About: I have over twenty years experience caring for not only dogs: but also speciality animals such as horses and reptiles. I have a vet assisting degree, and security experience. I am familiar with licensing and bonding, animal behavior and various medications - including but not limited to insulin injections, and I am licensed with the state of IL to practice security. Not only am I reliable, but I am an experieneced and safe option while you’re away. I live on a five acre farm with horses, cats, dogs, and other various animals. I believe animals are family. I have a section of the house for cats, and one for dogs. The cats have access to the dog room, but can easily be cut off from entrance. My home, and habits, are very safe and organized. Please take special note that when booking for you animal companions to stay at our home, we are not a boarding center, we are a personal home setting. In order to ensure the best success with this arrangement, a visit to your home where your dog is comfortable and not stressed is required before visiting our place of residence. About: I may be young, but I've had multiple animals in my life already: 3 cats, a handful of dogs, some fish, and even a horse. I also did rescue for 5 years, being a foster family for numerous cats working with my local animal shelter. I also dog-sit for family and friends. About: Have raised up our family dog for 8 years since his puppy. Can handle bigger dogs (german shepard, huskys). Have delt with hyperactive/ seperation anxiety dogs that require more attention and specific care, feeding. I am currently doing studies on the side. I have full time availability. Willing to be at your home/with your pet as earlt as 6am, and stay as late needed. Giving my dog attention whether its on a walk or playing tug of war it is always important to be around him when possible. Mental stimulation to stay sharp means using snuffle rugs, treat dispensers, hand feeding meals while reinforcing manners and obedience. My kids have a schedule and boundaries as do the animals giving everyone peace of mind.

She fed him promptly and kept his water dish full and litter box clean. After Rufus had to have an emergency surgery, she aided me in watching after him while I was at work. I had been worried about him moving around too much and ripping his stitches out when I wasn't there to stop him. But my fears were calmed with her watching after him diligently and updating me when necessary or asking clarifying questions. “You would be lucky if you could get Korinna to take care of your most special friend. I am forever, grateful to her as she was the breeder of one of the best friends (Mae) I’ve ever had. I learned how much she cared about these animals going through the process of qualifying to own one of her dogs. Mae is now 2 1/2 years old and Korinna and I still text back-and-forth sharing pictures and stories about Mae and her litter-mates. Last year I was in a jam as our regular vacation, dog watcher, my parents, we’re out of town and I called Korinna to see if she would think about taking May for five days. Korinna has a ton of experience caring for these animals, has a very close relationship with a local veterinary clinic, has a fantastic yard and home to houses and support them, and a ton of love to give. Like I said to begin with, you would be lucky if she has room for your four-legged friend!”
