About: I have always had cats growing up. I currently have my own called Milo who is a very loving clingy cat. I have done dog sitting for family members while they are on holiday. I have a lot of experience with both cats and dogs. This is my full time job so I am available anytime and anyday. I will respond to you within the hour and answer any questions you may have. I have a cat bed in my bedroom for my cat Milo and loads of cat toys that he loves! I have a cat flap on my front door so he can go in and out as he pleases.

About: Hi Everyone, I’m Sophie! Me and my family adopted my dog Ellie all the way back in 2013 from a rescue shelter in Greece and she will be turning 13 next June, as well as this over the years I have taken care of family friends pets for example taking them for walks and staying overnight in the house or even just popping in to make sure that they’re okay, although still being young at 21 years old, i’ve been surrounded by dogs by entire life, I used to attend puppy classes when Ellie was younger, helping train her up with recall and general behaviour, as well as this i would consider myself knowledgeable in the emotional side of dogs, if they’re feeling down or anxious I have taught myself by experience and research how I can help, I am currently in the process of looking into completing a level 2 qualification linked to dogs needs I love to have fun on walks, going to see new places with your pooch, playing fetch with there ball or even just enjoying a brisk stroll :) I am a university student however I am only in university 2 to 3 days a week being off Mondays and Tuesdays and having availability all weekend but even in the days that I am there I am free morning times and most days apart from that available after 3 pm However for plans such as check ins for your pet I am available any day of the week to do that in the mornings, please just let me know what your arrangements are and i can work around them For overnight care, I am also available any day of the week, my only thing to note is that a few days a week I would have to leave your residence early after the following day for university, This would only be on Thursdays and Fridays, so if that’s the case it may be important to see if somebody else can pop in for them in that time gap which is normally around 12-3 pm But the rest of the days, and also holidays such as easter, I would be able to stay as long as required Your dog is my first priority! When taking care of pets in their owners home i’d like to make sure that it feels just like their owner never left, by knowing the dogs needs and what they require as I know a lot of dogs can get very anxious when their owners are away, if they feel comfortable sleeping on the bed with me then I’m perfectly happy for that and any specific place that they would want to go outside of the house. I’m happy to attend to. Before agreeing to pet sitting I am happy to come over and view the house to make sure you think id be a good fit for your dog and that they feel comfortable being in the house with me, I think its important to make sure that we bond well together to put your mind at ease

About: I have a dachshund so i’m used to high maintenance dogs. I have been training and looking after my own for 5 years so i know what it takes to look after your own dog. I couldn’t think of any better way to spend my time than spending it with dogs I work from home so am able to keep a close eye on your dog and make sure they have everything they possibly need. I’m quite flexible with walking times in the afternoon I have a fenced garden and a dachshund called kylo, working from home means i can sit with your dog so they dont feel lonely
About: I love all kinds of pets & I’m eager to spend some time with dogs! I have experience independently caring for dogs, walking them, training them & giving them plenty of fuss. Whilst I love pets, I can’t currently commit to one of my own due to my work schedule but I would love to give your pup the love & care I would give my own. I am comfortable with walking dogs on any kind of lead & I am more than happy to keep up with any training your pup might be doing. I’m happy to administer any medications your pet might need but I’m not qualified to give injections. If my calendar looks full, please just drop me a message & I can try & squeeze your pet in :) I currently work part time in retail & I am available Wednesday afternoons & on weekends. I go on a lot of hikes & walks so if you have a particularly active pet that’s happy in the car, I’d love to take them for a day out. I can’t currently keep pets in my own home as I live in a flat. But I am comfortable looking after pets in their own homes & taking them on walks on whatever kind of lead they need.
About: I have had a Dog in my family all my life until I moved to England to be an Au pair in 2017. Since than I am missing having a dog so much that I have decided to join Rover. I helped my Au pair family with their Newfoundland who was at the time 2 years old and needed some training, being a little teenager. Unfortunately, he dies last her because of a Heart-condition which broke my heart. I also look after my friend's Golden retriever sometimes, I know her since she is a puppy and I enjoy spending time with her. I take her sometimes with me to the office I work at in Harrogate to pretend I have a dog for a day. I just love dogs and love spending time with them. I’ve changed jobs and I’m now working fully remote. Which means I can do housesitting every day during the week. I can walk your dog during workdays between 1pm and 2pm or do drop in visits. Unfortunately, I can’t offer doggy day care at the moment. I aim to provide the same quality of care that you provide for your own pets, ideally I would not disrupt their schedules and carefully follow all the information given to me about your pet. To me open communication is the key to trust, after all you are leaving my in charge of loving your fur baby!

