I do not have a fenced in yard so they would have to be good on a leash. I have no problem walking dogs as many times as needed to go potty or just for daily walks. I do not believe an animal should be pent up in a crate so in my home your animal would have full access to walk around, but I can also easily crate your dog if preferred/needed!
