About: I love all kinds of pets & I’m eager to spend some time with dogs! I have experience independently caring for dogs, walking them, training them & giving them plenty of fuss. I am also Canine First Aid trained. Whilst I love pets, I can’t currently commit to one of my own due to my work schedule but I would love to give your pup the love & care I would give my own. I am comfortable with walking dogs on any kind of lead & I am more than happy to keep up with any training your pup might be doing. I’m happy to administer any medications your pet might need but I’m not qualified to give injections. If my calendar looks full, please just drop me a message & I can try & squeeze your pet in :) I currently work part time in retail & I am available Wednesday afternoons & on weekends. I go on a lot of hikes & walks so if you have a particularly active pet that’s happy in the car, I’d love to take them for a day out. I can’t currently keep pets in my own home as I live in a flat. But I am comfortable looking after pets in their own homes & taking them on walks on whatever kind of lead they need.

About: I have many years of experience caring for a wide range of animals, including dogs, cats, rabbits and tortoises of all ages. I have my own pets and understand how important it is to follow each animal’s usual routine and make them feel safe and comfortable. I am calm, reliable and happy to provide walks, feeding, play, companionship and overnight care. I am also comfortable caring for younger animals and pets who need a little extra patience or reassurance. I currently have very good availability up until the end of September and can be flexible depending on your pet’s needs. My availability may change slightly from October due to other work and university commitments, but I’m happy to discuss individual arrangements. Each pet and booking is different, so I tailor my care to individual needs. I will always follow your pet’s usual routine as closely as possible and make sure they feel safe, comfortable and well cared for while you are away. I’m happy to provide feeding, walks, play, companionship and plenty of reassurance, depending on what your pet enjoys and needs. I will also keep you updated so you know how they are getting on, with messages and photos, as many or as few as requested.

I would also treat their home with the same respect and care as I would my own. I believe proper preparation prevents poor performance, so I would make sure I understand the pet’s needs and the owner’s instructions before starting.

She is incredibly attentive, reliable and caring, and always keeps us updated with messages and photos at every visit, which gives us complete peace of mind while we’re away. She has taken amazing care of our cats, including one of our girls who has ongoing medical needs requiring twice-daily medication, as well as an acute issue just before one of our trips. We felt completely confident she was in safe hands. On a previous visit, India also noticed a small radiator leak and kindly cleaned it up for us, which we really appreciated. She took the time to visit beforehand to go through everything, and she is genuinely lovely, professional and easy to communicate with. Knowing our cats are so well cared for means we can actually relax and enjoy our time away. About: I come from a family of working dog breeders and boarders for and have a plethora of experience with many different dog breeds alongside some show cat breeds so I understand not two pets are the same and you can’t assume anything! I have on and off dog and cat sat for friends and known contacts but not professionally on an app such as Rover before! I work full time so youll usually find my availability will be mainly tied to evenings, weekends but sometimes I may be available during the work for the odd day or for short periods around an hour! Making sure your fur-baby is cared for and safe is my top priority. Whenever I attend a visit or your home I will always make sure your pets needs are discussed prior with you. This is so that your pets routine isnt too disrupted more than just meeting a new person because that is stressful enough. When visiting I will always care for your pet as if my own and when visiting or staying at your home, taking the upmost care to not disrupt anything and to let you know if anything happens immediately and what has been done to rectify.

About: I'm an animal lover that loves to spend time with animals, particularly dogs and I've been dog-walking and looking after cats and the like for a few years now. I've walked dogs of all different sizes, personalities and breeds - my personal favourite has been Fred the Bassett Hound as they're known for their stubborn-ness but when they love you, they love big! One of my favourite things to do is to sing and play to them! (I play guitar) They love it every time - especially puppies :) I also have experience assisting with new pet additions to the family, and have helped a number of pups settle into routines and potty training. And I've helped to improve older dogs in their recall where there was very little before! I love walks myself and and enjoy taking doggies to play at local parks to socialise with other friends. And if they're more introverted, they tend to let the other dogs know! I've been fortunate to dog and cat sit all over the world on my travels, including boarding stays in LA, New York, London and now Leeds :) I work from home (except for some Thursdays) and am currently finishing my research Masters also so am very present for quality time. I am mostly a homebody so am around also most evenings where pets are not left alone for lengthy periods. I live in a spacious flat and can house crates if required, smoke-free, arty, and clean :) I treat animals with the individual attention and care that they need, based on what they themselves let me know upon meeting and getting to know - just like people!

“This was our first experience using Rover and Joshua so we were a bit anxious about how it would go, but we needn’t have worried - he was great with Samson. He was really friendly, Samson seemed to like him straight away, and he was on time for both the meet and greet and the sitting, which was really reassuring. We had a bit of an issue with our door when we were leaving, so we ended up being delayed, but Joshua was really understanding. He was also very patient with our child and happily listened to all her chatter! He stayed until the time we’d agreed and everything went really smoothly. We’ll definitely use Joshua again now we’ve found someone we can trust to look after Samson, and it means we can hopefully enjoy more day trips knowing he’s in good hands.”

About: Growing up I’ve always had pets, from reptiles and fish to dogs and degu’s. My dogs are called coco and Billie and are 11 years old and we have had them since they were puppies! So I would definitely say I have the knowledge and experience to take care of dogs specifically. I am currently a full time university student about to start my 2nd year studying Education, Mental Health and SEND whilst also working part time at a pub! Since it is the summer holidays I have more availability than an average day however I am flexible. The pets in my home are loved and well cared for. They get daily walks and fed multiple times a day (and sometimes a treat)! They receive lots of cuddles and have plenty of toys and are so loved within the home.

About: I’ve taken care of animals of all sizes from being a young teenager. Friends and family have always relied on me for exceptional care and knowledge. I’m experienced in training, behaviour management and anxiety management in dogs. I have always loved going on walks and going with a pet that enjoys the fresh air just as much as me will always bring a smile to my face. Ps- Says on profile I have cats, I do not, just experience with cats I currently only work part time and this is only during the evenings so I am available every day until 3:50pm except Fridays and Saturdays as this can vary. I have a fenced garden, though small I do have Dartmouth park on my doorstep if your pup needs a big run around. I can crate your pups if needed and will provide plenty of fresh air, water and treats :)

About: I haven’t owned a dog myself yet, but it’s something I’ve always wanted and I’m hoping to get one in the near future. In the meantime, I’ve had plenty of hands-on experience looking after friends’ pets, including both dogs and cats. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, walks, playtime, and making sure they feel settled and cared for while their owners are away. I really enjoy spending time with animals and make sure they get plenty of attention. I’m really active so love going for walks. I work full time, so I’d be looking for early mornings/evenings in the weekday. I work from home so could be flexible on lunch times too. I have a good availability over the weekend.
