“I had a great experience with Chelsea. She has excellent communication and kept me updated regularly with messages and pictures. It gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing my dog was in good hands. Highly recommend!”

“Robert was great with my dogs. They had a nice place to sleep and play. I think they thought they were on vacation. He was very thoughtful about making the dogs feel at home. Will definitely bring them back again!”

“Paula is friendly and so knowledgeable. Her dogs were great playmates for my dog, so I got a happy, tired out pup when I came for pick up. Paula was flexible with me on drop off and pick up times due to icy roads - I really appreciated her kind demeanor and quick communication.”

“They were perfect! John sent me pictures and videos every day. When I went to pick Chloe up, I saw John and Chloe walking and Chloe looked so happy while making eye contact with John.”

“Brittany and her husband were amazing. They made our pup, Alaska, super comfortable from the initial meet and greet and let her roam around their house. You can tell how much they love dogs and they treated her like their own. Alaska has a ton of energy and they kept her busy with lots of playtime and walks and they even did some training. She’s very observant of all of Alaska’s habits and asked really great question to really establish the best stay for Alaska. Brittany stayed in contact and sent photos and videos throughout Alaska’s stay which made me feel super assured that my pup was not only safe, but legitimately having the time of her life. I highly recommend her and will definitely book with her again.”

“Lilly seemed to have a great time. She was in great spirits when we picked her up, and was obviously tired that night from all the attention she received from Kim and her family.”

“Katie was amazing!!!!! This was Presto’s first overnight stay away from home and Katie ensured he had everything he needed to ensure his comfort! Presto was also staying with Katie while recovering from his neuter and Katie ensured his meds were taken on time and acted quickly amid any hiccups along the way! Not the mention the over communication and photos while I was away!!! Definitely book Katie to care for your fur-babies!!!”

“This was Henry’s third stay with Ron and Henry was clearly happy to see him when we dropped him off. As always, when we picked him up he seemed happy and was obviously well cared for. Ron has a great, calm demeanor that makes Henry comfortable immediately. So glad to have a sitter we can trust!”
“Daniel was a knight in shining armor for our family. Our original sitter had a family emergency and we had a flight to catch. Daniel was accommodating and made my pup feel at home with lots of walks and belly rubs. Daniel and his family will definitely be our go to for pet sitting!”

“Gloria was AMAZING! My pup can take a little bit of time to warm up to people, but right away she loved Gloria’s energy and so did I. Gloria is knowledgeable and confident in her care for animals and does a wonderful job at providing a welcoming and calm space. I’m already planning more trips and feel so relieved knowing I have someone who will take such good care of my pup while I’m away.”

“Brandi was amazing! Our dogs stayed with her for a week and were very well taken care of. She kept us updated with pictures and a check in each day. In every picture, our dogs looked so happy! Brandi handled our dog’s medication and their little quirks with ease. Drop off and pick up were easy. She really went above and beyond!”

“Chewbacca (Chewy) had a wonderful stay with Josh and Leah. We recieved pictures often and updates on how he was doing. He was well taken care of as if he was a member of their own family. We highly recommend Joshua and Leah for your dogs stay! We can't thank them enough for their kindness to our Chewy!”

“Lajetta was so great. She is responsive, organized and really loves dogs. She took such good care of Yuzu and was very accommodating and patient with me when I had flight delays. I would happily leave Yuzu with her and her granddaughter anytime!”

“Juan did a great job taking care of Taro. He provided regular updates (with pics!) and responded in a timely manner when I had questions. It’s not always easy leaving a pet when you take a trip, but he made sure Taro was happy and well-cared for. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a pet sitter.”

“We had an excellent experience with Lorri and would not hesitate to book with her again. From the moment we connected, she was communicative, accommodating, and genuinely caring. She took wonderful care of our dog and kept us updated throughout the stay with messages and photos, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. It was clear that our pup was comfortable, happy, and receiving lots of attention and care. We especially appreciated Lorri's flexibility with both drop-off and pick-up times, which made coordinating our travel plans so much easier. Her responsiveness and willingness to work with our schedule were truly appreciated. Our dog came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. It's obvious that Lorri treats the dogs in her care like members of her own family. We are so grateful for the loving environment she provided and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and compassionate Rover sitter. Thank you, Lorri!”

“Highly recommended — Reliable and attentive! Our dog Luna received excellent care, plenty of exercise, and thoughtful updates throughout the stay. Luna looked happy each and every day we were away. Thanks Melani for your excellent care!”

“Allison was really easy to work with. Her and her family took good care of my dog and responded timely with updates when I checked in. I would gladly work with her again in the future.”

“Lea was awesome! Our little Ruby is very high energy and Lea did an amazing job making her feel at home! I got pictures and updates throughout the stay! We will for sure be contacting Lea again!”

