About: I grew up with all types of different pets in the household from dogs to guinea pigs to birds and even shrimp! So, naturally, I came to love for all animals! Loving them means to also care for them, so I had to provide care for each animal making sure they were properly fed, cleaned, and had a safe environment to sleep. “This was ourfirst experience with Rover and we could not have been more pleased with Madison! She cared for our pets as if they were her own. Prior to her visit, we had a vet emergency and explained the issue and asked her to keep an extra eye out him. Well our pet had the issue come up while away and Madison did such a great job notifying immediately and took to the vet to receive the medical attention. In addition, during her visit, she sent updates on all the other pets. I highly recommend Madison!!”

Our dog is an anxious rescue, but she is a dog whisperer and immediately put our boy at ease and he was even wanting to sleep with her night one and showing his belly which he doesn’t do unless he’s 100% comfortable. I apologized for running low on his supplies and for him being a little stinky since his bath was delayed and she didn’t even hesitate to offer to go grab what he needed and even offered to bathe him. On top of taking great care of him, she took care of us anxious dog parents and communicated every step of the way and gave lots of updates and pictures. I couldn’t recommend her enough. Will definitely be using her in the future.”

She was very thorough in her prep and we had a video consult to go over all expectations, requests, questions, etc. She was detailed and asked questions I hadn’t even thought to cover. During the pet sitting, she kept me updated at all time and provided pictures to let me know the girls were doing okay. My 15 year old cat requires multiple medications that can sometimes be difficult to administer and she was able to administer with no issues. Nothing about this was a negative experience and I would recommend her to anyone!! I will definitely be rebooking her in the future.”
