We now have two pomeranian/ chihuahua mixes. One is about half way through his training to be a service dog and hopefully a therapy dog. He loves learning and putting that work vest on. While I know they are laid back and are happy with an empty litter box and a full food bowl, they like getting the extra love and attention to. While in my care, they would be treated like one of the family. I currently work part-time from home. I would be available to help your four legged family member before 7am and after 12 noon. The only other thing that keeps me busy is the training with Rupert, and playing and snuggling with Mabel, but it's flexible. I am asking to care for smaller dogs only because of some medical restrictions. With a small dog I will have no problem walking them, cleaning up after them, and crating if needed. But most of all I will be able to play with them to help burn off energy.
