I’ve cared for naughty pups and gentle giants and have a perfect spot for them on my sofa! My partner lives in London and has a big old softy Old English bulldog which stays with me monthly. I live in the city centre with my sister and we both love having a fury companion on our canal walks! I work full time in marketing but have a fully dog friendly office and the option to work from home if that works better for you. We got lots of photos and regular updates which was lovely to see, he had lots of walks & little outings, like his own holiday. We even had an issue on day 2 where our arranged care for our other dachshund Luna was no longer an option, and Julie took her on for the rest of the week as well! I had nothing to worry about in terms of their care all week as they were clearly so well looked after and loved. About: Experience of caring for puppies and our own (nearly) 2 year old Cockapoo. Sparkles very quickly became the centre of our family and we love her so much. We trained her ourselves in terms of toilet training, basic/moderate attention skills (sit, wait stay, come) with some added fun ones such as spin etc! We have cared for family and friends older dogs and appreciate that every dog has their own personality and needs which us carers need to adapt to. We have the space and time to be able to be adaptable to yours and your dogs preferences. I also have experience with administering medicines. Dog care is my sole line of work so I have plenty of time to give lots of love and care to your dog. We have a 6 year old daughter who also loves to play with any playful pups. Our 2 year old cockapoo has stayed at other dog sitters homes so has interacted with numerous dogs of all sizes, ages and abilities. She is very loving and playful but is easily adaptable to more placid natured dogs. Access to our good sized fenced garden can be provided at any time during the day and I can also give access during the night should that be required. We usually do 1 short walk on a morning, a longer (30-60 mins) at lunch time and another short walk early evening but we can be adaptable. Your beloved dog will only ever be left on its own for short periods if at all but if you do not want your dog on its own please let us know and this can be provided upon short notice. I have a good sized fenced garden and inside your dog will have access to plenty of space. I can crate if required with your own crate. We allow dogs on our sofas but not on our dining furniture. Demon is really enjoying his walks out, as I receive the Rover report cards which include an full description of thier walks with a photo so always nice to see. I have recently lost my own dog and want to be able to give other dogs the care and support they need x I work from home so I have lots of time to play, take your dog out for walks and care for their needs x I want your dog to feel safe so I can additional time with them if their anxious or need the additional reassurance x I live close to the city centre in a dog friendly complex x I have a car and a safety seat so you dog can be safe and comfortable if you are ok with them going on short adventures with me x I live in a ground floor flat with a large secure balcony. I would always be with your dog if they wanted to explore the balcony and they would be not left alone. The flat is on one level and is accessible, comfy and safe x it is important for me to build trust with your dog that will come over time as we get to know each other x

About: Growing up I’ve always had pets, from reptiles and fish to dogs and degu’s. My dogs are called coco and Billie and are 11 years old and we have had them since they were puppies! So I would definitely say I have the knowledge and experience to take care of dogs specifically. I am currently a full time university student about to start my 2nd year studying Education, Mental Health and SEND whilst also working part time at a pub! Since it is the summer holidays I have more availability than an average day however I am flexible. The pets in my home are loved and well cared for. They get daily walks and fed multiple times a day (and sometimes a treat)! They receive lots of cuddles and have plenty of toys and are so loved within the home.
About: I’ve grown up in houses with both dogs and cats, and having experience looking after both. About: I haven’t owned a dog myself yet, but it’s something I’ve always wanted and I’m hoping to get one in the near future. In the meantime, I’ve had plenty of hands-on experience looking after friends’ pets, including both dogs and cats. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, walks, playtime, and making sure they feel settled and cared for while their owners are away. Also any dog for long periods of time!) I'm Addie, 32, she/they. I have experience with multiple dog breeds, from jack russels and staffys, to huskies and westies, to lurchers and pugs. From a young age I took an interest in dogs and I consider them my soul animals. As a child, I started training my Grandma's dogs and then my own family dogs. I've enjoyed learning about dogs behaviours, cues and psychology which gives me a better understanding of each individual animal. I had my own dog, up until 2 years ago as she passed away and so I have experience of being the sole carer of a pet dog. I'm always my friends and families go to person for dog sitting and I've been called a "dog whisperer". One of the proudest things I can say is that all animals trust me and that is such an honour! I live in a warm and compassionate shared house with 3 other dog lovers. Everyone mostly works from home so there will never be a shortage of cuddles and attention. At the moment, I don't work due to chronic health issues, so I have a lot of free time (depending on whether I'm having a bad flare up or not). Because of this, all my love and attention is on caring for the pets I look after. I tend to only ever look after one dog at a time, so I can give them my full attention. In my household there are no other animals or any children. I don't have an enclosed garden but I'm happy to take them to the toilet as many times as they need on the lead. There are several grass sections and woodland right next to my house. I always wants dogs to feel like my home is their home and that includes going on the sofa and bed.

They went for walks every day, and even though Poro was on her period during this time, Marcello took excellent care of her. Poro came back clean, tidy, and clearly very happy.
