“GeorgiAnna was professional, kind, and helpful from the start. As the owner of a pet with special needs, she understood and honored my need for "get to know you" visits and extra attention to details. My cats immediately took to her and received excellent care. I came home to happy, calm, well cared for pets and my home was also tidy the way I left it. GeorgiAnna will definitely be my "go to" pet sitter.”

“Nicole helped us out with an unexpected last minute trip and took great care of our boy. She went above and beyond in some awful weather too! 100% would recommend her anytime.”

“Jose did an amazing job with Marley! I was able to leave an entire week without having to worry once. Was always on time and walked my dog to the park every time. Marley loved Jose, so much so Marley was playing fetch with sticks which I’ve never seen him do! Jose also took amazing pictures at every check in”

“Katrina is a mature, responsible person who quickly earned our trust. Leaving our fur babies in the care of someone else is no small decision. We feel totally confident in her sensitivity to our older dog and our new rescue dog who is still adjusting. Highly recommend!”

“I highly recommend Debra. She watched my cats and when I came home everything was cleaned up and didn’t look like I had even been away. She even cleaned up poop on my kitchen floor. I have had other sitters that leave dirty forks and just a mess when I get home. Debra made coming home very peaceful. She even made friends with my mean feral cat who doesn’t like anyone. I have total peace of mind when I’m away when I know Debra is looking after my cats.”

“This is our 4th booking with Larissa for our shy cats, and we’re so lucky to have her again. She gives them loving, attentive care and always communicates thoughtfully :)”

About: Hi there! I'm a 34-year-old professional living in Red Hook. While I have not yet adopted a dog of my own, I have house-sat, walked dogs for over 50 miles through apps like Rover, and cared for the dogs of my friends. My clients consistently rate me "Extra Caring" and going "Above and Beyond". ♻️ I use compostable waste bags that are environmentally friendly ❇️ I place an AirTag on the collars of dogs for the duration of walks for added safety 💚 I provide lots of care and affection for your furry family members --- I work from home, which makes it easy for me to pet sit. I joined Rover because I'm not at a place in my life where I'm ready to adopt my own cat or dog. So instead I’m happy to give love and care to yours! I have worked for 3 years in customer support so I know how to deliver exceptional service with professional communication. Every time I've met a client through Rover I'm continually amazed by how each person is someone I want to be friends with. Dog and cat owners here on Rover are some of the friendliest people I've met. Which is why I look forward to meeting you and your furry family member soon; especially dogs whose breeds rhyme with "boudin' beaver" and "musky", not that I'm playing favorites! I currently have availability on weekends from Friday evening to Sunday evening. I am available for drop-ins, walks, and house stays in the Albany area. I am a quiet and respectful person. I am happy to take care of your dog or cat in your home with any instructions you provide. I have previously house sat for friends who had two adult huskies and we all had a great time together.

“Evelyn was fantastic! At the meet and greet she showed up with pen and paper taking notes to make sure she didn’t miss anything important, which I loved since my dogs have a lot of instructions. She came on a walk with us on their regular route to see how they act and what they’re used to. I am very pleased to continue working with Evelyn in the future!”

“Kaelin made time to meet us and my Loki before starting drop ins. She was delightful and I (and my pup) felt very comfortable with her immediately. Although the weather was sleeting rain, she played frisbee with my high energy border collie for the majority of her time with him each day and left lovely little check in messages and photos.”

About: I have 2 dogs at home back in Austin, one since late 2012, the other since early 2016. I've always gotten along well with dogs. I've found that most of them are very perceptive to who dog people are and they basically always recognize that in me. My dogs back in Austin helped me get through the day. Other than going to school at Hudson Valley Community College, there hopefully shouldn't be any scheduling conflicts. I try to make sure my dogs get enough attention, and usually we can count on each other for emotional support when they wouldn't prefer to spend time with the other members of my family.

“This was our first time working with Emily and her husband and they did a great job caring for our cat Ronnie. They were very communicative and responsive to any concerns that came up, and were able to pick up an additional visit last-minute when we got stuck out of town for an extra day. It makes a big difference knowing our cat is in good hands when we are far away, thank you so much!!”

“Kendra sent pictures everyday of my two cats and updated me everyday I highly recommend her she is very sweet! Came home to my cats well taken care of and she also fed my fish!”

Grace E.

“Grace is a wonderful pet sitter that is reliable and trustworthy. Would definitely book again!”

Katrina M.
“I've known her all her life and and outside of her beautiful daughter, her most important, she is just as loving, caring, and devoted to her animals. We have a pet bird that got injured and thanks to her she nursed her back to health. Her love and devotion to all animals is truly amazing. She would be the first person on my list to call if I need help or to pet sit for our animals. I highly recommend her for anything related to animals.”

Nina J.
“I’ve known Nina for well over a decade and seen her with several dogs she has owned and cared for. I have entrusted my cats to her many times while I have been away and she has always been wonderful with them - they are very shy and skittish and she was patient and kind with them and was even able to coax them out to play! She is experienced, caring, and responsible with pets and especially loves dogs — and dogs love Nina! I have no hesitation recommending Nina to care for your pets — they will be lucky to spend time with her!”

Katherine B.
“Katherine watched my 80 lbs pit bull, as well as my parents 80 lbs plot hound and 10 lbs toy Australian Shepherd. She was amazing! The toy Aussie is very picky about who she lets get close to her and she warmed up to Kat immediately. She sent a ton of pictures to us and gave them plenty of love. The pit bill needed medication and she made sure to give her exactly what she needed and when. Super polite and very timely. I would 100% recommend her!!!”
