About: Love animals and I will keep them very safe and make sure nothing happens to them. I am very responsible and know a lot about animal care due to my 4 years studies in high school in veterinary major and volunteered at a vet clinic with 177 hours. I have also pet sit a house with 4 cats and 2 dogs. I am free anytime in the week just let me know in advance and I’ll let you know. My schedule is pretty flexible and I can manage to fit your fur babies into it! I care animals by making sure they have the right amount of food not too much not to little and playing with them so they get some activity and playtime. If it is a dog I will take them out to walk as many times as requested. I am very responsible when it comes to animals. For cats I always make sure to never let them be able to even try to go outside if they are an only indoor cat.

My home is a 3 level townhouse with security gates at each level and a screened in patio and balcony. My community is very pet friendly with plenty of pet designated areas close by and a dog park less than two miles away. I will provide picture updates and information regarding your pets directly to your mobile phone or email. My home is fitted with various gates that were meant for my son but also work well with dogs. I have two indoor cats that stay on the first floor but they have behaved great with our guest dogs. About my yard We have a small, tiled, fenced, and screened in patio in the rear of our 3 story townhouse that leads out to the large open yard. About: Caring for pets isn't new to me. I'm the go-to pet sitter for a few of my best friends whenever they travel, and I've cared for everything from energetic young dogs to senior pups who require extra patience, medications, vitamins, and special care. I know every pet thrives on consistency, so I always ask for detailed instructions about feeding schedules, walks, medications, favorite toys, sleeping habits, and any little quirks that help them feel safe and comfortable while their family is away. After more than 20 years in the corporate world, including over 13 years in Human Resources, I recently decided to take a career break and slow things down a little while I figure out what’s next. It’s given me something I haven’t had much of in my career — flexibility. My schedule is very open, which means I’m able to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets I’m caring for. I’m not rushing in and out between a full-time job or trying to squeeze pet care into an already busy schedule. I can work around their normal routines and be there for the walks, playtime, meals, medications, or simply the company they’re used to having. I’m starting locally because I’ve been caring for friends’ and family members’ pets for years and would love to continue doing something I genuinely enjoy while building my Rover experience. I’m also hoping to eventually combine pet sitting with my love of travel, so this feels like a really fun new chapter for me. If your pet has a specific schedule or needs someone who can be flexible, I’m happy to work around their routine. And if plans change or something unexpected comes up, I have the flexibility to adjust without it becoming a problem I can’t care for pets in my own home because pets aren’t allowed in my apartment, so I primarily offer care in your home. (My own pets live with my brother, so we have what you would call “joint custody” haha. I’m the auntie who visits any chance she gets and also the sitter whenever my brother is out of town.) Although I’m new to Rover, caring for pets and being responsible for someone else’s home is certainly not new to me. When I’m staying in their homes, I treat it with the same respect and care I would give my own. I’m tidy, respectful of your space, and mindful of your home and belongings. I’m also BIG on routine. Before you leave, I want/NEED to know detailed instructions on how things normally work for your pet — feeding times and portions, walks, medications or vitamins, bedtime, favorite treats, where they like to sleep, and all those little quirks that make them them. Show me their routine, and I’ll do my best to keep things as normal as possible while you’re away. Because I’m taking a career break, I have the flexibility to spend real quality time with your pets. Whether they love long walks, playtime, cuddles on the couch, or simply having someone nearby, I’m happy to keep them company throughout the day rather than just stopping in to feed them. I’ll also send regular photos and updates so you know how they’re doing and can actually enjoy your time away knowing they’re safe, comfortable, and in good hands :)

About: I have had animals in my house since I was born, with up to 13 in my house at one point. I’ve had cats, dogs, ferrets, bunnies, bearded dragons, birds, and fish. So, I’ve had a lot of experience caring for animals and i’m very open and excited to care for many others! I start nursing school in the Fall, so I will be having classes, but, I have plenty of availability to care for your animals, with night shifts, day shifts, and can be open to whatever you need. About: What sets me apart is my patience, especially with shy or nervous pets. I take things slow and let them come to me so they always feel safe and comfortable. I’ve been pet sitting for friends for the past 7 years, caring for both cats and dogs with all different personalities. I’ve loved animals since I was a kid and even went/took horseback riding lessons once a week. Since my mom was scared of dogs, I wasn’t able to have one as a child, so I poured all my love into caring for my friends pets whenever I could - playing with them, cuddling them, and giving them the attention they needed. Now I have a dog and I used to have a cat of my own, and both require daily medication, so I’m experienced with giving pets medicine safely and gently. I genuinely love creating a calm, loving environment where every pet feels understood and cared for. I work from home two days a week. My office hours are 8am-5pm. My partner also works a lot from home so your pet won’t be home alone very often. I’m available for boarding during the week (as long as your pet is used to a similar schedule) and weekends. I care for pets by creating a calm, safe, and cozy space. I have a fenced yard and a nice neighborhood for walks. My friendly dog will keep your pup company. Your fur baby is welcome on all our furniture, just like my dog. If needed, I can easily crate your pet or let them stay loose. Whatever makes them and/or you feel most comfortable.
