My fiancé, Darnell, and I work from home with flexible hours, providing plenty of walks, play, cuddles and companionship. Safe transport available for adventures with your pet, too. Secure fenced garden, no other household pets unless agreed beforehand, and I'm happy to follow your pet's routine, preferences, and care instructions exactly.
“Our first cat-sitting experience and we are so pleased Elizabeth picked us. Phoenix was very well looked after and he is happy. We cannot recommend Elizabeth enough for all her patience, efficiency, hard-work and dedication.”

About: Hello, I’m new to this Rover profile, so I don’t have any reviews here yet, but I do have previous experience looking after dogs through Rover on another profile. Me and my two sons - Harris (8) and Francis (6), love meeting and looking after dogs. We've cared for dogs of all sizes, ages and personalities, from energetic larger dogs to smaller pups. I’m happy to adapt to your dog’s usual routine, whether they enjoy long walks, playtime, or simply having some company. My aim is to provide reliable, friendly care and make sure your dog feels safe, comfortable and well looked after while they’re with me in a Family environment. We’re currently available to care for dogs throughout the week. Our weekend availability can vary as we sometimes go away, but please feel free to ask. If your dog needs a longer stay that runs into a weekend when we’re away, let us know. Depending on the dog and our plans, we may be able to take them with us. We have a large, secure garden with both grass and patio areas, giving your dog plenty of safe space to play and explore. There’s also plenty of room inside the house, so your dog can spend time with us or have their own quiet space to relax if they prefer.
About: Hi, I’m Keri! 👋 I am a lifelong animal lover who grew up in a busy, pet-filled household in South Africa, and I've been living here in the UK for the last few years. From massive, lovable Rottweilers and energetic German Shepherds to gentle Maltese Poodles, Labradors, and rescue cats, I have spent my entire life surrounded by animals of all shapes, sizes, and temperaments. My background includes caring for a wide range of dog breeds and cats, many of which were rescues, and each with unique personalities and needs. This experience has given me the ability to quickly adapt and provide tailored care for any pet. I know how tough it can be to leave your furry family members behind, so my absolute priority is to provide a safe, comfortable, and affectionate environment where they can thrive until you get back. I currently work in a hybrid setting. This means that I have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your pets home to keep them company during the day. Alternatively, I'm available to sleep in Thursday to Monday or do evening check-ins during the week. For me, exceptional pet care comes down to consistency, safety, and open communication. Every pet has a unique personality and history, especially rescues, and I easily adapt my approach to make them feel comfortable and happy. * **Secure Environment:** I have a fully secured garden with a 6-foot fence, offering a safe space for dogs to enjoy time outside. * **Respecting Routines:** I strictly mirror your pet's existing feeding, exercise, and sleep schedules to minimize separation anxiety. * **Safety & Security:** I treat your home with the utmost respect, ensure all gates and doors are secured, and keep dogs strictly on-leash during walks unless in a designated enclosed area. * **Peace of Mind:** I provide regular photo updates so you always know how they are doing. Ultimately, my goal is to provide a calm, structured environment filled with lots of love and cuddles, giving you total peace of mind while you are away.

About: Hi, I’m Shannon and I’ve grown up with both dogs (small and large) and cats all my life and love them both equally! Not in the position to have my own pooch right now so looking after other people’s is just as lovely! I work from home most of the week so I’m regularly available for dog sitting or lunchtime walks where needed and can be super flexible. I live on my own so your pets will receive lots of love and attention from me (if that is what they like!) I work full time but mostly from home so will be available to give them lots of care and attention and take them out for walks at lunch and after work! I do live in a flat but it’s very spacious and open plan. I don’t have a garden but I am surrounded by lots of parks to take dogs out for nice, long walks. Very happy to follow any instructions and requirements to suit your pets and their needs
About: I’m a lifelong dog and cat owner with many years of experience caring for pets. I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, and sitting services in Stockport. I’m calm, reliable, and patient, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. I’m comfortable with dogs and cats of all ages and temperaments, and I always follow your routine closely. You can expect dependable care, plenty of attention, and regular updates while you’re away. As I am retired, pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I have plenty of time and flexibility throughout the week, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. This allows me to give pets regular attention, walks, feeding, and companionship without rushing. I take safety, trust, and comfort very seriously in all pet care services I provide. I always follow owners’ instructions carefully and make sure pets are kept secure, safe, and comfortable at all times. For dog walking, I use safe walking practices, keep dogs on leads unless instructed otherwise, and avoid unsafe areas. For drop-in visits and house sitting, I ensure your home is respected, secure, and left exactly as found. I am calm, reliable, and attentive, and I take time to understand each pet’s needs and routine. I will also provide regular updates so you can feel confident while you are away.
“Mary is absolutely amazing! She is handled everything and kept us updated all the time which gave us so much peace of mind. She truly went the extra mile in caring for our cat, ensuring everything was perfect. We trust her completely and couldn’t recommend her more highly. An incredible person and an exceptional cat sitter—thank you so much, Mary!”

