“We can’t say enough about Savannah. She was an absolute godsend for our family. After driving for almost 8 hours and arriving at our hotel at 9 PM on a Friday evening, we found out that their pet friendly policy only applied to dogs. That was a major issue for us since we had brought our dog and our cat with us, sending us into an absolute panic. We sent a message to Savannah and not only did she respond immediately, but she brought us out of our panic by telling us to head right over with our sweet girl. During her time watching our Kitterz, she sent us pictures and updates daily, which let us know we left her in good hands. Going above and beyond, she invited us to visit during our vacation since she knew we were missing our girl. We wish there were more than 5 stars to rate her because she was incredible!”
“Ms. Crystal was so kind, loving and patient with our tiny 3 month old Teddy! Puppies require a lot of love and attention as they are like sponges soaking everything in at a fast pace. They are also a lot more work than a trained adult dog. Ms. Crystal treated Teddy like her very own “grand dog”. She sent pictures and videos throughout the weekend to give us a glimpse of their day and to reassure us he was doing very well. I’m a meticulous person and she followed all of teddy’s care instructions. She even provided us with tips as new puppy parents. He was calm and relaxed when we picked him up and Ms Crystal even gave him a new toy that he loves! We are so happy we found her! We look forward to booking her first years to come!”

Not only did Maggie respond quickly and communicate easily, but she was also incredibly accommodating when I needed to modify my drop-off date due to inclement weather. Because we were from out of town, we did not have the opportunity to do a meet-and-greet prior to drop-off. Any worries I may have had about leaving my beloved pups with a stranger completely vanished once I met Maggie. She is warm, personable, kind, and knowledgeable about dogs and dog care.
