About: I’ve looked after dogs since I was little and gone on hired dog walks as I always wanted a dog of my own! I now have a nearly 4 year old border collie and have plenty of experience with dogs. She is trained to do all sort of fun tricks (even buttons) and just simply love being around dogs - whether that’s for a down time cuddle or for playing around outside. Happy to take dogs as grouped walk with my own pooch or if they prefer without company too! I’m currently working on a project that will be from home most of the time, so there will be plenty of opportunities for potty breaks, long walks, lots of cuddles and play time! I have a long fenced garden, not along any big roads. Not only this but a gentle border collie who loves to play, will happily share toys and treats and simply loves making friends!

About: Hi Everyone, I’m Sophie! Me and my family adopted my dog Ellie all the way back in 2013 from a rescue shelter in Greece and she will be turning 13 next June, as well as this over the years I have taken care of family friends pets for example taking them for walks and staying overnight in the house or even just popping in to make sure that they’re okay, although still being young at 21 years old, i’ve been surrounded by dogs by entire life, I used to attend puppy classes when Ellie was younger, helping train her up with recall and general behaviour, as well as this i would consider myself knowledgeable in the emotional side of dogs, if they’re feeling down or anxious I have taught myself by experience and research how I can help, I am currently in the process of looking into completing a level 2 qualification linked to dogs needs I love to have fun on walks, going to see new places with your pooch, playing fetch with there ball or even just enjoying a brisk stroll :) I am a university student however I am only in university 2 to 3 days a week being off Mondays and Tuesdays and having availability all weekend but even in the days that I am there I am free morning times and most days apart from that available after 3 pm However for plans such as check ins for your pet I am available any day of the week to do that in the mornings, please just let me know what your arrangements are and i can work around them For overnight care, I am also available any day of the week, my only thing to note is that a few days a week I would have to leave your residence early after the following day for university, This would only be on Thursdays and Fridays, so if that’s the case it may be important to see if somebody else can pop in for them in that time gap which is normally around 12-3 pm But the rest of the days, and also holidays such as easter, I would be able to stay as long as required Your dog is my first priority! When taking care of pets in their owners home i’d like to make sure that it feels just like their owner never left, by knowing the dogs needs and what they require as I know a lot of dogs can get very anxious when their owners are away, if they feel comfortable sleeping on the bed with me then I’m perfectly happy for that and any specific place that they would want to go outside of the house. I’m happy to attend to. Before agreeing to pet sitting I am happy to come over and view the house to make sure you think id be a good fit for your dog and that they feel comfortable being in the house with me, I think its important to make sure that we bond well together to put your mind at ease
“Artur was fantastic with Zara. He’s calm, reliable, and clearly very experienced with dogs. Communication was excellent throughout, and Zara was relaxed and happy after her drop-in visits and walks. I felt completely confident leaving her in his care.”

About: I have been previously cat sitting/dog sitting on carecom from 2017-2021. I own a cat named Mila she’s 8 years old and a husky named Mishka who is 9 years old. I work from home, which allows me to have more flexibility over my schedule. This means I could potentially extend any time requested or any special request I can work with. I have a fenced garden, or if I go to the owner's home, I usually like suggestions on where they would like me to take their pet. Due to previous experience it helps me adjust to your pet needs.
“Izzy was fantastic looking after Loki. Giving regular updates and photos and giving him extra attention when he was feeling a little poorly one day. Would highly recommend!”

“Natalie was amazing caring for my cat Bao after his hospital stay. She was attentive, kind, and even put away my early food delivery. She went above and beyond and gave me complete peace of mind. I highly recommend her and will definitely book her again!”

