About: What truly sets me apart is my genuine passion for dogs. It's more than just a job for me; it's about creating a safe, fun, and loving environment where your dog feels like they're on vacation too. I also prioritize clear and constant communication. You'll receive regular updates, photos, and videos of your furry friend, so you can relax knowing they're in good hands and having a blast. My background in animal behavior gives me a unique edge. I understand canine body language and can quickly adapt to each dog's individual needs, ensuring they feel comfortable and secure during their stay. I have had many pets over the years so I understand the need to make sure that my pup is in good hands. I’ve worked at a doggy daycare for 4 years and I currently work at a veterinary clinic, so if any pup needs meds I am confident in my ability to administer them. I currently work part-time during the week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and I am a full time college student. I will be able to stop by before and after classes to check on your furry companion! When caring for pets in their home, I start by following their usual routines for feeding, walks, and playtime to minimize stress. I pay close attention to any signs of discomfort or illness, and know the location of their vet and emergency contacts. Also, I maintain the cleanliness of their space by cleaning up after them and keeping their areas tidy.

“Shannon is attentive to your pet as if they are her own. She was a very sweet down to earth girl I felt comfortable leaving my fur baby with. Her visits are well documented with cute pics and detailed information about the visit. Her comfortability level with the bully breed was a huge plus! I highly recommend Shannon's services. Feel safe and confident choosing her to care for your pets.”

About: Caring for animals isn’t just a side job, it’s something I’ve grown up with. I’ve had pets all my life, so I understand the patience, consistency, and love they need. Whether it’s daily walks, keeping them company, or just making sure they feel safe and happy, I treat every pet like they’re my own. Right now I’m doing online school, which gives me plenty of flexibility in my schedule. Since I’m home most of the day, I have lots of time to dedicate to walks, visits, and giving pets the attention they need. In my home, your pet will have plenty of company and playtime with my three friendly dogs. They’re very social and love having new friends around, so your pet will never feel lonely. I make sure they have a safe, comfortable space, and I keep up with feeding, walks, and lots of affection. In a client’s home, I follow their usual routines so their pet feels comfortable and cared for, just like they would with you.

About: I’m life long animal lover who has grown up around a large variety of breed, age, and different temperaments. My experience has given me a strong understanding of pet care and behavior. I especially enjoy caring for active dogs who love playtime, walks, and staying busy! I’m confident handling special feeding routines and love providing care that’s tailored to each pet’s unique needs. Whether it’s a high-energy pup or a senior dog who needs a little extra patience, I treat every pet like family! I’m currently available for daily drop-in needs (such as feeding, playtime, and restroom breaks etc). I should soon be expanding into bordering options as well! I have two active and very socialized large breed dogs of my own. Every pet will be treated with the same love and respect I’d hope my own babies would receive in someone else’s care!

About: I have always had all kinds of pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My experience in Pet Care is from having my own pets and caring for family, friends and volunteering over the years. I currently have a 12 year old chihuahua (Roxy), a 2 year old American Staffordshire Terrier (Axel) and a 12 year old bearded dragon (Mr Bubbles) and an aquatic turtle (Howard). They definitely make my days more interesting! I would love to help care for your own fur or non fur family members as well! Caution: may cause excessive tail wagging! 🐾 I’m new to the area and looking to make some extra money. I want to work with Rover and you because I love pets and also like the flexibility of meeting different animals and being outside with them. Follow exact instructions you give on how your pet is accustomed to being taken care of and loved! Of schedules are key, consider it done.

About: I currently own my own photography business, which allows me to have very flexible daytime hours to give your pet the attention, fun, and exercise he/she needs while you're away! Aside from that, I have a 60lb American Staffordshire Terrier mix named Georgia, who I rescued when I was in college, a 45lb 8 month old puppy (breed unknown), and an 8 week old pitsky puppy. I've grown up with dogs from the time I was born. I've had experience with all breeds, from 10lb Shih Tzu's to 130lb Neapolitan Mastiff to all size cats. I have no issue walking strong dogs, in fact it's quite easy for me. I have experience with basic pet first aid and I have no trouble administering any kind of medication your pet requires. I currently make my own schedule, so I’m very flexible whenever your pets need to be walked. I’m more than happy to do drop ins or just walks! I have plenty of experience staying in homes to pet sit. I can crate dogs if needed, but i personally allow my pets to roam free so I’m more than comfortable with that as well.

And I’ve seen this with other people’s pets as well. She’s worked in many different animal environments throughout her life, such as interning at a zoo and animal hospitals and veterinary clinics. Jill has a lot of experience and really knows how to take care of them. See if you can get her to take a picture, too. She’s a pretty darn good animal photographer!”

Tori M.
“I believe that Tori Massingill is a great choice for a dog walker an/or caretaker. I wouldn’t trust my animal with any other person.”

Ellen W.
