Reliable, Experienced Dog Lover WFH
I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life and at one point our family had three dogs at once, all with different breeds, personalities and care needs. Looking after dogs has always been a natural part of my life, and I genuinely love spending time with them. I now live with my partner, who is also a dog lover, and we both work from home. We enjoy having dogs around and are very happy adapting our home and routine to suit different personalities, whether that means play and enrichment, getting out for a good sniff around the park, cuddles on the sofa or simply giving them a comfortable place to snooze nearby. Friends and family regularly trust me to care for their pets, and I understand how important it is to know your dog is safe, happy and well looked after while you’re away. I’ll always treat your dog as if they were my own and keep you updated with photos and messages for peace of mind.

Anna-Rita and her partner were amazing dog sitters :) gave him the breakfast I brought over, had toys ready for him to play with. Basil had a cosy time in the house sleeping and playing all day, and had a lovely walk through Reddish Vale. Anna-Rita provided us with images all day, had fast replies, and basil had a really nice day :) thanks Anna-Rita we will be booking again x
Anna is a brilliant help and so communicative, friendly and calm, she’s got a special touch with animals. I can rest at ease knowing my darling Son (dog), who is very clingy and sensitive, is in good hands because he adores Anna. I can’t recommend her services enough 10/10!
Anna was sooo helpful and supportive when I got my first puppy. She had loads of amazing advice that made a real difference. She has minded him on numerous occasions and I always know he is in the best hands ❤️
I can personally vouch for Anna, after she kindly stepped up to look after my 2 year old puppy following a personal emergency, which meant I had to travel away from home last minute. As a fellow animal lover, I know Anna would have no problems looking after my pup but she went above and beyond to bring me peace of mind during a stressful time. She regularly checked in with updates and had no trouble assisting with my pup’s routine or with any questions I had whilst away from home. She proved herself to be diligent, trusty worthy and organised. I highly recommend !

Schedule
Because I work from home, I’m able to give dogs plenty of company and attention throughout the day rather than leaving them alone for long periods. I live with my partner, who also works from home, so there is usually someone around and dogs quickly become part of our day-to-day routine. We’re both dog lovers and enjoy having them around the house, whether they’re playful and sociable or happiest snoozing nearby while we work. I have a flexible schedule and can accommodate walks, drop-ins and pet sitting on both weekdays and weekends. I’ll always do my best to maintain your dog’s normal routine so they feel comfortable, happy and settled while you’re away. I believe dogs are happiest when their normal routine is maintained, so I take the time to understand each pet’s individual needs and preferences. I follow feeding schedules, exercise routines and any specific instructions carefully, and I’m comfortable administering routine medications if required. Safety, reliability and communication are really important to me, and I’ll provide regular updates and photos so you always know how your pet is getting on. My goal is for both you and your dog to feel completely comfortable and relaxed while you’re apart.

I follow feeding schedules, exercise routines and any specific instructions carefully, and I’m comfortable administering routine medications if required. Safety, reliability and communication are very important to me, and I’ll provide regular updates and photos so you always know how your pet is getting on. My goal is for both you and your dog to feel completely comfortable and relaxed while you’re apart.
A typical day
My partner and I both work from home, so your dog will have plenty of company throughout the day and won’t routinely be left alone for long periods. I’ll fit regular toilet breaks, play sessions, fuss and enrichment around my work schedule, and there’s usually someone nearby for dogs who simply like having company. We have a small garden for the dog to have a sniff, toilet break, or fetch session on demand! I live close to a large park, so dogs that enjoy exploring, sniffing and running around have plenty of opportunity to do so. On weekdays I can usually accommodate walks of around 20–30 minutes at a time, alongside regular breaks in our small garden. At weekends we have even more flexibility for longer walks, adventures and extra one-to-one attention.
