Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Okatie
Madison was amazing with our two cats who are not the easiest in the world! She kept us updated throughout our trip and even knew to place lilies we had received from a friend in a separate closed room so the cats couldn't get to them as they're poisonous. That was truly a life saver for us. She is really knowledgeable about animal care and very loving with them! Highly recommend her for pet sitting services.

Debi G did a great job watching over our 2 fur babies. Blu and Bella felt very comfortable coming out to greet Debi, which Blu doesn’t do for most people, but Bella will. They could tell Debi really cared about them 😻🐾😻 We really appreciate the extra mile Debi does with photos and updates which gives us comfort that our precious fur babies are well taken care of. Thank you Debi

Will absolutely use Charlotte's services again. Accepted booking on short notice, was extraordinarily responsive throughout the process and genuinely cared about my feline family members. Now feel like I can vacation in the future without worrying about Thumper and Larry,
Sarah is the best! We trust her completely with our Kitties and our home. She is very reliable and will communicate with you as much as you like. It's a good feeling to travel and know that your babies are are safe and being well taken care of. Our eldest cat needs medicine twice a day, so it's great to have someone that is competent and truly cares. Thank you, Sarah!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy.