About: I have extensive experience caring for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments, including rescue dogs with unique needs. Over the years, I've worked with everything from tiny, energetic terriers to large, strong breeds, and I understand how to tailor care to suit each dog’s personality and comfort level. I have a special place in my heart for rescue dogs—I have my own, a 7 year old black Labrador, Luna, who’s taught me so much about patience, trust, and the deep bond that forms with compassionate care. Whether it’s a shy rescue or a playful pup, I’m dedicated to making every dog feel safe, loved, and well looked after. I currently do varying shift patterns so I have plenty of time to play and walk your pet throughout the week and weekends! I’ll be keeping my daily availability updated each day. I’m respectful of the home, keeping everything clean and secure, and I’m happy to provide regular updates, including photos and messages, so you know your pet is happy and well cared for. Building trust is key, and I treat each home and pet as if they were my own—with kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care.
About: I have always been around animals, growing up I had both family cats and dogs and have always adored them. I am a regular pet sitter for all of my friends and family, and have lots of regular sittings. I have always had fantastic relationships with the pets I look after, I enjoy spending time playing, walking and making sure they’re having the best time possible, while maintaining discipline and keeping their routine as undisturbed as possible. I am more than happy to take on any pet, especially any that are shy/nervous and am always a patient sitter/walker. I am not a full-time dog sitter/boarder, I do work a full time, 9-5 job, Monday to Friday. I am able to work from home 5 days per week which allows me to be able to sit & board pets, but it has to work around my schedule and I ask that you respect my time as if it were your own. I have had a few instances of very late pickups, or last-minute requests to drop off hours before what we had scheduled, and while I am always happy to be as flexible as possible, but sometimes I can only do so much with my time. I have a reasonably large, warm and friendly home for your lovely pets. I have outdoor space and live near two large green spaces and a canal no more than a 5 minute walk away. Unfortunately I don’t own a dog crate, but I’m happy to have pets on the furniture and in some cases, on the bed too.

About: Growing up I’ve always had pets, from reptiles and fish to dogs and degu’s. My dogs are called coco and Billie and are 11 years old and we have had them since they were puppies! So I would definitely say I have the knowledge and experience to take care of dogs specifically. I am currently a full time university student about to start my 2nd year studying Education, Mental Health and SEND whilst also working part time at a pub! Since it is the summer holidays I have more availability than an average day however I am flexible. The pets in my home are loved and well cared for. They get daily walks and fed multiple times a day (and sometimes a treat)! They receive lots of cuddles and have plenty of toys and are so loved within the home.

“Couldn’t recommend aisha more! She has looked after our little 3 month pup Fred a couple of times now, has sent updates with pictures with how he has gotten. She followed what we asked which was really helpful to keep him in a routine. Played with him, cuddled him fed him, cleaned up after him couldn’t have been better! Ruth was amazing! We met initially to meet and greet our cat and we discussed any needs and habits our cat may have. We felt instantly at ease after meeting Ruth as we’ve never used this type of service before. Whilst away we were provided with detailed updates and images every day which gave us great peace of mind. On our return our cat was happy, relaxed and most importantly well taken care of. The house was spotless too and any bowls were cleaned and tidied too. We will definitely use Ruth again in the future. We highly recommend. Thank you.

Tamsin provided me with wonderfully detailed report cards and action shots of my girl whilst I was away, which really helped settle my nerves. Made me miss her all the more though! I'm grateful she was in such good hands during Tamsin's visits. Have already booked again, and know Joni will be pleased to see you in future! ⭐️🐾

Yan was fantastic, she really cared for my cat Leo, recently he had a heart complication and she made sure he took his medication and kept a clean environment for him, she sent me daily photos which showed him at his happiest and relaxed, even showed a great deal of care towards him, she even wrote a note each day about how he was behaving and feeling. We were gone for two weeks and I’m happy I chose her to look after him in that time. Will book her again the next time we’re away! 😁👌
Joanna is a great cat sitter! I really appreciate how well she looks after Katja when I'm away, giving her lots of fuss and cuddles. Katja can be a bit of a grump but she clearly loves Joanna! She also sends a photo and message every day. Thanks for doing such a great job again!
Hattie was excellent and I couldn't have asked for anything more! So much care and attention not only for my pet but also my home and making sure everything was communicated to me :) This was my first time using Rover & pet sitter and have had the most positive experience and without a doubt would like to book in with Hattie again.

Lauren has been absolutely fantastic. She's taken extremely good care of my cat, sent loads of photos and videos to show me how he's doing and overall been really reassuring - which was exactly what I needed as it's the first time I've left my cat for more than a day! Big thanks, Lauren!

Thanks for taking care of the boys. Georgina was really friendly with them and she took notes regarding all they behaviour and helped them to get use to brushing. Always on time. I haven’t to worry the visits as she would checking always when she arrived. Theo and Rohan are looking forward to have her again.

Roxy has been super lovely and reliable throughout the booking process. She came for a meet & greet beforehand, she was attentive and gathered lots of info to make sure she understood Lily as much as possible before looking after her. I have received lots of photos and videos throughout the visits and a lovely overview of each visit, which has put my mind as ease. Lily warmed to Roxy immediately, I will definitely be booking with her again - thank you Roxy!