About: In our home, dogs are the babies of the family! They are always cared for every need they may have, whether it’s a nice long walk or cuddles on the sofa. Myself and partner Rick, welcome any breed of any size and age. We have previous experience with our late pet Akita, Winnie. We rescued Winnie in her older years, going from big long walkies and zoomies, to her slower pace of life. With this we have experience with a strong dog on lead, and any health issue your pet may have/ need a little help with (Winnie was incontinent in later life). We are happy to cater to any need/ guidance you have for your pooch, they will be welcomed with open arms and lots of dog treats! Currently work Monday to Friday full time. We can cater for weekend dog sitting, walks, drop ins, and any other need. We are happy to take dogs on long walks or even to dog play fields. If dog sitting for your pet we would allow them to explore the home so that they are comfortable in their new surroundings. We allow them to roam freely all around the house when we are home, or if we nipped to the shop they would have free rein of the large spacious kitchen/ diner that would have access to food/ water/ bed/ toys. All pets are allowed on the sofas/ bed as they are part of the family! For anything like walks or drop ins to your home we would treat your home with great respect and care, making sure your pooch has enough food/ water and any other comforts it may need.
About: I’ve looked after my family’s dogs since I was a teenager, I absolutely adore dogs and have spent a long time trying to make sure I make them feel safe and comfortable. I go down to South Wales to dog sit for my uncle’s current dog about four times per year at the moment so trying to fill the gaps with other lovely dogs. I am a civil servant so can be pretty flexible with which days I go into the office and my hours based on when you need care for your pet. Unfortunately, I’m unable to bring pets to my flat for overnight stays as pets are not allowed in our building but will do everything I can to ensure your pet is as happy and comfortable as possible when I come to look after them.
“We couldn’t recommend Nicola enough, she was absolutely fabulous with our cat Callie while we were on holiday. She was trustworthy, punctual and sent us some lovely photo updates. She even thoughtfully put out our bins, which we really appreciated. Thank you Nicola for taking such good care of Callie!”

“I’ve used Amy’s services three times now, and once again, she did an amazing job. My cat is clearly comfortable with her and trusts her completely. I can leave my cat in her care and be away with total peace of mind. I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you so much, Amy!”

