About: A lover of the great outdoors my passion s are Hill walking and long distance walking. For 30 years I have always had a dog by my side exploring the countryside. I have trained various dogs over the years obedience and have fantastic memories of each and every one. I have walked thousands of miles and have a great knowledge of dealing with other dogs and dog owners. If in doubt put your dog on a lead. As you don’t know how other dog owners have trained there pets. I live in a beautiful remote part of Scotland where I have mountains and glens to myself. I am currently retired and have lots of time to get out into the countryside of Scotland to enjoy what it has to offer. Having a dog with me is a must. Seeing the joy and smile on there face as they run swim and play is very rewarding. I live in a remote part of the world with lots of amazing countryside around me. Living on the shore of loch etive there is not much traffic. I have a secure fenced off garden. There are lots of walks in the area for different dogs ability. From short to long depending what your dog likes.

About: Outdoorsy person wanting to take your dog on mountainous walks with Argyll views. I have experience with puppies, senior dogs and reactive behaviour. Can provide full days out for your dogs in mountainous areas or casual strolls depending on your dogs needs. If I don't seem to have availability feel free to message me and I'll see what I can do. Based in Argyll. I am generally available all week in the evenings and can dog sit overnight most days if locally based. I have two days off a week but am allowed to move them to suit my needs so feel free to message me if you are needing a day I am marked as unavailable for. I have a van that can take dogs to fun locations for their walks. I can only house sit at clients homes as my accommodation does not allow pets.

About: Fully Licensed & Insured I have previously had the pleasure of owning Rudi, a 'rescue dog' and have watched him grow and develop into a super pet. My cat Bruce, would occasionally accompany us in the evening, for a walk to the waterfront, where we watch the waves splash against the shore. I have also cared for other peoples pets over the years, boarding them at home in my semi-detached house, with secure front and back gardens, in a quiet cul-de-sac. The village is in a beautiful location which is perfect for dog adventures - be that walking up into the hills, playing frisbee or fetch, swimming in the river, racing through the forests, or splashing through the waves on the beach. There is never a dull moment and I have as much fun as the dogs! I am a full time pet carer, offering overnight and day boarding, walking and wedding day pet care. I can care for holiday-makers dogs should they fancy a day visit or water based trip to which they cannot take their pet. Other requests always considered such as toilet breaks or cat feeding...just ask! I have a fully enclosed garden in a quiet cul de sac. My dog-guests live in the house as if they were my own. In the summer we relax in the garden and in the winter we curl up in front of the log burner. Whilst staying with me, each pet will wear one of my tags on their collar, which has my phone number on and dogs will only be let off lead if I have the owners permission.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for over 10 years now, from our beloved family Jack Russell, Ruby who sadly passed away last year. To living with my Aunties Staffordshire Bull Terrior for 20 weeks while she was away with work. I now look after my Mum’s gorgeous Cavapoo, Penny whenever I can - I just absolutely love spending time with her. I have 2 minilop bunnies, Smudge & Nola. They are indoor bunnies but absolutely love dogs, Penny is their best friend! My boyfriend Eddie also has a Border Collie, Bella who we take regularly. She absolutely loves long walks so we’re very familiar with all the perfect dog walking spots in the local area. He works with the Ambulance Service but when he isn’t working he would help out with looking after your doggy too! I have a Facebook and Instagram page - Coco’s Doggy Care if you would like to check it out you’ll see lots of pics of everything we get upto with our regularly booked doggies! I am currently not working due to a recent health diagnosis, so I like to ensure I keep a routine to help with that. Walking Penny daily helps me keep to this, while I am not in a position to commit to having my own doggy at the moment I just absolutely love spending my free time with dogs and animals! We have recently relocated to Arrochar for my partners job. Most of the dogs and animals we care for are in Helensburgh and the surrounding areas but we are happy to go further afield if the availability allows. My boyfriend’s mum and dad are dog lovers just like us and welcome all the doggies to their home, they have a fenced garden which your doggo would be perfectly safe in. I do have 2 minilop bunnies however they are kept in a fenced off area so can be kept completely separate from your doggy if they’re not too keen on them! We more than happy for your dog to make themselves at home in our home - if they normally sleep in the bed with you, I’m happy for them to sleep in my bed too! I like to think of my home as a chilled environment that your doggy would be spoiled in! While we cannot commit to boarding at home at the moment we hope it will be available again very soon! We are happy to stay in your doggies home and own environment at the moment tho

Trevor B.
“Trevor has cared for my two dogs when I am out of town for the past year and a half. He stays at my home and takes great care of them. I know this because whenever he comes to my house my dogs are over the moon with joy! They get lots of love, scratches and walks. One of my dogs is on medications twice daily and has special food instructions and he follows the instructions to the letter. I trust very few people to take care of my home and my dogs and he is one of the few. He even takes out my rubbish, gathers my mail and leaves my home tidy. Highly recommend him!”

Rachel P.
“Rachel love hiking and generally being out doors be that with a cup of tea at her van or up and down a mountain so she can handle energetic dogs and bed potatoes. She has two dogs of her own one older and a little firecracker of a pup back home.”

Thomas D.
“Tom has looked after my two dogs on numerous occasions. They always have a wonderful holiday and Tom keeps me updated with their adventures! I always trust him to look after them and he does an excellent job - even when he has to make room in his freezer for their raw food diet!”

Chloe S.
“Chloe looked after my dog Holly many times and I have always been comfortable leaving her with her. Holly never settled easily with people however she always seemed happy to be with Chloe. I would get photos sent to me of her out on walks or chilling at home which put me at ease knowing she was settled and happy. Chloe is such a caring and lovely person which I feel pets can sense, I would definitely recommend her. Unfortunately Holly is no longer with us but when I get another dog in the future I will definitely be asking Chloe to look after her.”
