“Marley had an absolutely brilliant time with Sarasa. She went above and beyond for us and even brought Marley to visit us on our wedding day, which we were so grateful for! During his stay, Sarasa took Marley on so many beautiful walks and sent us loads of photos and videos of Marley having a great time! He got lots of cuddles and was so relaxed and happy when we picked him up. Sarasa’s dog Coco was also a beautiful girl and seemed to get on really well with Marley. We would absolutely use Sarasa again and can’t thank her enough for agreeing to help us with our special request. Thank you so much! X”

About: I’ve loved dogs from a young age, having a dog of my own growing up, and I still regularly care for my family’s dogs. This has given me plenty of hands-on experience with different personalities, routines, and needs. I’m caring, responsible, and patient, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. I’m happy to give pets plenty of attention, playtime, exercise, cuddles, and companionship while making sure their usual routine is followed. I’m also comfortable caring for both young and senior pets and understand that puppies may need extra patience and supervision, while older dogs may benefit from a slower pace, extra comfort, and attentive care. Most importantly, I want every pet to feel safe, happy, and loved while they’re in my care. I'm currently unemployed so I'm available all week. I usually have personal plans on Saturday afternoons but I'm completely free beyond that. I live in a comfortable flat in a safe, pet-friendly area, with a large park just a short walk away. This gives pets a great balance of a calm home environment and plenty of opportunity for walks, exercise, and fresh air. I always prioritise safety and make sure pets feel comfortable and settled in my care. I’m happy to follow their usual routines, including feeding times, walks, playtime, and any specific instructions from their owner. I also understand that every pet is different, so I take the time to make them feel relaxed and cared for in a new environment. Whether caring for a pet in my home or visiting them in their own home, I treat their space, belongings, and routines with respect. I’ll keep owners updated and make sure they can feel confident that their pet is safe, happy, and well looked after.

“My cat was happy with Afshin. He was fed and taken care well. I didn't find anxiety issues with my cat during the stay and after coming back. Frequent communication with my pet cat kept him active and out of anxiety. Also, Afshin has good experience with cat services. “Clive had the best time staying with Emilia, he’s never stayed with anyone other than family before so I was really nervous when looking for someone to mind him. I met Emilia a couple of days before he was due to stay and my mind was instantly put at ease. Emilia is very friendly and has a beautiful home, I knew Clive was going to be well looked after. I was kept updated throughout the time he was there with pictures & messages. Her dog is also very friendly and safe to say that Clive sulked the whole way home as Mavis had became his new bestie. It really showed he genuinely cared about making sure Ronnie felt comfortable and settled. He also kept me regularly updated, which gave me real peace of mind knowing Ronnie was happy and safe throughout. Hearing that Ronnie was a delight meant everything to me. As long as Ronnie is happy, I’m happy. I’d definitely use Palash again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone reliable, caring, and attentive.”
