About: I have an innate love for animals of all kinds so my motivation to give them the best care is always there. I’m new to Rover but I have always had pets in my life to care for since childhood. (Years of experience include this.) I understand no 2 animals are the same and have individual wants and needs. I’m always learning what different signs and behaviors mean and how to approach them. I have experience with puppies, kittens, and seniors. I am willing to learn how to care for your pets specific needs or disabilities. I can help encourage good habits and basic training you want your pet to maintain with patience and persistence. Ultimately, I can show your pet the love they need in your absence. I want to be there for your pets when you can’t. I set my own schedule for my part time jobs so feel free to ask anytime if I’m available. I know how important it is for surroundings to be checked and adjusted to each pets needs. Their safety and quality of life are important to me. You can trust I will always do my best to ensure there’s a safe environment for your pet before heading out. If any concerns come up during a visit you can trust I will contact you to find the best adjustment I can make for your buddies. I will always keep yours and your pets info private and will never share it with anyone without permission. I am an honest person and put an effort into putting others’ interests first.

About: Ive been pet sitting since I was 14 years old. I’m always happy to be around dogs. Especially pit bulls, blue and red healers, and mix breeds! I’m currently looking for work, so I have lots of free time to play with pets. I love to interact with animals. My cats can confirm this. I am very play oriented, so your pups won’t be bored. Cats are naturally attracted to my personality. I will provide your pets with unconditional love as if they are my own.

About: Hey everyone! I'm back after taking some time off and super excited to meet all of you! Sense I am unable to foster or adopt another dog, seeing as I have 1 already, I thought this was the next best thing. I've had pets since I was in the womb and they are my life. I work from home, so I can spend plenty of time loving on your babies! I have grown up with big and little dogs, so I have no preference. I can't wait to meet you all! I work from home so I'm just looking to add some more activities to get out and smell the fresh air and meet some new fur babies!! My work is flexible, so I'm available mostly according to your schedule! A typical visit with me includes meeting before the initial start of the job so we can get acquaintanted, and you can introduce your babies and give me a run down on how you like things done! Typically, I feed them and give them fresh water, then take them for a good walk and when we come back I like to get a little play time in. If feeding isn't involved, we just go out and play for a bit!

Kamryn walked our dog regularly while we were in town visiting family. She was fantastic! Our pup, a boisterous, 68lbs, 11mo old pittie, can be a handful but she could not have been sweeter. And he *loved* her, getting so excited whenever she arrived for their walks. She was communicative and flexible, and I would highly recommend Kamryn for any of your dog needs!

About: I've taken care of dogs of all kinds, from as big as Great Danes to as small as Chihuahuas. I'll make sure your dogs are healthy and happy. I am taking online summer classes at The University of Texas at Tyler so I have a lot of flexibility throughout the day for your pets. My Dutch shepherd is very low energy. He gets let out to go to the bathroom every couple of hours and gets fed twice a day.

About: UPDATED 3/22/2026 I have house sat and taken care of dogs for neighbors and family friends since around the age of 15. Please note I can only accommodate pets who can be left alone for at least 5 hours. I am a counselor in private practice, and I love animals! This is how I get my fix since I can’t have my own pets right now! In my setting, I don’t work more than 25 hours a week, so I am very flexible. I will not be available to board pets at any time because I am living in an apartment that does not allow pets. I am looking to come to the pet's house to work and love on them!

About: About My Services: I have cared for a number of pets, including temporary foster care of a disabled 10 month old puppy. I am apt at administering medication to dogs and cats alike. I am home most of the time, and when I am not home my spouse of 5 years will be. He is also a pet care taker on this site and has years of pet caring experience in his belt. We live in a gated apartment complex with a large fenced yard behind it where we take our dog to play fetch and stretch his legs. He is a very high energy dog so we frequent this patch of grass! We also enjoy going for walks at the parks in Tyler and hiking in Tyler state park. Our apartment is a decent sized two bedroom apartment, half of which is designated for pet care specifically. (A whole bathroom for bathing your dog!) We live next to UTTyler campus and enjoy exploring their nature walk and the surrounding neighborhoods. I am happy to help you train your pet with potty training, leash training, and learning new tricks. My rule is, positive reinforcement yields the best results when it comes to puppy training, and establishing a great trusting relationship can go a long way with simple commands like “sit”. About Me: Born a country girl, I have a childhood background of caring for a variety of pets. As a kid my parents had chickens, 6 horses, inside cats, and a few country dogs. We cared for the animals as a family and I grew to love the outdoors. My boyfriend and I , 20 & 22, care for our cats and dog. We love spoiling them by buying them plenty of treats and toys for entertainment - I highly recommend bark box for dog owners. Our favorite weekend activity is taking our 1 year old puppy hiking at Tyler state park. He loves kayaking as well! I pet sit for my mom on occasion, driving to her house to check on her dog, cats, and guinea pigs when she goes on work vacations. I also pet sat for my neighbor for week long periods of time when I was young. As your pet’s babysitter I can promise a healthy good time with plenty of exercise, and if you approve, my puppy as a playmate for your babies! You can meet him and my cats in my pets section on my page! I am happy to schedule meet and greets before any pet care is scheduled to ensure the comfort and safety of your dog in my care. In addition to all listed abilities I am very technologically adept and will happily send you cute photos of your pets all day long as they run and play, ensuring your peace of mind while they’re away.

About: I've had a love for animals since I was little. I will treat your pets as if they were my own, and nothing less. I enjoy being with animals and taking care of them. I go to school and work part time, so my schedule is kind of packed, however I am always open to drop in visits and taking care of them during the weekends I have 2 dogs and a cat myself, so I have experience taking care of pets and keeping them safe. However, I will make sure to always go with what you are comfortable with.

About: I’ve taken care of both cats and dogs growing up. I have pets of my own I love and care for, but I absolutely adore meeting a new face and a new personality! My boss and her peers have relied on me before to house sit for them while they are away or even just to stop by and let them out on a treat and potty break while they’re off running errands or working. I have a pretty open schedule as I am a Licensed Esthetician I am able to adjust my schedule accordingly most times. That being said as a young Esthetician I do have set hours on somedays. Which are usually: Mondays, Tuesdays, and sometimes Saturdays. 8am-10pm If you have any questions about my schedule don’t be afraid to ask. There sometimes is room for adjustments on those days as well. I have a fenced backyard your fur baby can enjoy with many trees for shade in this hot weather! Almost any accommodations can be made if needed.

Hannah is without a doubt my favorite choice for when I am out of town. I have two dogs, one of which is a large puppy who is easily excitable, and she does so well with them both! I feel more than comfortable having my dogs in her care and having her come in and out of my home.

About: I have experience with dogs and cats of all types (besides wolves and wildcats of course). My favorite part of pet sitting is getting to know the personalities of new animals! Spending time with God’s creations are such a great use of time, I think. To be honest, I even love bugs and rodents 😋. Most of my experience comes from caring for my own animals and those of my friends and family. I have a few years of experience taking care of unique clients and their homes/pets. I like to emphasize my desire to own a large plot of land so I can run a rescue mission! Not only that, my dream career is to own a coffee shop/community hub that also acts as a pet adoption center. Thanks for reading to get to know me! I look forward to meeting your fur babies!

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
