“Tiffany was amazing! Less than 8 hours before our flight departed we went to drop our Goose off and the other sitter had another dog she was watching that had attacked goose and neither her or us felt safe with goose staying there for the safety of all the dogs. Tiffany was amazing and within 5 minutes responded that she would be able to help us out and she was amazing. Got adorable pictures daily and she took such good care of him including baths after some play in the mud! If you need a sitter you won’t find a better one!”

“We appreciated Barbara so much for taking of our sweet Khia! She sent pictures and daily updates during her stay. We felt Khia did well with her and we would book her services again!”

“We love leaving our baby with Layne, because we know he will have a great time! When we pick him up, I think he's more sad to leave her than happy to come home to us! :) It's such a great feeling to know that he's safe and comfortable while we are away. Thank God for Layne and her Family!”

“Sandra has taken care of AJ several times and always does such a great job. She is great at communication and sharing how he is doing. AJ seems happy whenever we pick him up. Thank you.”

“Harriet was the absolute best. Communicative, caring, responsive, mindful, and just went absolutely above and beyond when taking care of Gnocchi, which is every pet parent’s dream! Highly highly recommend her for any dog sitting needed”

“Lark sent us several pics of our dog while we were gone, which was great. She made sure he was settled in before leaving him alone inside with the other dogs. Being Thanksgiving week (or maybe this is normal), there were different dogs coming and going. Busy place, but well set up for dogs. 🧡 Easy to connect with if we had a question.”

“Jocelyn took great care of my Winston! It seemed like he had a blast over there. She kept me updated with pictures. Great communication, rates and availability. I will definitely book with her again! :)”

“I had to leave my 5 months old dog for a week and very hesitant until I met Laura. We were able to have peaceful vacation knowing that Cookie is on good hands. I am so glad that I found a lovely family on Rover and would be able to plan for any vacation without worrying about Cookie.”

Jasmine took amazing care of my boy! 🩷 She sent me updates and photos and was super accommodating when I had a last minute change of plans. Her home is very nice and I felt safe leaving my husky there even though he is an absolute escape artist. Would absolutely recommend her one hundred percent!!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