About: My partner Scott grew up with dogs and I have been caring for family and friends dogs for over 5 years on overnight stays, walks and daycare, and now we have had our own for nearly 3 years since she was a puppy. With our springer spaniel Georgie, we have been through puppy training, Kennel Club training and more recently gundog training so able to cope with dogs of all ages and have knowledge on working breeds. Our springer spaniel absolutely loves to run and play with other dogs but also loves a good nap on the sofa so would be a good companion during the dog’s stay. We love going for walks, to coffee shops and to the pub with the dogs as part of our outings at the weekends as well as cosy nights at home on the sofa to meet as many of your dog’s needs as possible! We both work full time on a hybrid basis, meaning there would always be someone home with the dogs - our dog has a garden to play in and lunchtime walks in the week. At the weekend and in evenings we go for walks and outings to ensure the dog has a good time. We have a fully enclosed garden and plenty of inside space for the dog to play and snooze too. We can accommodate the dog to sleep anywhere overnight, as you wish with a crate, dog bed or wherever they are most comfortable. Our dog sleeps in the kitchen or living room but can be flexible for your dog’s needs.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since my university days, looking after a Great British Bulldog, a Coton de Tuléar, and several Welsh Collies. These very different breeds taught me how to handle strong, stubborn personalities, gentle companion dogs, and intelligent working breeds with high energy. I’m confident with a wide range of temperaments and always adapt my approach to what each dog needs to feel safe, calm, and happy. I currently have full availability and can be flexible around your pet’s routine. Whether you need early‑morning walks, daytime drop‑ins, or evening care, I’m able to fit around your schedule. I’m also available at short notice and happy to discuss regular bookings or one‑off visits depending on what works best for you and your pet. I focus on keeping their routine exactly as you’ve set it. I follow feeding times, walk schedules, and any training you’re working on, and I make sure your pet feels calm and secure in their familiar environment.
About: I’ve grown up with a huge love for animals and have always felt happiest around furry friends! 🐾 Over the years I’ve had rabbits and guinea pigs, and I’ve gained lots of experience looking after dogs through dog sitting and taking them on walks. I’m also a proud cat mum, so I have plenty of hands-on experience caring for cats and understanding their different personalities, routines and needs. I absolutely love getting to know each animal and making sure they feel safe, happy and well cared for. Whether it’s a long walk, playtime, cuddles or simply keeping them company, I’ll always treat your pets with the same love, patience and care I’d want for my own. 💕🐶🐱🐰 I am currently not working full time so I have all the time in the world to do something I truly enjoy doing, i have always wanted to work around pets, so taking care of your babies would make my day! I am a very trustful person, funnily enough i think animals can sense this from me as they become very relaxed in my company! I always make sure that any pet is safe and comfortable in their environment.
About: I have taken care of dogs for many years. Having 3 dogs growing up and moving on to dog and cat sitting and dog walking as an adult. Giving those fur babies the love they deserve. Can assist in routines and trick training. I work full time, but work 3 days from home and am available to do drop ins on these days. Weekends can do walks and pet sitting and staying over to keep an eye on them from day to day. I have a flat that is suitable for animals. I am active and can take the pets for walks and give them exercise they require.
About: I have been around dogs all my life and understand that every dog has their own personality, routine and needs. Alongside being a devoted dog owner, I have spent 25 years working in health and social care, where trust, compassion, responsibility and attention to individual wellbeing have always been at the heart of my work. I am currently training as a counsellor, which has further strengthened my skills in patience, communication and building trusting relationships. I bring this same calm and caring approach to looking after dogs, ensuring they feel safe, secure and comfortable while in my care. I have experience caring for dogs of different ages, sizes and temperaments, including energetic dogs who require plenty of exercise as well as older dogs who benefit from a gentler pace and consistent routine. I understand the importance of following owners' instructions carefully and maintaining routines to help dogs feel relaxed and settled. My aim is to provide a safe, home-from-home experience where your dog is treated as part of the family, receiving plenty of attention, affection and enrichment while you're away. I am able to provide a flexible and reliable pet care service throughout the week, with plenty of time dedicated to ensuring dogs receive the attention, exercise and companionship they need. I share my home with my friendly and sociable dog, Monty, who is 8 years old and enjoys the company of other dogs. Because every dog is different, I believe it is important to arrange an initial meet and greet before accepting any booking. This gives me the opportunity to get to know your dog, understand their personality, routine and individual needs, and ensure they are comfortable around Monty and in the home environment. I understand how important consistency is for dogs, so I take the time to learn about their usual routine, preferences and any special requirements. My aim is to help every dog feel safe, relaxed and settled while they are in my care. When boarding, dogs will be treated as part of the family and will receive plenty of attention, affection, exercise and enrichment throughout the day. I am also happy to provide regular updates and photos to give owners peace of mind while they are away. As I am building a professional pet care business alongside my counselling studies and drawing on 25 years of experience working in health and social care, I have chosen a flexible working model that allows me to focus on providing high-quality, personalised care rather than taking on large numbers of dogs at once. My priority is always to create a safe, caring and trustworthy environment where both dogs and owners feel comfortable and confident. I only accept dogs that I feel are a good fit for my home environment, which is why I arrange a meet and greet before confirming any booking. This allows me to understand your dog's temperament, routine and needs, and ensure they are comfortable around my dog, Monty. I own my home and have both front and rear fenced gardens, providing secure outdoor space for supervised time outside. Inside, I have the flexibility to separate areas of the house if required, allowing dogs to have their own space to relax or to support a gradual introduction process where appropriate. I understand that not all dogs settle in the same way, and I am happy to adapt the environment to meet individual needs. I follow owners' instructions carefully regarding feeding, exercise and daily routines. Dogs are supervised appropriately, and I take the time to ensure introductions are managed safely and positively. As someone who has worked in health and social care for 25 years, I understand the importance of trust, safeguarding and responsibility. I hold an Enhanced DBS check and have completed canine first aid training, providing additional reassurance that your dog is in safe and capable hands. I believe every dog deserves individual attention, so I limit the number of dogs in my care to ensure they receive the time, supervision and care they need. I maintain regular communication with owners and am happy to provide regular updates and photos throughout their dog's stay. My aim is to give owners complete peace of mind, knowing their dog is safe, happy and cared for as if they were my own.

I trust Annabelle implicitly! She does the most fantastic job of looking after our boisterous puppy, Gannicus, and my mind is always completely at ease while we’re at work and can’t be with him. We’re so grateful that we found Annabelle and could not recommend her more highly- absolutely wonderful!

Frankie is fantastic with Molly, her approach is always sensitive to Molly’s comfort and needs and Molly has taken to her quickly as a result. Communication is fantastic too and it’s lovely getting pics and a note with details of the drop in. We’re so glad to have found Frankie on here.

Aisling is amazing with Kupo! We had a drop-in session scheduled today and they had a lot of fun. We appreciate the care and attention to detail that Aisling had given to Kupo on her drop-in session today and I believe our little sausage has taken a liking to her too! Really happy, we're already looking forward to her next visit! x

Olivia was wonderful. Her communication is great and she had no problem following our instructions for a drop in visit with our 6 month old golden retriever. She is clearly a safe pair of hands and loves animals. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who needs a dog sitter and she would be our first choice if we needed someone in the future. Thank you Olivia!