“Vaso was a super cat sitter. We are so grateful for her stepping in at short notice and looking after our cat over Christmas! She was very communicative, reliable, caring and completely accommodating about feeding times etc. We were thrilled to come back to a happy and relaxed cat. We will definitely use Vaso again in future & would recommend her.”

About: Dogs always had an affinity for me as a child (my sister tells me it must be how I smell??) We had cats growing up so could never own a dog, however I always volunteered to walk my neighbour, cousin and auntie's dogs (spaniel, akita, labradoodle) as I loved being around them as they calm me. I love to learn a dog's personality but understand the vigilance and caution a dog walker needs to have as animals can be unpredictable. I currently work full-time from 9-6, but am available in the early mornings or evenings for busy pooch owners. Weekends are fully open for me. I will always talk to a dog owner about their pet's needs. This includes dietary restrictions, health conditions, personality or behavioural factors, and anything else that's vital to keeping a dog safe and content.

About: I am a huge dog person and lost my own dog 2 years ago but not ready to have my own again but love the outdoors, enjoy walking and cycling and nice to have a dog around for company and to walk with. I have recently stopped working but still go out fir a walk every day, first thing in the morning and later in the afternoon. I often drive to the canal, Otley, ilkley and walk. I have a fenced in garden back and front which are both secure. I do not gave dogs on the furniture or upstairs but plenty of room downstairs for them to sleep and roam.
“Izzy was fantastic looking after Loki. Giving regular updates and photos and giving him extra attention when he was feeling a little poorly one day. Would highly recommend!”

About: I’ve been caring for my own two Whippets for the past six years and have grown up with cats all my life. I also have a Ragdoll cat, so I’m experienced with both dogs and cats, including understanding different breeds and their individual personalities. Through my partner, who is a professional dog walker, I’ve learned a great deal about dog body language, behaviour and positive handling techniques. I’m confident recognising when a dog is feeling relaxed, excited or needs a little extra space and reassurance. I’m reliable, trustworthy and genuinely love spending time with animals. Whether your pet enjoys long walks, playtime, cuddles on the sofa or simply sticking to their usual routine, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved and well cared for while you’re away. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands. I work from home, which allows me to provide reliable pet care throughout the week. I’m happy to accommodate walks, drop-in visits and overnight stays where possible. I’ll always make sure your pet receives plenty of attention, exercise, play and affection while sticking to their usual routine to help them feel comfortable and settled. I understand how important it is to trust someone with both your pet and your home. I’ll always follow your pet’s routine, respect your house, keep everything clean and tidy, and provide regular photo and video updates. Having cared for my own Whippets and Ragdoll cat, I know every pet is different, and I’ll take the time to understand their individual needs, personality and any training or behavioural guidance you’ve provided.
About: I am new to dog walking as a business but I have had many dogs and have a love for animals, I live to be out doors with the fur babies and have walked and cared for family and friends animals over the last 8 years, and I love it that much I would love to take it on more, you can't beat the love and loyalty from a dog and would love to build that bond with your fur babies I currently work part time, but if more work fall in this direction I would cut more hours or leave to do this role full time, I love dogs and have always been brought up around dogs, I have a cocker spaniel and have had a staff and border collie and boxer dog and mix breads in my life, every dog is different with different needs and personality. I have a fenced garden, where the dogs can play, we get out to local woods and and parks twice a day, bramley fall bramley park and Clayton woods in all wether, I love fitness so long walks are ideal but can accommodate shorter walks for the little fur babies. I will respect all needs and no judgement, I understand the love and needs are the same for a child and will accommodate and treat the fur babies as to you would and they would be in a loving home. I do have 2 children 7, 14 years and love animals
“Chelsea was absolutely amazing with our two Frenchies! She stepped in on incredibly short notice and still went above and beyond—not only did she give them tons of love and attention, but she also kept us updated with daily photos and messages, which was such a comfort. On top of that, she took care of some house chores without us even asking. We came home to happy pups and a clean, cozy home. We couldn’t recommend Chelsea more—she’s reliable, thoughtful, and truly treats your pets like her own.”

