. I am free to walk a majority of the time as i make time for it. I am very trustworthy to care for a pet in the pet owners home and will abide by any house rules that are in place.

About: I've had cats all my life and other small animals. I feed family and friends pets often so I am a trusted sitter for your little fluffy pets. I have worked in a kennels previously walking dogs. I'm currently self employed and work seasonally so this fits perfectly into my lifestyle and I love being around animals so looking after your pets is a perfect fit! I have a full fence and large gate so the garden is secure and plenty of outdoor space for animals to run around in and be outside.
