About: For many years family and friends have relied on me taking brilliant care of their pets while being away. Furthermore I have 4 years of experience working in a boarding cattery in which I provided excellent care and cuddles to some wonderful kitties! I have also spent time walking and caring for dogs. I am absolutely passionate about caring for all animals :) I am currently a university student at YSJ studying counselling and am very flexible to be looking after pets! I have lots of free time during the week (Monday-thursday) and am completely flexible over the weekend. Due to living in an apartment, I cannot offer boarding services as I have no garden. However I am able to visit houses and take animals out for days/walks, as well as staying in the home where needed for the care of your pets. I am also safety conscious so will ensure your house stays safe and secure when I am there.

I’m an active outdoorsy person so can provide that adventure if needed but also know a calm and comforting environment with a cuddle is sometimes what’s needed. I live in a new build flat, accessed via stairs in York. It is spacious and airy and near many green spaces with lovely walks and not far from the river and gardens. About: I've been dog sitting for my family and friends for 5 years now, and have a gentle and caring approach to meeting new people and pets. I am a member of my uni's dog society where we socialise and walk dogs, and have experience from raising two crazy spaniels from puppy / rescue. Would love new company and experience! About: I’ve taken care of numerous dogs, aging from pups to seniors. I have maintained training programmes, as well as managing nervous and aggressive dogs. My experience in care work means I am exceptionally attentive and empathetic. I have a flexible schedule as a student. I am looking for part time work, and I am happy to work around pet owners requirements. My approach differs between cats and dogs. Cats: I keep a calm, quiet environment with no loud noises or surprises. I like to give the cat the space it deserves, and allow it to approach me when ready for cuddles or playing. Dogs: My fenced garden means easy access to outside. Lots of playing, goofing around and mental stimulation.

About: Hi, I’m Ellen, and I’ve been surrounded by dogs and cats my whole life. For years I’ve been entrusted to walk dogs belonging to friends, family and paying customers, and to do drop-in visits for pets. I also walk and care for my own two dogs, Bella and Wilby, on a daily basis. In 2021 I also had the wonderful experience of raising Bella’s litter of 5 puppies in my family home, from their birth right up until they moved in with their new families (apart from Wilby who we decided to keep!). Wilby is an anxious dog and doesn’t get on well with other dogs, so I’m experienced in walking particularly difficult and antisocial dogs. I’m currently a university student, so my pet care fits around my university schedule. I’m available during the early mornings and the evenings, and my availability varies during working hours, but I’ll always be able to make time for your pet. I’m also available throughout the day on Saturdays and Sundays. Whilst on walks, I prefer to stick to green areas rather than roads for both the safety and enjoyment of your pup. I also shower them with all the pets and attention that they could want.