About: I have owned and loved a variety of animals since a young age, ranging from cats and dogs to rodents and fish and always pride myself on providing the best possible care for all animals. I treat everyone’s pets like my own and I am always happy to cater my services to your specific needs. I work from home full time alongside Rover so I am able to be with your pets all day if required! I have hands on experience with puppies, senior animals and nervous and reactive dogs and I am able to read animal body language. I’m currently undergoing training to be a dog trainer/behaviourist. If you need support with toilet training/basic behaviour while I am caring for your pet I am happy to do so. I am also experienced in feeding a balanced raw diet, so please don’t worry if this is something you feed. It doesn’t phase me at all! I work from home Monday-Friday, so if your pet needs a bit more attention and someone to stay with them all day, that’s fine by me! As long as I have a good WiFi connection to work from. Ultimately I am also happy to give pets space and leave the house for an hour or two if they need it to avoid any kind of separation anxiety. I usually start work at 9am, so will be able to walk/do breakfast before this time. I then usually have my lunch break around 1pm and finish at 5:30/6 and can do walks at any time after this. I amend my schedule based on your pets normal daily routine to cause the least amount of stress possible! I am not currently able to provide boarding in my own home however I am very capable of catering to your specific needs in your own home, keeping them safe from other animals outside, keeping indoor pets safely inside and if dogs are not allowed off lead due to recall/health etc then I won't let them off. Your pets safety and happiness is my priority.
About: I have grown up around dogs and have dog sat for extended periods (longest two weeks). I also have experience with all sizes of dogs. I am a full time masters student and therefore my schedule is completely flexible. I have a car so am able to travel further out which allows me to be more adaptable. I believe it is important to get to know your pet before I look after them. I want them to feel safe and calm in my care.

About: I've always grown up around dogs -- first we had a boxer dog and then we got a boxador puppy who I trained and raised as a teenager. I have a toddler who is also dog obsessed and so we are looking to go on dog walks and dog visits together. I'm a stay-at-home Mum so can be incredibly flexible, I choose what my day looks like! Please feel free to reach out last minute! I cannot have dogs in my own home, but I have a car and am more than happy to travel to visit other dogs and do take dogs on walks..
About: Hey! I’m Holly and my resident Dobie is called Luca. We’d love to look after your pup! I’ve taken care of many dogs and breeds with over a decade of experience. I have particular personal experience with large and working breeds including Dobermans (my current pet), pointers and boxers. I can be pretty flexible with bookings so even if my calander states I’m unavailable, drop me a message and I’ll see if I can rearrange things to accommodate you! I know first hand how important it is finding the right person to trust with your pet. So, feel free to drop me a message if you want to get to know me more. I’m currently working Monday-Friday full time, but have plenty of evening and weekend availability to dedicate to your dog. A bigger plus if they like to socialize with other dogs, as my pet Dobie can join us for group walks. But, if your pup would like some alone time without the resident Dobie tagging along, then I can cater for that too. I have a fenced front and back garden, and a very friendly Doberman who would love to play with your dog! We can go on a range of walks in the local area, suited to your dogs specific needs. If your dog would prefer solo walks, I can cater for this too as well as a variety of on and off lead time.

Ruth was amazing! We met initially to meet and greet our cat and we discussed any needs and habits our cat may have. We felt instantly at ease after meeting Ruth as we’ve never used this type of service before. Whilst away we were provided with detailed updates and images every day which gave us great peace of mind. On our return our cat was happy, relaxed and most importantly well taken care of. The house was spotless too and any bowls were cleaned and tidied too. We will definitely use Ruth again in the future. We highly recommend. Thank you.

Joanna is a great cat sitter! I really appreciate how well she looks after Katja when I'm away, giving her lots of fuss and cuddles. Katja can be a bit of a grump but she clearly loves Joanna! She also sends a photo and message every day. Thanks for doing such a great job again!
Great experience using George and Weronika for our cat. Made us feel very comfortable and our cat was happy to be cared for by them. They followed all instructions and ensured to update us with videos, photos and information! Thank you for a lovely experience! We recommend!

Jenna looked after my cat whilst I was away for a week. I have used her many times and have always found her completely reliable. I never have to worry how Taffy (the cat) is getting on. Jenna remembers his food preferences and does extra things like playing with him and grooming him(he had some matted fur which she removed). She even brought ice cubes to cool the drinking water because it was a hot day! I always find Taffy happy and contented when I return home. I have no hesitation recommending Jenna to anyone in the area who needs a cat sitter.
Holly provided a fabulous service. She came round to meet our cats before the booking and made sure she had all the info she needed. She sent us regular updates while we were away, was very respectful of our house and looked after the cats brilliantly - I don't think they missed us at all! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Holly and will happily book her again the next time we need someone. Thanks Holly :-)

We couldn’t have asked for a better cat sitter than Naomi! Her communication was great and she was extremely accommodating. She sent us regular updates on our cat so we could relax while we were away and it was clear our cat loved her! I’d recommend Naomi in a heartbeat!
