When we brought Bella to them for our first meet and greet, I was nervous that she would be anxious. I couldn’t have been more surprised at how wrong I was. Bella, our mini-bernadoodle, walked strait into their home like we were visiting an old friend. Their dogs greeted all of us as if we’d known one another for years and Bella instantly felt right at home. On drop off day, I was like a mom ar daycare for the first time, sad and nervous. I can do day or overnight sitting in my own apartment, I know there’s no straight access to a backyard :(( but i take my dog to the apartments dog park twice a day for 30-90mins. My apartment also has a nice big field right outside my door that i take them to go potty as many times needed! I live with my fiance and we work opposite shifts so someone is always awake! I don’t have any experience with shot medications but i sure know how to hide a pill in some chicken or cheese! We have plenty of toys to play with and my lab LOVES making new friends, he always has a ton of energy to keep your furr baby busy! If your dog needs to be crated or isn’t crate trained i can accommodate that, i have big crate here or you’re welcome to bring your own. Im available for overnight boarding/day sitting on the weekends (Fri@4:00pm - Sun@11:00pm) I work full time(M-F) 2 minutes away from my apartment and can go home on breaks. And they wouldn’t mind if i needed to leave for 10 minutes for a potty break. So if you absolutely need me to watch on a weekday i can make accommodations. My fiance will be home during the day since he works an opposite shift but probably asleep. I also have a camera in the living room. We can crate if crate trained if you feel more comfortable with that! My puppy had a bad chewing habit when he was little, so we only keep the floors clean (except for toys of course) I can easily crate your dog if needed. About: I am a stay at home homesteader that has three rescue doggos that live inside and a guardian livestock dog that spends her days taking care of the farm. We have hatched, raised and spend our days giving all the snacks to almost 50 chickens, 17 guineas, and 6 ducks. We have 2 goats one of which is about to give us a third. I know how hard it can be the travel with peace of mind without your babies with you, and I’d love to be able to help people enjoy your time away from home. Being able to set my own schedule while caring for other animals will allow me the ability to still care for my own animals without pulling time from them. While your dog is with me, he/she will be allowed to have free reign of my home as well as doggie door access to a large, fully fenced back yard. Dogs are free to sleep wherever they like- on the couch, floor, my bed- I treat them like they're my own. I also live within half a mile from a well maintained park and make trips there almost daily. While you're away I will keep you updated on your pet's activities in whatever way you prefer including email, text, or FaceTime (yes I know it might seem weird but I did this with my own dogs when I was away so I'd offer you the same). I do recommend a meet-and-greet prior to dog sitting. You would need to be present for this interaction. You must provide proper vaccinations. If I stay over at your house, I need to make sure my dog is kenneled by 8pm, and let out the next morning no later than 6:30am. My schedule is very flexible otherwise! At client’s homes I always follow instructions carefully. I prefer to have a few notes of written instructions to reference. Instructions can be printed out or sent to my phone. My animals are pretty low-maintenance, so if I end up sitting locally at a clients home, it’s not a lot of trouble. I don’t mind sleeping/cuddling with your furbaby at night. ❤️

Shhh- don't tell my feline patients. I have 2 lovely, well trained and well loved small dogs that are my life. They have a cozy home with a small yard to share with canine friends who occasionally want to hang out and sleepover if their people may have to leave them while they naturally do people things. I have a safe, clean home. I will give food, affection and any medications your puppy needs. Lotsa snacks and lotsa snuggles. My complex has a dog park within walking distance. This is a home that had 2 very calm natured dogs who spend a great deal of time enjoying naps and belly rubs.I also love walking dogs while enjoying fresh air and exercise. I work full time at an amazing vet clinic 4-5 days a week.My scheduled days off do vary, but always off by 6pm when I do work. You will not have to worry when I walk or watch your fur babies.I will make sure that they are safe and sound.I believe in always using a second leash and am alert of potential dangers in the home or on walks.I will treat them as if they are my own.
