Absolutely brilliant! They took great care of Shangool and sent us lots of pictures and videos . My cat was so happy staying with them. They followed all the instructions perfectly and reassured me whenever I had any further requests. I will definitely rebook with them in the future. Afshin & his lovely family were Absolutely fantastic from start to finish looking after our Frenchie Alonzo. Firstly, they happily accepted a Very last minute booking from us which helped us out a lot, then communication was great, they greeted us at the front door awaiting Alonzos arrival and he went happily with them into their home after such a lovely warm welcome from Afshin & his children. We were sent regular updates & cute videos which made us very happy to see Alonzo was having so much fun & getting a lot of love & attention. The family are clearly very knowledgeable on dog care & needs. They took Alonzo into their home & treated him like a member of the family & he now has four new lovely friends. We will definitely be rebooking when we need care for Alonzo in the future. Thank you so much Afshin & Family 🤗🤗🤗🤗

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced garden. Where the cats and dogs are taken care of is separate, and both are very safe. Since I have a cattery myself I have many cat toys and the area is safe.
