About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover who would be thrilled to care for your pets like they’re part of my own family. I’ve had dogs my entire life and have had cats for the past 7 years. My home is currently filled with 7 animals of my own—2 dogs and 5 cats! They’re definitely my favorite part of home life (other than my husband, of course lol). I regularly care for the pets of my family and friends, including my brother-in-law’s dog, who I watch very frequently, as well as my family’s 2 dogs and cat. I also occasionally care for a close friend’s dog. One of my longer pet-sitting experiences was caring for my cousin’s dog for 3 months while she recovered from a broken leg. We are an extremely pet-friendly household and genuinely love having animals around. When friends come over, we’re always telling them to bring their pets! My schedule is currently completely open, and as an at-home wife, I’m able to be home with your pets for the majority of the day most days. I’m happy to provide plenty of attention, companionship, playtime, walks, and cuddles so your pets feel comfortable and loved while you’re away. I’m comfortable caring for all kinds of animals and would love the opportunity to get to know your pets and their individual personalities and routines. I know how important it is to leave your pets with someone you trust, and I’ll treat them with the same care and attention I would want for my own. We also live right next to a park and creek, which gives us plenty of opportunities for walks and outdoor time for pets who enjoy exploring. Safety and trust are extremely important to me. I know how hard it can be to leave your pets with someone else, so I want you to feel confident that they’re being cared for, loved, and treated like family while they’re with me. I also understand that not every pet is comfortable around other animals. I’m happy to discuss your pet’s personality and needs beforehand and make sure we have a plan that keeps everyone comfortable and safe. For pets who need or are more comfortable with their own separate space, we also run available to set up kennel(s). I’m happy to accommodate individual needs and make sure every pet has a safe and comfortable environment. Safety and trust are extremely important to me.