About: I was born into a family of German Shepherd lovers, and grew up primarily taking care of our German Shepherds until about 10 years old when we also adopted cats and labradors. Once I graduated college, I adopted an 8 week old Alaskan malamute, who I cared for his entire 11 years of life until he passed just recently in January. I am not ready to adopt again, but am missing the presence of dogs in my life and looking to fill that space by helping friends, family, neighbors and members of the community with their dog care needs. I am experienced with puppies, high maintenance animals, and especially with large breeds (my boy was 150lbs at a healthy weight and required at least 5 miles of exercise a day). I am kind, caring, uniquely experienced, energetic and reliable. Due to my experience, I know all too well what it feels like to have to find reliable, safe, trusted care for a large, high maintenance, and/or misunderstood breed - I know that I can definitely offer that unique service in this arena. I currently am taking a break from my career as an executive assistant. I am extremely active during the week, and have plenty of free time in general. I am respectful to how you’d like your dog to be taken care of in your home and out and about. No matter what the need, I am able to discuss, negotiate and accommodate. Though all are welcome - due to my experience, my niche has become working with and caring for large, high maintenance, and/or misunderstood breeds.

About: I’ve cared for cats of all kinds, including seniors, rescues, and cats with strong personalities. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, litter box cleaning, giving medications when needed, and creating a calm environment. I know how to read cat behavior and adjust my approach based on what each cat needs, whether it’s play, space, or quiet companionship. I take my time earning their trust and always prioritize their comfort and safety.
“Christina is everything you could hope for in a pet sitter and then some! My partner and I were gone for two weeks, and during that time Christina sent many updates and pictures of our cat Luna. She went above and beyond by sweeping up litter dust, watering our plants, taking out trash, and even threw away some old bouquets of flowers we had forgotten to take care of. When we got home, Luna was happy to see us, and it was clear she had been properly loved while we were gone. Christina is the BEST, and we will definitely bring her back to watch Lu the next time we’re on vacation. 10 out of 5 stars!”

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since elementary school. Training horses and dogs has been my passion. Understanding dogs instincts and pack language helps me better serve their unique needs and personalities. My 35 years of animal care encompasses dog sitting, training, flying cross country on cabin with pup, breeding, and rearing physically and emotionally solid pups. I’ve ventured with my 4-legged buddies on hikes, walks, beach trips, long car drives, hotel stays, retirement homes, schools, river floats, horse rides, ranch work, and river walks. Living in the beautiful PNW there’s always fun to have with our pooches! I’m a work at home mom with four children and a beautiful tribe of animal, loving people. Kids and animals have routines to thrive. There’s always someone home to be with the dogs so no fur babe left behind on our watch. We go places the dogs can ride with us. Exploring the logging roads and nature walks are everyone’s favorite. Fenced yard and doggo doors allow for in and out as they please while at home. Routine starts with breakfast. Then it’s playtime with the kids while farm chores take place. If your dog eats 3x a day we’ll do lunch, more playtime, rest time since this is equally as important. Mental stimulation to stay sharp means using snuffle rugs, treat dispensers, hand feeding meals while reinforcing manners and obedience. My kids have a schedule and boundaries as do the animals giving everyone peace of mind.

I can accommodate any special requests and routines you may have. I understand that your dog is a part of your family. So I will do everything I can for you to feel comfortable leaving them in our care.

“I used Rover for the first time this week for my 5 month year old puppy and Irene was amazing. Extremely flexible with pick up/drop off. She has a great backyard, so my pup came home nice and tired from a good day of play. She was so great that I booked again and plan to have her as my “go-to” for doggy daycare! Highly recommend!”

I incorporate basic manners and calm behavior into daily care so they’re not just being watched—they’re learning. I have a young child in the home, so I need to know ahead of time if a pet is sensitive or reactive around children. Requirements: Up-to-date on vaccinations (including rabies) No intact dogs over 2 years old Must be safe to handle in a home environment I also use long leads when appropriate to safely allow freedom while maintaining control, which is helpful for recall and behavior work.
About: I grew up raising my two dogs, Nike and Sparky, since they were babies. Nike is a dachshund and Sparky is a little chunky chihuahua. They are both 11 years old. I also babysit my friend’s frenchie, Appa, when they go out of town. I currently work full-time, and am free in the evenings. I am also free during the weekends. I am pretty active and love to go on hikes and runs. I am a super outdoorsy person but can also be a couch potato. Although I don’t have a yard, I live in a super pet friendly neighborhood. I also currently don’t have pets and live in a calm friendly neighborhood.

“Hayley and Graham took good care of our girl (A Anja German Shepherd). They had patience with her picky eatting, and tried various things to encourage her to eat. I really appreciated that, especially because this was her first time away from "mom & dad" Daily photos showed she was at ease. Thankyou again.”
