“This was Kai's second stay with Teona and Lou. I was very impressed with the love and care my pup received. They opened the door and their hearts to my baby. Teona is very professional and thoughtful. She sent us pictures, videos, and messages every day. It is a pleasure to hear that your puppy is well and happy. Kai played in their yard every day and Teona also took her for a walk. She took care to feed her properly and gave her massages. Kai had a spa treatment for two weeks. I am very impressed with their professional and care. I already booked another stay with them.”

Not only did Maggie respond quickly and communicate easily, but she was also incredibly accommodating when I needed to modify my drop-off date due to inclement weather. Because we were from out of town, we did not have the opportunity to do a meet-and-greet prior to drop-off. Any worries I may have had about leaving my beloved pups with a stranger completely vanished once I met Maggie. She is warm, personable, kind, and knowledgeable about dogs and dog care. “Dickson and Mily were great with my babies. I was nervous about leaving them with a bigger dog but they assured me that they knew their dog and that they'd all be playing in no time. Sure enough, after about an hour I was sent a video of my dogs getting along with theirs. The entire time I was gone I got many updates, videos and pictures; it looked like my dogs were on vacation! Dickson and Mily really love dogs and treated my dogs like family. They also picked them up and dropped them off which made my busy life so much easier!”
