About: I’ve had a dog since a child, but about 5 years ago I began volunteering taking care of puppies at a local rescue in Nashville. From there, I adopted my first dog Carmelo, who I had for two years before epilepsy unfortunately shortened his life. After I healed, I began fostering dogs of all ages, mostly older just due to the need being higher. I found I have such a strong love for dogs that most don’t even reach. I wanted to be able to love old dogs who needed homes in their last days so I adopted Peppa who stayed with me until cancer won the fight. I house/dog sit regularly for a few people and love to help out when pet parents are away.
