“We can’t say enough about Savannah. She was an absolute godsend for our family. After driving for almost 8 hours and arriving at our hotel at 9 PM on a Friday evening, we found out that their pet friendly policy only applied to dogs. That was a major issue for us since we had brought our dog and our cat with us, sending us into an absolute panic. We sent a message to Savannah and not only did she respond immediately, but she brought us out of our panic by telling us to head right over with our sweet girl. During her time watching our Kitterz, she sent us pictures and updates daily, which let us know we left her in good hands. She asked all kinds of follow up questions to make sure kitty would be as comfortable as possible in his home away from home.
